Clearly shows on their website they were selling brake rotors for a 2000 GMC. Called to set up to pick them up, guy on other end of the line was adamant they don’t sell them. Asked him then why is it on your website that you do? His well thought out response? “I don’t know”. Don’t even bother giving them your business. Many other used auto parts dealers around.

They had the exact part I needed at a fair price. The sales person, Art, was very helpful and made sure the part was ready for pickup quickly. Upon pickup the warehouse staff helped me load the part into my vehicle.

Ordered a rear bumper for my car I gave them the exact details for it and the receipt they emailed read so. After my ordered being delayed or lost trough the mailing service it arrived after 15 days. It took me 12 days to acquire a tracking number emailed to me from them. The box that arrived had the wrong tracking number, it was the wrong part. I drove 30mins to return the part and solve the problem in person. After calmly waiting and being understanding we found the right part and agreed on a call later that day to confirm that the part was correct and I could give them the address of my desired shop for them to mail it to. I never received the call I mentioned that I had a plane to catch to them and I needed that part by today and if not possible at least get it ordered and payed the overdraft for so it could be installed when I was away. I tried calling to see if maybe they just forgot as they are always busy when I try calling, throughout different times of the day I could not get anyone to speak to. When I called today to just simply get my return and did not feel like explaining the details as all they would need was my name for the order. The worker got offended and kept talking over me to end with “yeah that’s fine come get your money”... Sir I payed online; had to call back once more to genuinely get it settled.

I am from out of town and they were the only ones that had the part I needed. Dee went above and beyond to make sure I got my part in time and at a reasonable cost.

Yoo today was my first time here and on some real stuff. I will always come here. ill never go to autozone again

Called today as I needed a replacement rim for my 2008 Ford Fusion. They were very courteous on the phone, let me know they had one in stock and I stopped by this afternoon and bought it. Price was reasonable, and their service was excellent. Would definitely buy from them again.

They barely seem to have the parts you need anymore and they charge way too much when they do. For instance, they wanted like $120 for the main dash cluster panel on an early 2000s GM SUV. Why would anyone buy that used piece of junk that’ll likely go out again eventually when they can send their own panel in and have it repaired for the same price and to better than new condition? Guaranteed to never go out again. I’d look for other alternatives if I were you.

Tell me if I am wrong. Special ordered a wheel. I emailed the picture of my wheel to make it easy to find the correct one. it came as promised. I was aware that special orders can not be returned. That makes sense. When it arrived, it was the wrong wheel. They admitted the mistake. No return granted. No return with a restocking fee. Was not able to use it until the correct one came in even if I paid for all of the labor to put on the correct one and put on the new one. Would not give any amount of money to leave it there. Basically, I was stuck with the incorrect wheel. What do you think?

From the phone to the service desk I was impressed. They had what I wanted at a really good price. I misread when they opened and was there early. They let me know they could help me out so I didnt have to wait. When I need parts I will definitely check here first. Thanks guys.

I have never had any problems with them a couple year ago I purchased a truck lid for my car... they order it right away and had it come in actually before the day they thought it would... and I recently contacted them for more parts to my car... they got right back with me even personally emailed me a list of parts I needed and how much and when they can get them in... I specially want to commend Mr. Claudio Pelc that works there he went out his way to help me emailed me everyday with what they had and even went out the way and found me a body shop that was near my house to put the parts on... he provided more than great customer satisfaction and I really appreciate all his help.

Cant seem to get it right and if its to hard for them to understand they want you to drive over and look when they are right there and can take a short walk. Very unprofessional bad attitude lazy and Rude his name was Ken Ken Ken I would never go there again.

They have most used parts you would need and they are already pulled for you. Only down sides are you cant go back in the yard yourself and one of the secretary guys is always rude when u call.

I drove 2 hours to buy a couple doors and they made me feel comfortable in knowing the doors were in good shape and that they didnt need to be painted.

When I called to ask about a part they had I asked before I put a deposit down are you going to check for door dings scratches, ECT. The guy told me yes and they wont charge my card till they do. When I got there I went in n got my door the guy in shipping and receiving was very nice and helped me immediately. What I didnt like, he dragged my door along the concrete chipped at the paint off the bottom. And the door had rust on it already, had paint chipped off in the middle and a scratch along the side. Not satisfied with the looks of the door but took it anyways since I already paid and drove an hour and 10 mins out there.

Showed up and the price is more than quoted or online. Dirty beat up parts given an A grade. Rude throughout the visit. While waiting a long time for them to track these parts down I could hear the guy behind the counter dealing with people complaining about purchased parts. Lots of junkyards in Milwaukee so I would avoid this place like the plague, I couldnt imagine trying to buy an engine or transmission from these crooks BUYER BEWARE

Long hold times, and a RUDE and threatening person on the other end. I found the part I needed from them MYSELF online, and called with all the information. They refused to honor the posted price and went as far as saying that You dont play games with me, Im the last person youll play with when I asked why they wouldnt honor the price. Total dick.

2 hrs befor they close ordered a spare tire call them 30 min befor they close they tell me it wont be pulled had me Peay befor they would get it its one wing nut to remove the spare from the vehicle didnt know the incompetence of the people there would not let customer know it wouldnt be ready day of I would have tried getting it from somewhere else that would have had it ready
