I would give more stars if I could. Rex worked incredibly hard to get our floors in before we moved into our new place. He never upsold us and gave us various options for subfloors and floor materials. Adam, the installer, was incredibly creative in creating a new subfloor in a room that was not square. He did amazing detail work around our stone fireplace. Our house went from looking like a dump to a beautiful, bright home. Thank you!

They have a huge selection and nice people to work with. They left me alone while I Iooked around, some hate that, some love it. My only complaint is that new flooring in the kitchen now is making the rest of my house look shabby by comparison :) Thanks Goodrich Floor Coverings.

We just had Adam from Goodrich at our house to fix some squeaky floor boards that have been driving us crazy for a year. He sent us a text in advance to let us know he was on his way, was super nice and helpful and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes. The squeak, by the way was not his problem at all - he installed the floors over a year ago and they look amazing - the squeak was from the crew that framed the house, but Adam still came in and took care of it for us. Highly recommend Adam and Goodrich Floor Coverings!

I have been doing remodels for a long time and Ive never had such a horrible experience with a trade contractor. From poor customer service from the moment I walked in the door, to lack of communication, they had to come back to the my house three times to finish the job and I had to call every time to find out when they were coming back let alone if they were coming back. I am disappointed.

These guys were great to work with and had reasonable prices.

My wife and I found our hardwood floor here at almost half the price of the same thing at RC Willey. We visited at least a dozen flooring stores, and this one beat every one of them on price: both material cost and installation. Since we decided to do self installation, they offered to let us borrow their equipment. Not only that, they dropped off our flooring to our house. Who knows how long they can afford to do this, but right now their customer service is unreal, and prices cant be beat.Go here first before shopping around so you can see the difference yourself. It will save you a lot of time in the long run

I’ve gone in three time to look at flooring and talk to someone and no one is in site. I spent almost a half hour in there and still had no one come out to help me. There were cars in the parking lot. The last time the girl in office just sat on her phone and never came out. I’m guessing they do t. Red my business.
