Went here because of the reviews of others. Will not be going back. I told them this was a brand new car for me and I wanted it to stay in as best shape as possible. After spending over $600 to replace the door handle and mirror they told me they couldnt get certain scratches out because they were too deep. Not even a few months later my handle is loose and scratching my paint on my car. I went back and was told its because of the dent that they didnt repair and that it would cost another $4-500 to fix. So now my paint is scratched and the spot is starting to rust on a car I havent even owned for a year.Just not what you would expect from a business. If I replaced something and it was loose I would make sure it got fixed. I didnt make an insurance claim because I didnt want to have a hit on my record. But after this poor quality work I should have gone somewhere else. 10/10 WILLL NOT RECOMMENDED TO MY OTHER LOCALS.

Got the dent out paint is seamless couldnt get new plastic molding for bumper but fixed the part that was broken looks good as new hafe the price of other quotes i got

I brought my wifes 2014 Chevy Equinox in for a large dent and paint scratch that ran across 2 door panels from another vehicle. Glen was easy to talk to and I told him the whole story. His pricing was incredibly fair and took into account my unique situation with the vehicle. He turned the vehicle around to me early which was great because it saved me an entire day on a rental vehicle. The body work and paint job was so good I FORGOT WHAT SIDE OF THE CAR THE DAMAGE WAS ON! Glen is the best in town.

We were referred here by a co-worker. My husbands Monte Carlo had a slight dent and scratches on the bumper from our neighbor who backed up too far. Glenn did a great job fixing it at a reasonable price. They restored that part very well that it was like nothing happened to it! Reliable, honest, accommodating and exceptional service!

GREAT JOB!My bumper cover was busted. I ordered one online and had these great people paint it for me. (I shopped around and they were the cheapest by half) I was told that the paint wouldnt match 100%, but let me tell you, I can not tell the difference. Great service, great price, and great work!

My 16 year old had a minor accident with another vehicle causing a small amount of damage to the other vehicles rear door - basically a dent. The other motorist and I proceeded to get 4 estimates from other shops. The estimates ranged from $1500 to $2300. I then went to West Allis Auto Body with photos of the minor damage. Glenn provided me an estimate of $617. I was skeptical that the workmanship would not be up to par with the higher estimates. The other party and I decided we would allow this shop to repair the vehicle. WHAT A GREAT DECISION IT WAS! Upon examining the vehicle the dent was fixed, the paint was a perfect match, and it looked brand new again. Thank you West Allis Auto Body and Glenn for an honest estimate and great work.
