I Love the service here! They were very informal about their trucks and other products, and the store was fully stocked, neat and clean! Ms.Tee and Ms. Marla were very professional ladies!!!! Thanks you two for making our experience pleasant!

The employee helping me seemed to be the only one working and was absolutely slammed with customers. Some were rude some were patient, but he helped each one out while juggling the phones too, and remained polite and helpful the whole time. Hopefully his supervisors recognize his hard work and thank you for getting us in and out as quickly as possible.

You cannot call them to ask if they have the equipment. Was on hold for 23 minutes. Then got disconnected. Took 9 minutes to drive there and ask. Bought a trailer at Tractor Supply faster.

They overcharged us upfront which wasnt supposed to happen. When we went to return the trailer in Maine the correct amount was actually about 100.00 less. Luckily the folks in Maine are not slimy and didnt charge us since they seen we where ripped off, but they where unable to get our money back. Since they are individually owned. My husband also had a hitch installed and they installed incorrectly. The blinkers would not work. So the folks in Brunswick Maine is going to fix. Stay far away from Millington. Drive somewhere else. They will take money that shouldnt and apparently dont know how to install there own equipment.

If I could give a zero, I would. Don’t use these folks! We were told the only rental available was a one way rather than being able to return it. So they got the much higher price out of us. When we did return the trailer at the end of the one way, the much nicer dealer said that was wrong. Also, the return time was put in wrong. Nice dealer in Glasgow KY overrode bogus late charges.

I would give them a NEGATIVE star rating if I could. They were supposed to install a towing hitch, but the worker didnt know how. He watched a UTUBE video. He took most of yesterday to install the wire harness so we would be street legal. After my husband tried it this morning to find the turn signals werent working he returned to the store. They apologized and said they would remove everything they installed and refund the cost. When the lifted my car up we noticed they did not reattach my muffler...it was hanging loose. Also the young man doing the install got my car covered with greasy handprints all inside my car. Did not clean it. After the Uninstall was complete they said theyd not refund the cost of labor. We will be calling the corporate office in the morning. Do NOT give this location your business unless you want incompetent people putting your life at risk!

Ric has completely given us an entirely new respect for U-Haul. For anyone new to the Millington Area in need of moving trucks, trailers, or storage U-Haul is the 1 and only place! He has been such a huge help in building our new empire in Tenessee. He is a moving hero!

These other customers must have not had the experience I just had with the 1 guy sitting behind the counter today at 1:30 pm. Did not feel I was being shown any common courtesy and respect. Only got short answers and a waste of my time. I would advise anyone, not to stop here.

I called two days in advance to have my UBox ready for pick up, in addition to the online reservation made a month prior; however when I arrived the box still wasnt ready and I waited an hour and 12 minutes before the associate completed my request. He was very polite but the service was just too slow especially since I gave ample warning.

We reserved a truck a week before our move date and the guy Rafael had a 3 way call with us confirming the truck reservation. We got no email confirmation. I called the day before and they said they had no more available but yet they had our information in their system for the reservation. They told us the next closest was all the way out in Wolfchase. Not apologetic in the least! These people are a bunch of screw ups. Take your business elsewhere!!

Nice service didnt purchase or rent anything personally but have been with plenty people renting dollies or buying propane. No one never complained.

TERRIBLE service!!!!! If I could rate zero stars, I would. Called nearly two weeks in advance to reserve a storage unit, received a confirmation number and email confirming the reservation. Upon arrival to this facility, I was told there was no reservation for me although I had a confirmation email and number stating that there was. Employee was extremely unhelpful and we ultimately had to go to another location. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this location!

Everything you need for moving. Best price to buy a tow package and the install it. Also fills propane bottles for less than trading them out at stores.

Employees that work there are great, very helpful, just wish they had more of them so the wait wouldnt be as long.

Ridiculous! Called ahead to reserve a unit because we were in a time crunch. All information was given over the phone. Show up only to find out that the 1st floor unit we were promised is unlocked, but has junk in it piled to the ceiling. Then the entire transaction was messed up. Ended up with a 2nd floor unit on the opposite side. Then the employee comes back to inform us that he messed up the transaction again. Then I go back in to get the paperwork and be 3rd priority. What should have taken 15 minutes, turned into over an hour long process
