Always have the parts in stock.
One store associate wore no mask. To me that makes it obvious that they do not care about the safety of their customers. There are signs all over the store saying that masks are required. I bought something last week and he was not wearing a mask then, either.Parts are very expensive, but I think thats kind of the reality of the product. I didnt compare prices. Online would have been much cheaper but I paid for getting it the same day.
As others have said, the only reason to buy here is needing it right away. Amazon had the same parts for 1/3 of what I spent for them at Sundberg. But I wanted it right away so I supported a local business. And as it turned out, the parts didnt really fix the problem and they dont take electrical items back. Amazon on the other hand, will. So decide just what having a local store is worth to you as the customer.

Great spot for Appliance parts. They also have a wide range of grill burners and greats. Staff is friendly fast and helpful. Plenty of parking adjacent to the building also street parking. This is a traditional parts store, like you would envision from childhood. They know their stuff and have a part for everything. Just dont expect them to act like a designer big box store. Their nice, but not metro- nor should they be.
They had what I wanted in stock today, but their in person price was higher than their online price, even with shipping factored in. If you have time, order online! Also, their in person and over the phone customer service leaves much to be desired. Since they apparently dont care much about their local customers, I wont care much about patronizing them in the future.
I called 45 mins. Before closing they telle the part I need will be $30 or less so I drive 11 miles to this what u call business and when I get there they illiterate old man says its $54 what u told me on the phone $30 or less. Watch out for these w. Allis retards
Just called this place to see if they had a part in stock, the fella that answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. i tried to give him a part number, and he clearly didnt punch in the correct number i gave him. argued with me that the part number was bad and nothing was coming up. i literally have the part and part number sitting in front of me and can find many places to buy it. its not rocket science. then i asked him to verify the number and he kept interrupting means saying the number isnt good. There is no need for the attitude from the guy gave me on the phone. i told him to just not worry about it and ill just call somewhere else. no need to give business to someone who clearly doesnt care about customer service and has the nerve to give you attitude over the phone.

This store has very bad customer service I am standing and waiting for the cashier response towards me for a while. He never said wait a moment, I will be with you shortly. He ignore me. When my turn came he, took my microwave part and he search in the system, they dont have the part. My part he throw at me on the desk. The store staff is so bad. Discriminated me, I felt so sad. By this type of behavior in this store. I never go back again.

I call to see if they have the part I need, man says “ yes we have it, c’mon in, I take a cab there $10 each way btw to have the lady say, Sorry, we don’t have it. What a JOKE!! Thanks for wasting my $20!

Called Monday to order a replacement part from Chicago. Told it would arrive by Tuesday. Called Wednesday to find that the order was never placed and all parts available in the warehouse had been used to fill other orders...Dont bother with this company, just order directly from the manufacturer!
Called looking for an appliance part and I could not get through the first try. Hours later on hold for very long time. Days later I am told I have no idea what that is The guy also had no desire to find out...
