Used to be so much more. Now its a showroom before you order it on Amazon. For what little is available. Empty store with few employees and none are there to help unless its the TV department. Maybe they turn it around as company or dont. Only 3 stars because the website is the stores only saving grace

I came inside to find some video games and also some items for my kitchen. Since Ive been in here so many times, I didnt need any assistance. But the location is quiet and no super busy. I liked how it was quick and easy for me to shop.
Best Buy is the place where you can expect almost everything related to ELECTRONICS category. Anyone can have an idea from the pics posted below with the review. Neat and clean spacious place for having a good shopping experience. Most important thing which made me quite satisfied was that management took all the safety measures regarding Covid. Offering curbside pickup also.
Bought wrong ink cartridge. Got it yesterday. It didnt fit. I returned it. Their inventory said only 1 available so guy went to look while young lady searched area store in case they didnt have 1. They did. Lucky me! Got my cartridge, got refund for difference. No extra driving!
Regular best buy. I went to see monitors for my home office setup. The had a very small selection of monitors. So, disappointed 😞.
Selection has gone downhill. Is as if all they are good for is to see the item in person and then buy online. The staff is very rude and was too caught up talking with each other rather then help so I left.
Best Buy is as best as you can get for a few specialty electronics and media entertainment products you would otherwise have to order online. Good spot for the better part of over 20 years ish

You need to come prepared and do your research before you come to the store. The staff is generally ill prepared to correctly answer basic information of the products of their inventory.
They didn’t have stock of the Bose bass module 500 but that’s understandable. The staffs were friendly and made sure that they’ll inform me once it comes to stock. I went during the pre Black Friday sale and there were pretty good deals.
This Best Buy is pretty quiet and not busy at all. They have knowledgeable staff willing to help you with electronics and tech/computer stuff. If you buy at tv 50 inches or larger it is free delivery. The best is that there is always parking and barely any line. You can come and look around as long as you need to with as many questions you need to be answered.
Asked about a TV that was open box excellent condition. Was turned away when told it came without manufacturer warranty. The guy also couldnt locate the TV considering it was about $1700. I chatted with Best Buy later and was told excellent open box TV came with full manufacturer warranty.
Love the customer service at this place. Really friendly folks and in my last visit they went above and beyond to fix my issue (and it was partly my fault too).
Excellent support for customers to buy the right electronic gadget. Innumerable questions patiently answered. Best prices - no one else beats them. I have used best buy for three big electronic purchases so far and havent had problems with them. Their installation personnel are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
I dont know why would anyone want to buy anything from Best buy, worst customer service, worst return policy, and on top of it if you buy a warranty you will be given hundred excuses to not service it. We asked to speak with the manager and they said he is busy, we waited for one hour and the manager was sitting right in front of us doing absolutely nothing. WalMart costco everyone else has much better service and smooth returns in case of issues.
Spent many years coming here to buy DVDs and video games. Camped out for Black Friday here as well. Big location with good stock.

The manager(a lady) of the customer service is very unprofessional and rude. Really bad customer experience. She couldnt find the right receipt for my warranty issue. Altogether they are very sloppy with their employees. They hire people that cant help you out in the department they are specialized in.Not a single best buy employee knew about the TV I was looking into getting, including the guy in the TV department named Wyatt. The managers dont know what professionalism is and how to give respect. Wishing there was a 0 out of 5 star button. Had to talk to a manager named Alfie who was very unprofessional.

Great range, but good luck finding an associate that can help you. Unfortunately whilst each store is massive, they are too understaffed and too many of the staff are inexperienced and cant handle difficult or technical questions. Thats big box retailing for you. Three stars.

I visited them yesterday for replacement screen protector. The guy near the door told me to go to mobile service. When I arrived the lady was helping another customer so I sat on the chair in front of the desk for waiting for my turn. The lady her name is ANNIE showed up after 5 minutes, I went up to the desk and asked her for replacing. She replied me the orange t-shirt guy was waiting before you so give me a couple minutes. Then the guy said its okay you go ahead. Still ANNIE denied me and said let me grab his phone. I told her I have been sitting on the waiting chair and did not see any people waiting. She still denied and told me he was waiting and go to customer service. She grabbed his new phone and started transaction.(she said GRAB THE PHONE AND TAKE CARE OF YOU) I dont know why she was so deniable...Then another lady LESLEY took over my service very well. Than you so much Lesley. ANNIEs attitude was something wrong and should not be happen anymore.
This review is for the employee named Joseph. He was in the computer department and I needed help with car stereo installation. Not only did he help me with everything I needed, what he didnt know he made sure to contact somebody that did and overall he made sure I had everything I needed and that I understood everything. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Thank you Joseph. Your customer service is excellent and you made sure that everything was to my satisfaction.
Bought 2 laptops from here at really good prices. One for my son for college, amd one for my daughter to replace the old one she had. I also just bought one for me a few months ago. Cant beat the prices here.

I had an issue where online support asked me to go in-store to have a missing item delivered to my home. The store manager did not help me at all and asked me to reach out to the manufacturer even though I had ordered the unit direct from Best Buy. When I reached back out to online support, they quickly shipped me a replacement and a return label to give back the previous order. Dublin Best Buy showed zero urgency to assist me with my problem.
A good place to get your electronics shopping done but the challenge is the people working there they seems to be less motivated. They have very good collection of television and if you are lucky you can get a very good deal in an open box item. Not much options in electronic appliances if you compare with Lowes or Home Depot but still manageable.

Super odd experience but, it still thankfully had everything. TLDR: Look online from home to search availability before driving in.I went in for a female DVI-D to male HDMI adapter (without looking online first). Once there the associate in the computer area looked in their system inventory, I googled it, found it in a Best Buy link and showed him. He even stated Ive never seen that in the store ever. I left empty handed, tried to go to another store but had no luck. Then at home, I was like ok, Ill just buy online and wait for shipping. Low and behold, theres one available at Milpitas Beat Buy! It can be ready for pick up in an hour! I drove back and picked it up with no fuss or issues. 🤷♂️🤷♂️ An inconvenience but still thankful they had it!
Waited by the electronics section for about 20 minutes. I wanted a projector. I walked around looking for an employee to help me but every isle I went in there was no one. It was as if the store was open just for customers to browse around and not pay for anything. I finally found someone walking towards the electronics, he passed right by me as I stood by the projectors cage. I had to follow him just to get his attention to help me.
Nobody there to really help find the right product. They just point you in the other corner of the store.

I didnt know I have to buy Geek Squad annual tech support plan before I can get any advises on upgrading a computer. As soon as I reject the deal, Geek Squad turn me to a blue shirt who have less clue on the RAM and SSD. Bought the parts realize both are incompitable with the laptop, so return them back. End up bought the correct hardwares online.

As of November 22, they are limiting customers in the store to a certain number. Theres a line to get inside and a separate line next to that for store pick up. Not bad. This is the best buy I like to go to for less wanted items. Like headphones or sound related items. They have good stock on those things usually.

I looked for open box item which was marked EXCELLENT CERTIFIED but it had visible scratches and residue. Whereas satisfactory did not have any residue but scratches.This makes me loose confidence in the open box certified ratings set by best buy.

In and out quickly to pick up my order. Not too long of a wait. There were the normal after holidays empty shelves on the hot items. Lots still on sale.
The 2 young men in the computer department were absolutely amazing. They helped us find what we needed for all 3 of our kids and specifically looked online for better prices. We definitely appreciate this location and will be back.
Curbside pickup waiting forever.In the app, after confirmed the pickup site number, says in 15 minutes, item will be deliver to my car.HOWEVER, after 45 minutes wait, my order still not arrive. And no one out say anything. And another customer parked next to me says he waited almost 1 hr( his wife wait in the in store pickup line for about 30 min).So I went to the in store pickup, asking about the status. the customer interrupted me and just says that we have over hundred orders on processing..... and just turned around.I understand that shopping season is crazy busy. However, at least, let us know the waiting time? Too many orders is not your fault, but let customers waiting there and wasting time is your fault.PLEASE, when app says In 15 minute ..., at lease put some notes.

Curb-side (in car) delivery can take forever, I waited for 1.5 hours with no delivery in sight. I ended going to curb-side pickup, which was faster. You still have to wait in a long line but at least you know your turn is coming. You will get a text should they go to your car so you can intercept the delivery or quickly run back to your car :)

Was there to do a quick shop for a device. Some line outside due to COVID, but the store was well managed and the staff are nice. Then return policy is usually 15 days. Fry’s seems to have better return policy

We visited Milpitas Best Buy a week before U. S. Presidents day in 2021 to buy a dishwasher. The customer service rep was extremely friendly and said that Presidents Day sale can bring price down for over 96% of the products in store. So this was not our first visit to this best buy and love the infraction so far as our kitchen, TVs and Laundry Room, everything is bought from here. Love service and customer service...
Great store. Too much wait for in-store pickup. They usually have most tech available. If not, ships them to store pretty quickly

I am so glad there is one place with a retail presence so I added a star. With Frys basically gone, Circuit City actually gone there is no place to see, hear and touch electronics. This is the only place in SF Bay Area. They dont have a great selection, but adequate.
People from geek squad are so patient and helpful. They assited me well and helped me out with my questions.

With the pandemic still going on. Best Buy has curb side pickup where you go to a side door just right of the main entrance.I was able to walk into the store with no line or crowd.
They were so busy on last weekend but they did solve the long line of waiting for picking up so fast. Keeps that way of good working. Thank you.

Best buy return policy for TVs is only 15 days which is a horrible return policy. You then have to deal with the manufacturer
Seems like a very nice place, very blue with the smell of geek squad. went for those chicken sandwiches I heard so much about but was very upset that they had none at the time. walked around for a bit just to kill time and found a log and flipped it over and under the log was a stick and i thought to myself that log just had a child. i also asked the Hispanic lad if they has aby grapes but was told no. was a good experience but they should really keep more chicken sandwiches in stock

Very hot inside the store, very low stocked, customer service wasn’t that great. In every Best Buy I went too, this store by far was the worst one. Usually the employees engage with the customers, but the ones here didn’t. I had to go find one, it was like Walmart.
Not the first time that I saw an item online showing as if its in stock and found out that it really isnt.
