He serviced every single customer with pace and accuracy. His attitude was golden, despite the unfortunate hand his management had dealt him. This store only survives on the merits of employes.Management, you need to have more than a single person on shift in the late afternoon hours during a workweek. I went to 3 different UPS stores that day to ship a large number of packages, and all of them had multiple workers except this one.

Worked with Samil for having a fragile item freight shipped to me from a seller. Started off great - he was able to get stuff booked (though replies and updates were occasionally slow), but eventually able to get everything picked up, wrapped, and shipped.This was a $3,000 hardtop that I was having shipped. Of course I paid insurance in case things went wrong, which they did. The top arrived broken with a shattered rear window and quarter window. I cant even find a place to repair it because its an out of date item with no glass available. Called Samil to report and claim insurance with images of the damage. He says he filed a claim and is waiting for repair quotes. I send them to him, only of which is one for more than the price of insurance because the only available glass source is asking for an exorbitant amount since, as mentioned, this is an out of date vehicle part. Which is fine, I just want the cost of my covered insurance back. He never replied to me. Called several times, left several messages, cant get in contact with him again. He literally caused me to waste $3,000 PLUS the cost of shipping and insurance which totaled to about $1,800. Literally just wasted near $5,000 on literally nothing thanks to Samil.

The customer service person I dealt with in the morning (dont know his name) gave me a bit of attitude for no reason. He seemed competent (well see if my package arrives), but then all I was doing was returning an amazon package. I wont be returning to this store.

Ramon is usually in a bad mood, loud exasperated sighing and eye rolling is standard here. He often complains about other customers to the customers waiting in line. Its super uncomfortable to witness. This location is really badly run in general, things that are common sense dont seem to be common sense here.Came to get some stuff notarized, and had to make an appointment. No problem. When I arrived for my appointment there were 5 people with the same appointment time. I got lucky that I was only the third in line. I was delayed by 25 minutes. The poor guy who was fifth in line was probably delayed by 45 minutes or more, despite arriving at his allotted appointment time. Why would you schedule everyone to come at the same time?Unfortunately this is the closest UPS drop-off location to me. I come to only drop off Amazon returns to do minimal business here outside of that scope.

Surprised to see this place has a 1.5 star rating. Seems extremely generous. Can’t say this place does anything well...I mean come on, all you have to do is take the Amazon package to ship back! Guess we all lucked out that Kohl’s signed up to do returns for Amazon.

This must be the worst UPS store i’ve ever been to in my life. Not only was he incompetent I could not understand a word that the employee was saying to me and when I couldn’t understand him he got frustrated and ignored me I will never do business with UPS at this location ever again and I don’t recommend anyone doing so at all. Also that certain employee should be fired.

I am a Milpitas resident and usually go there to drop off amazon packages. However that’s the only job this store is good at taking amazon drop offs.Everything else is too difficult for them to do. The face expressions and attitude when you ask something a bit more complicated other than a drop off is on another level. I wanted to create a return label... they couldn’t do this simple thing. Got it done easily from another store.We need another Ups store in the area.

I went here for notary services and was charged 15$ per signature. For 7 documents, A total of 14 signatures, 210$ for signatures, thats half of notary licence fee. Ridiculous. At all the N number of UPS notary services I used, every single one of them charged 15$ per Document, not signature. I would never ever use this store for notary services again.

I just want to be clear about why I am giving a 5-star review. It is not because of the management of this store, but because of the tenacity, patience, and resilience of the employee that serviced me and other customers.I went in at 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon. The store was completely full of packages. Like, not just behind the counter, but all over the store. There was a huge line, and only one person was working behind the counter. His name is Ramon, and wow did he have incredible patience.He serviced every single customer with pace and accuracy. This is the last straw for me this ups location. I came to return a cardboard box that I purchased few weeks ago. The associate had to call the manager to see if I could return the new box with a receipt. He said they dont accept returns and I would need to exchange it for another box which I dont need. They charged me 15% restocking fee to literally put the box back on the shelf 10 feet away. This owner and establishment are the worst as the other reviews say.

Went in today to drop off a Amazon return package and I say hi I need to return this package to an old age man who was the employee. He was sitting on the computer without his mask and didn’t even look at me once when I tried to get his attention twice. It took about 5-10 mins for another employee to come help me out. Idiots working here

Believe the ratings folks. The owner is lazy and this place has horrible customer service. Also, if youre looking to do a Livescan for work, DO NOT COME HERE. They DO NOT have the equipment to perform Livescans even though they advertise being able to collect digital prints! I made a 4pm appointment to complete a pre-employment Livescan and was told they only performed ink fingerprinting. Save your time and money, go some place else. You have been warned.

I have paid for flat rate shipping online, got label and went just to drop of the package, The person helping here said he is the owner, asked too many questions like a detective and finally said UPS dont offer any flat rate shipping, I have pulled up my mobile and showed him that, there is a flat rate shipping and I already paid and have label, he denied to take my package. I have actually shipped a package from same place in a same way couple of days ago(of course, he was not in the counter). As everyone said, he is really so rude and lacks minimum respect for the customer. I went to another store with same package and label, they took it with no questions asked. Horrible..

The owner of this shop cheated me today. Initially I asked him the charge to scan per page. He said 75c per page. Then I said that I have 2 pages to scan. He asked his worker to scan, send me email and then asked him to charge me 3.75$ total. I asked him the math and he said its not worth their time to just scan 2 pages and there is a 2$ email fee associated if number of scanned pages is less than 5. Owner, you may have cheated by charging me 2$ extra but you are bound to lose much more business from your potential customers who are reading this message now.

I am deeply hurt here.I have no ill feelings for the staff who work here.And here the boss is not my boss.I just wanted to straighten out the wrong calculation.I believe that anyone can make mistakes when they first claim the wrong amount.However, they hurt me a lot in the process of correcting theFinally, they didnt seem to admit their mistakes, and they spoke to me loudly, and their attitude was rude.I wanted a direct call with their boss, but they didnt allow it either.I am about to write formally on the official website now.I still doubt that it is difficult for them to calculate the price.I dont want to give even this star.

Incredibly rude owner... He is as rude as they come. He will not go an inch out of his way for HIS CUSTOMERS.Ive had the displeasure of trying to deal with them on shipping UPS stuff. I saw him standing outside taking a break just looking at an elderly lady was trying to carry a large box into the store. He then leisurely strolled in after her. I will go out of my way to work with different UPS store.

Looks like they are totally frustrated standing at the front for long hours & unhappy with their lives. I’m from Milpitas. I’ve been going here for years to drop off and send out packages. Not sure about all the negative reviews as I haven’t had a single bad experience. It’s busy, yes. It could be slow sometimes, yes. But I haven’t had any issues with the service and employees. 4 stars because it doesn’t appear to be organized or maintained inside when entering.

Not customer friendly at all. The attitude of some of the staff is intolerable. They wouldn’t take an amazon return as it was very heavy and did not want to deal with “our” problem. Amazon or UPS did not have any restrictions- not sure how he made up these rules!

Horrible Place! They charged me for a pickup fee of $7.00 for a package when they are not supposed too. I will never pick up a package there anymore If it says D2R you are not suppose to be charged. I thought the shipping fee was already included. The manager was also rude! Go to UPS Beryessa instead!

The guy working here is an absolute pain to deal with. He has no respect for the customer, is racist, and a cheat. He told me I know people of your kind very well, refused to give me my money for a package he did not deliver. I had to file an official complain with the UPS corporate office and my bank to get my money back. Stay away from this branch.

NO PASSPORT PHOTO SERVICEAfter checking their website and waiting in line for 10+ minutes, they said the do not offer passport photo service. No worries, FedEx a mile away does so they got my business including an overnight delivery.

Agents lack basic communication skills and knowledge on handling customer questions with respect to packages.Edit: We return back 2 years after my last review above due to time constraint of returning packages before day end. Worst store ever! I wanted to send a package to uk consulate and I had already paid for courier service through VFS. The person at the store said that the label was paid for only 0.8 lbs(package had 0.0 lbs written on it) and apparently the driver won’t pick it up if it exceeds that weight. He asked us to initiate another one way label for $80! I immediately went to another UPS store and they accepted my package as is with no extra charge. I wish I could give 0 stars. Also, I was charged $6 for two printouts(he charged me for 2 computer rentals in the name of printouts)

Poor customer service. Everytime I try to send a package here I run into issues with their employees. They don’t try to solve the issue for you they just send you away and leave it to you to solve the problem instead of trying to help you. They charged me $7 to print out the shipping label for a amazon return. I would not recommend anyone going to this location.

I have a terrible experience with the manager Sam. I visited their store on 1/4/2019 with some no value, just sentimental stuff to be shipped to my residence in northern Virginia. My stuff were not pack and I was just asking for estimate, the clerk told me to leave my stuff and the manager named Sam will call me soo. I got a call when I am already home in VA. Sam first quoted me $220 to pack and ship a 17 lbs. stuff. I start to bargain cause I do not think it would cost that much. Sam then quoted me $190. I told him I wont be able to afford the costs. I told him just to get rid the items I am shipping. About 5 days I received a voice mail saying he would charge me with storage fees if I dont agree to the cost which is $190. I called him that I dont have the amount he is asking for and I already asked my brother who live nearby to pick up the items and he said the stuff is already packed and ready to ship as soon as I agree to the cost (which he lied, item is not packed). So upon some haggling, he agreed for a $120 ($60 that day and $60 in a month). I told him to ship them as soon as possible and then he admitted that he will pack them and ship. My point is Sam is a crooked business man. I dont think it will cost $120 to pack and ship to Annandale, VA. Bad business practice, if you have to drive an extra mile to ship a package, go somewhere else.

Bad service. Charged me almost 60$ for a ups package that I found out later from an other ups location that it would have costed 23$ for the exact terms of shipment. This is the second time this has happened to me in this store. Dont ever step in here. I will use FedEx henceforth. Looks like UPS has no control/ checks in place for stores that are not honest with their customers.

I went to this place coz I mis the big UPS at Abel and to my dismay. I thought it will not take me that long coz I’m the only one at the store. But this guy who looks like homeless person working with a real bad attitude . You’ll ask him something and he would roll his eyes and seems not want to be there at all. Then a phone call came and he’s talking to this guy on the other line and keep on swearing. Then I’ll ask him something and he’ll respond to like “ so like what I said “ since he had never even said anything yet omg !!! Now I knew why there is nobody in that store coz of customer service sucks. I just started reading the reviews in my car and there it is, Everyone knew about this place and prevented themselves to come here already . This is not a good business. Hope this reviews will come to owner of this place and get rid of all the staff that they are complaining of. Or they should close this store once and for all.

Hello,I needed a mailbox and I live out of town..Just a small chat on the phone sounded like a problem. When I inquired about a monthly rental mail box the kid on the phone sounded like he didnt have them. I finally asked him if it would be better if I called back later and he said yes.....Seeing other reviews I will look for one even in another town..Thanks everybody you saved me

I visited this store the other day to drop a return package. Greeted two men (one of them looked like the manager) with an enthusiastic hello and they looked at me like Im some kind of idiot. I gave one of them my package and they just laid it on the counter and stared at it for 3 seconds, then said Ok. Customer service at its finest *rolls eyes*

Id give zero stars if I could. Personnel and owner are both irresponsible and unaccountable.Owner just absolutely refused to accept responsibility in paying the tax/duty required by custom in VN. We paid them $220+ for sending two phones back to VN. We thought theyd take care of everything. Then it got stuck in custom because apparently they didnt pay duty on it which was asking for yet closes to a couple hundred of dollars more. Thats $400!!! to send two phones back to VN. How ridiculous is that???We wouldnt have ship it via UPS if we knew it was gonna cost that much! Owner absolutely refuses to accept responsibility and Ill complaint it further to UPS headquarter next.One more thing, I cant believe he actually suggested to invoice two iphones we send back with value of $170 just to avoid duty and skirt his responsibility! I was looking for 0 stars, but have to settle for 1 (which is an over-achievement on the part of this pathetic UPS store. Im a regular UPS user, and this is by far the worst store Ive been to.They made me wait 10 minutes (with no one ahead of me) to merely drop off a package. Add insult to injury, they ran out of tape to pack my shipping box so they made me use one of their new tapes, and despite inquiring whether I need to pay for it, didnt utter a word about until I was done taping. That was sly and cheap. Needless to say they can shove that tape right back up their butt.Lesson learned, this place is garbage and its manager a moron. One would believe it needs at least high school education to run a UPS store, but this ones an exception.
