Great Store, Super Clean. The staff were friendly & knowledgeable!

Good store unique stuff here.

Some areas were tight to walk around not bcuz of merch but some new items were being stocked so it made a little bottleneck in some areas but worth staying and checking out the merch!

Beautiful items for any special occassion

If I could give this store rating a zero I would. Employees are treated so poorly here by staff and costumers. Managers are extremely rude when dealing with costumers specifically Heather. I was followed around the store and felt as if there was always eyes on me. I am legally an adult not a teenager. I overheard staff always talking about costumers in rude ways commenting on them. The workers are lazy and will not accommodate to costumers needs because they just don’t feel like it. The store is to overpriced to be treated so poorly. The store is all about keeping a positive attitude in the work place but from the couple times I’ve been there, it was a horrible experience and will never go back.

Great place to go for Christmas shopping so much to look at. Great buys.

If i could give this a zero star i would. One of the workers was following us, asked us where we went to school, and kicked us out because we were talking to each other and we were looking in the back. Just cuz we are teens doesn’t mean you treat us differently. I will never go there again. The worker was a girl that was older and had blond hair she also told us she was going to get to know us better and continued to watch us when we got out of the school. Also I bought a shirt and then she stole my bag and asked me what I bought.

Great selection of Christmas gifts, small and large. First time in a paper store, interesting collection of merchandise. Lines were long, but to be expected on a Saturday afternoon 10 days before Christmas. The drawback, was the staff. Millennials, need I say more. It looks as though it is extremely painful for them to work. All they really want to do is lay on their beds holding the dreaded iphone.

This was the largest and best laid out paper store that I have been to. The staff were very nice and helpful. The merchandise was a lot more varied than other stores.

I enjoy their choice of inventory. Fun to shop for clothing and much more.

The manager Jenny was extremely rude to Me when I tried to exchange an item for store credit. I have been a loyal shopper here for years. They just lost a customer.

Absolutely love The Paper Store in Millbury. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. I came in to exchange an item that wasnt working correctly and they helped me go through the others to pick one that I liked and that worked perfectly! Now my Disney Christmas Express train is almost complete and working great!

This place has so many unique gifts. You can find something for every occasion. However, it is very expensive!

This place has such a variety of items. Candles, cards, calendars, jewelery, purses, travel bags, soft throws, clothing, Christmas items, and lots more.

The paper store has a good selection of cards and special gifts.

Selection great. Pricey though. Staff inattentive. Frustrating waiting and waiting at the jewelry counter. Even made eye contact with cashier. Still nothing. Gave up and left.

Many books and project books to choose from. Although I didnt find a good joke book.To me they were inappropriate. Im looking for good CLEAN jokes.

Love the place hate the service. I asked someone if she can help me get a box for a gift she said nothing would work. So I asked to see a box and clearly it fit my gift and she threw the wrapping paper at me and walked away. She was so lazy and not willing to help or do her job.
