Use caution when choosing Designers Choice. The flowers they used were the cheapest and underwhelming. After seeing all the beautiful arrangements on the review photos I was confident I was goin to be pleased. This is what we got for $64. Unfortunately, this was sight unseen as we are from out of town. I regret not buying my own at farmers market or grocery store for 1/4 the price. One positive is the cheap flowers seemed fresh - not brown or wilted.

The vase is in a box for transport in my picture. Moms birthday. I called around 1100a and they told me it would be available after 100p. (Great for me). I bought the premium version of the Sunset Splash (~$60).In hindsight, I wish I would have referenced the online photo when they asked me if the order was okay. Pretty flowers and they were appreciated... but I wish it wouldnt have been mainly roses as I was expecting otherwise.

I placed an order today over the phone and ( KATIE ) did a great job, she helped me a lot and was very nice. I placed the order at 11:15 am and the arrangements were delivered at 12:30 pm (in only 75 minutes.. WOW)They are super fast. We used Alfa flowers for our wedding in December 2019. The flowers were stunning and I received many compliments on my bouquet. We also used long pieces of greenery for our table centerpieces, and though I can’t remember the actual name of it, it was also great quality and held up throughout the entire day and night. Nothing beats having real flowers! Our consultation was super informative and they were very helpful in guiding me towards what I envisioned as I had no clue about what I wanted.

Got a bouquet for my Dads Memorial Service and it was gorgeous! I got so many compliments on the flowers. Thanks Alfa for the superior job!

I bought some yellow flowers from this place and enjoyed the experience. They had a lot of hard-working people working on multiple projects but they gave me specialized attention. They have flowers of all kinds shapes and sizes so they will definitely have what youre looking for. If they dont have what youre looking for, they can make it for you.

Alfa flowers provided beautiful centerpieces, family member corsages, the grooms boutonniere, and my bouquet for our November wedding. The bouquet turned out better than I envisioned, with colorful fresh flowers. They delivered and arranged the centerpieces at the reception venue for us, which was a great help! We were very happy with their flowers, and they were easy to work with . We would definitely recommend them.

I order an orchid plant on line to be delivered to the hotel we were staying at in Wauwatosa for my sisters birthday. It far exceeded my expectations and the on line picture. It was perfect in every way. They even delivered in the morning as I requested. Having taken such care of a non local who may never purchase again shows the high level of service they provide. We have already discussed that if we are in the area again we will go to their shop.

Alfa Flowers did a beautiful job with our wedding flowers. They had great ideas to help my vision come to life. I gave them some creative freedom in the designing of the bouquets, and they were gorgeous. We did our centerpieces with Alfa as well, and they were perfect. We got many compliments on the flowers! Delivery was on time and staff were helpful. We also rented candles and wood slices - they have a lot of great wedding decor for easy one-stop shopping.

I requested alstroemerias, roses, and lillies for a bouquet for my sisters birthday. The cost was $73 ($15 delivery fee for 6 mile distance! ). The arrangement she received was mainly mums, with a few tea roses and fillers. The only thing that was close to what I requested was the vase. AND it was delivered to the wrong address so she had to drive over and pick it up. The delivery service was apparently given the incorrect address by Alfa florist. I obviously won’t be using them again.

Designers Choice for Valentines Day was a complete waste of money. $50 for a bouquet of their scraps. Not a single rose. Just go to pick n save and get the something better for half the price. As a horticulturalist I thought I could trust this company to deliver something worth my while.

One of the best flower shops in the city was concerned about mothers day being on Sunday but they made it happen wonderful ppl.

Once again, Alfa Floral came through with arrangements exactly as I picture them in my mind. I used them for my aunts funeral and requested fall colors, and all 3 of the arrangements complimented eachother and looked beautiful next to/on top of the casket. Easy to work with employees, who are local and know their community. Would highly recommend Alfa!

We hired Alfa for our flowers for our wedding day and I would highly recommend them. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and the customer service was great. The florist helped us design our own bouquets and showed us how to pin the boutonnieres the right way. The flowers were delivered on time, and the order was perfect even after we had to change our date and order in the midst of a pandemic. A great experience all around.

Called Alfa for an Arrangement that I had seen online I wanted to use for a funeral arrangement for a car enthusiast. The woman who answered the phone checked and the 67 Camero container I wanted was in stock. I ordered the PREMIUM-MOST EXPENSIVE arrangement #T19F100C as indicated on my receipt and requested the flowers to be the same as the example or in the colors of red, white and yellow. I correctly spelled the deceased first and last name, date and time of funeral service and the employee read back the information. I received the receipt by email and the deceased name was spelled incorrectly. I replied by email and called the shop to have corrected,, once again confirming the exact date, location and time of delivery. I arrived at the funeral home the day of the service and my arrangement was not there. I called the shop immediately spoke to the manager who said the delivery would be there by 12pm, the visitation started at 10am, they had the time incorrect, not acceptable and no apology offered for the error in delivery time.The arrangement arrived after the visitation started and I was embarrassed and disappointed when I saw it. The entire display consisted of 2 white lillies, 2 red roses, a few peach spray roses, a few peach mini carnations and in the middle of the display a PLASTIC SUCCULENT!! This arrangement looked nothing like the pictured example because they delivered arrangement #T195105C which I did not order, most people dont order PLASTIC FLOWERS!! All of this for $99.00. The entire experience with Alfa just added to the stress of losing a loved one, very sad😥I will gladly produce my receipt which indicates the arrangement # that I ordered and a photo of the arrangement which differs from the arrangement received. No excuse for not owning up to this error.

This shop and it’s florists, went above and beyond for me today!!!! I was headed to my Dad’s funeral and wanted to get flowers for the gravesite. I was trying to find the flowers shops that he used to take me to, to get flowers when we visited my Mom’s grave. But, living out of state for the last 20+ years, I couldn’t find it. Starting to panic, with only 30 minutes until the graveside service was to begin, I called a florist but they were too far away. They were very nice to recommend Alfa Florist. We found it but the door was locked due to Covid, so I went around back where I saw someone loading a van with flowers, told them my dilemma. He had one of the florist’s come out to talk with me, he said can you give me 10-15 minute and we will make it happen! And, that he did!! I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to help me out!!! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!! ❤️

My husband and I are very visual people and we were looking for a particular look that no one had pictured on their website. Then we came across alfa flowers and they had a whole album of EXACTLY what we wanted. Which it gave us the trust we were looking for since we physically saw they can create exactly what I wanted.They went above and beyond with my expectations with the variety, style and uniqueness for each bouquet. They even put peacock feathers in my bouquet to match my theme. I am still amazed at how everything turned out.

We went for a fall wreath making class, very fun! Friendly staff and very helpful.

I called and placed an order over the phone. I explained recipient loves daisies. The sales clerk suggested a type of daisy to be added to bouquet. I told her I was not sure what kind of flower it was. Explained I wanted a nice medium sized bouquet which she told me was going to run $40 before delivery. The bouquet was only 6 flowers. I emailed my dissatisfaction, they offered to send regular daisies to recipient but I did not want to have to explain that to recipient. They then explained to me the flower was not an inexpensive one. Had the sales clerk explained that to me I would of asked for something else that would of made a better bouquet. Its pretty sad I can get a better looking bouquet from 1800 flowers instead of buying local. I felt the bouquet looked cheap.

Completely ruined my Valentines Day Surprise..... I spent $149.91 on a Deluxe Upgrade Bouquet, Balloon, Stuffed Animal, and a Box of Chocolates... They sent a small bouquet of flowers and thats it.... NEVER AGAIN!!!! And I will be telling all family, friend, and co-workers to not patronize this establishment!

My aunt passed away during the pandemic and being in her nineties and no children, the funeral was held. I could not find any flower shop open in my town to order flowers, so I trusted the internet to find me a florist. The one place I found that even answered the phone was Alfa. The internet stated that due to the limited delivery of flowers they suggested to leave the arrangement up to a designer at the shop. I chose this option and my sisters and I were extremely pleased with the product that was delivered. Thank you Alfa for making a beautiful arrangement for a beautiful lady.

Got my wedding flowers done here and they were just okay. The lady I placed my order with either didn’t understand what I wanted or chose to do something different but when confirming my order weeks before the wedding I realized that it was not what I requested. We were able to make some last minute changes but overall they still didn’t turn out how I wanted them to. Pricing seemed pretty high but I couldn’t tell you why because they never gave us a detailed invoice even though we requested one many times.

Great suggestions, full of expertise. Customer service that is above and beyond. Their retail area also has very cute gift ideas and decor. Their funerals arrangement looks nothing like the website from the funeral home. The flowers are poor old quality and design is nothing like it. They must be paying high percent to the funeral homes.

I ordered flowers for a funeral the day before Valentines Day. They assured me they could make an arrangement specifically for a funeral. Got to the store and they came out with red flowers in a white basket, a white, bow and a pink butterfly decoration. I left and realized I couldnt possibly bring these in. If I wanted Valentines Day flowers, I couldve gone to any convenience store. So I didnt bring them in, because of sheer embarrassment. I tried to return them and the owner of the shop defended the arrangement and did not give me any kind of refund, discount, or even an apology. Instead, she shamed me for leaving them in the car while I was attending the funeral and insisted there was no way she could I use them. I am still in shock that this is what customer service looks like here.

I ordered my wedding flowers from Alfa.The groom and groomsmens boutonnieres were falling apart within half an hour of putting them on, the rose petals for the flower girl to throw were wilted and mostly black and the corsage for the flower girl had the wrong color roses. So we didnt wind up letting her wear it because it didnt match the ring bearers or ushers.
