I came in hoping to schedule a day to drop off my damaged truck. Being the reason why I came to this place and based excellent ratings and reviews from others Im sure that this place customer service and quality its good. Unfortunately when I came in, there was a young male along with a lady. This young guy acted with me like I crash every day and have a lot of experience in insurance clames, I do sales too for living and I think this guy acted little rude with me especially at the time of taking in a new client. The lady tried to make things work but unfortunately again this young and probably experienced guy didnt even let her talk. I ended up taking my truck to a different lower rated place but with an older experienced lady that explained me the whole process and helped me to schedule a an appointment to drop off my truck and finally get it repaired. I hope this guy understand the responsibility he has in representing a company as recognized as this one.

I recently used Quality Auto for a repair to my car after a hit and run. I was frustrated with my car being hit, obviously, but Quality Auto made everything so easy! They arranged for a rental to be available when I dropped off my car, they made their repairs quickly but very high quality work. They were friendly and understanding and made it so I had to do as little as possible. It was the best auto repair experience I have ever had and I will definitely use them again!

I was schedule to drop off my car at this place and had set up a rental and took the morning off work to do this and this shop calls me that morning to tell me they are fully booked and cant take in my car. WORST experince ever dealing with them and the insurance company. This is so unproffesional of them to cancel the day of drop off. What a waste of my time now I have to find a new repair shop schedule another rental car and I have to take off work again.

This auto body shop is INCREDIBLE. The best in the business, IMHO. They are so nice, they will go to bat for you with your insurance company if need be, and most importantly, the work they do is impeccable. Not only did they replace the entire front end of my car - they even cleaned the whole inside of it as a courtesy!! I mean, for all the times Ive had to deal with auto body shops, and there unfortunately have been many, I have not come across any shop that treats their customers this well. I just cannot say enough about them. Synopsis: Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone.My insurance company recommended that I get my front bumper and fog light fixed here. I had never heard of the place and was skeptical. After all was said and done, they did a fantastic job on the repairs. My front end looked brand new as well as the whole car inside and out due to them cleaning after. Outside of the work being done, I thought the customer service was the best Ive ever had at an auto body shop.My only complaint if I had one is that they quoted me four days to get it fixed, but it took five because they were sent the wrong part whether that actually happened or not. As well, they had to replace my windshield wiper fluid container which they did, but left completely empty. Again both of those are super small complaints at least to me.

Frank Ortega was great. Hit a deer recently and he worked directly with my insurance company to provide a smooth process and a clean repair. I have a lease so I needed it to be a high quality repair. A car sideswiped my 2017 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack 3 days prior to my family relocating to TX. Quality Auto Body (Matt) was awesome to work with. As if the stress of moving wasnt enough the thought of leaving the car in Milwaukee while it was fixed amplified it. Matt did a great job reassuring the car was going to be fixed and was in great care. An extensive amount of damage was done to the car requiring it to be taken all the way down to the shell and repaired. When the car was ready I flew back and immediately drove to TX. The car ran great, performance was better than ever and I made it 1100 miles in one shot with no problems right out the shop. I highly recommend Quality Auto Body - hands down the best service I received in a long time.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I was in a fender bender and recommended this facility by my insurance company. My entire front bumper and various parts needed to be replaced. Dropped my car off on Monday morning, and they have a great relationship with Enterprise to seamless get you a rental car while your car is in service. I recieved a call the next day to go over the work required and was given an estimate of possible completion Thursday, but to be safe Friday. Got a call after work Wednesday that car was complete and I picked it up same day. Car looks like new, and they even detailed the inside which above and beyond expectations. Great staff, great service, and excellent craftsmanship. Dont hesitate to take your vehicle to Quality Auto Body!

Extremely Pleased Customer... I had a pretty decent run in with my garage door that had to get to fixed. I looked into three body shops and Quality Auto Body had the best price. They supplied a rental car for me to use throughout the week and were exact on timing and price. My vehicle was also returned to me the cleanest it has been, inside and out, for quite some time. When I tell you this place is a God sent they really are. I was having so many issues with Progressive total losing my car without my knowledge and they were able to help me tremendously. The owner was my guardian angel he is so nice and humble he yoke care of everything for me right away. My car was fixed and I can’t thank them enough. It was a long journey but I am glad I chose them for my collision repair I will never go anywhere else for auto body work. I was referred here by the Nissan Dealer where I purchased my car. This was by far my best experience at a body shop. They were professional friendly and extremely accommodating. Repairs were completed within two days even with me adding extra repairs at the last minute. After I picked up my vehicle I realized that I forgot to ask for some touch-up paint, only to find a complimentary bottle already sitting in my cup holder. :)

Had to return 2 times because of wierd noise. First return was told everything was fine...still had the noise after. My insurance company called me to see what I thought of the repair and I explained my problem. I recieved a call from the manager stating he heard from my insurance company, and he told me to bring back in. I did and he identified the issue and corrected. Why wasnt this caught before original pick up and when brought to an associates attention why was it disregarded?

Unbelievable service and quality!I took my car in after I had acquired damage to my front bumper. I received a quote for the work that was needed. I sat on the quote for a few week and then decided to have the work done. I dropped my car off and they offered my rental options for the time my car was being worked on. My car was in the shop for a day and half.When I picked my car up I did a walk around with a team member to show the work that was done. I was impressed at that point. They replaced the parts that were damaged and touched up other areas that were not related to the initial damage. When I got in my car I noticed it smelled clean and fresh. As I looked around the inside of my car I noticed they had cleaned the windows, dash and detailed that flooring. I was not expecting any of that. Very impressed with the work they have done and will be back for more service for any dent, dings or damage. I will be recommending Quality Auto Body to everyone i know!

Overall all fantastic service. My car was keyed at work a week ago and sadly no cameras we able to catch the perpetrator. A kind gentleman at the front desk (Will?) took one look at my car and said we can fix that right away for you. Wouldnt you know it he came back about 10 minutes later and my large scratch was gone. Free of charge. Great business, great people. I will be coming back If I have any issues moving forward.

After calling another shop that didnt seem to want my business that bad, I found Quality Auto Body using the Google and they had my car picked up by a tow truck within an hour. They provided great communication about the status of the estimate and repair. Conveniently, they were able to work directly with my insurance company which really streamlined things and probably save a day or two of total time without the vehicle.They were also able to get the needed parts for my VW incredibly fast and complete the work before the upcoming holiday weekend.The quality of the work appears to be top notch as well.I hope I never need body work again, but if I do I wont think twice about calling Quality Auto Body.

Had a quote from another auto body company, $1100.00, Chris / Brian looked @ my new CX9 had been damaged in parking lot by another car (door swipe). They wet sanded, buffed it out and also touched up the paint (a couple very, very small spots). Its nice to see there are still honest, fair people out there. Thanks again. Worst experience ever.Customer service is non existant. After I dropped my car off no one ever bothered to call me to tell me about the status I had to walk 3 miles from my job every day to check on the status. They also never explained payment procedures correctly. Which led me to think I could get on a payment plan with them and when i asked about it I heard someone in the back yelling he should have thought about that before dropping off the car.Never Again
