I think these guys really care about the equipment as if it was their own...great customer service!

Terrible service, was told my repair was easy and would take one week. Over a month later I am still waiting for my compressor with no guaranteed end in sight. The thing that makes my experience worse is the complete lack of communication I receive from them. You can call and ask for an update but you will probably sit on hold forever, and IF the technician is not on lunch they will give you a generic answer like, hopefully it will be done by the end of the week, or, check back after the weekend. I will never do business here again, and will recommend that everyone else do the same.
