A hardware store that is very well stocked and the people are very friendly.
I love it here! Totally a Mom & Pop store, where you can ask them for advice and theyll help you find what you need. Best thing I found, was a pumice stone to polish away the hard water stains in the basement toilet that was unused in a while -- so easy, took only a few minutes, and saved us from buying a new fixture!
Neighborhood hardware store!
Bunchers best hardware store ever, they have everything . all masks to the best sterilizing products for home or business. The fastest service and no long lines. Air purification to the best cleaning products.
I was charged $20 for a toilet flapper, which I later found was $8.50 at Home Depot. When I called them later to ask them if the pricing had been a mistake, the gentleman at Bunchers told me that they dont get the same discounts as the larger stores. It seemed strange to me because they had other Koehler flappers on display for under 10$, while this piece was brought to me from their inside stock and pricing seemed arbitrarily decided.
Butchers is great! Family owned and personal rather than a huge chain. They know my name when I call and I love that! Madeline is so welcoming and even remembers my childrens names and Frank knows so much. Feels cozy like a hometown hardware store but with outstanding knowledge and top notch items. Highly recommend.
Good shop with almost every basic things that you look for. Very helpful staff.
Amazing local shop that I can grab what I need for the job and go. I am happy to support these local businesses
In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, Bunchers Hardware brought us an item for repair. Though they initially were, and still remain, our customer, many times since then we have been theirs. While the relationship between my business and this business is peculiar in that we are both each others customer and supplier, I can unreservedly laud their technical competence and knowledge of the products they offer. While they offer many items to compete on price, if you ask, they will guide you to the items that dont compromise on quality. Its a welcome choice, and one seldom found elsewhere.
Frank the locksmith at Bunchers is the best. He provided prompt and excellent service to me as well as advising me on the best way to re-key my new home. I would highly recommend Bunchers for all of your locksmith needs. Frank went above and beyond for me.
What a convenience! Walk into the store, ask one of the friendly sales people who know what they have in stock for whatever esoteric items you need like wood shims, sakrete mortar mix, plaster knives, concrete mixing trays. Beats a trip and traffic to the big box store. A busy street, but there is off street parking in the lot to the right just before you reach the store (about 15 yards) and a loading zone in the front.
Whatever you need, you can find here! Forget Home Depot! They help you and have whatever you need. We even lost our garage door opener. It had to be more than twenty years old! We were told by company who only does garage doors that it would cost many hundreds of dollars to get this door opened and repaired. We called Frank, he came right over and we had two garage door openers in an hour and the cost was minimal. This is one of many situations where Bunchers came to the rescue. This place is a treasure!
Gave a call and said they were open, arrived there saw the door locked, sign says open, all the lights on, called again and knocked the door a couple times but no one answered and last i peeked through and saw the fat guy sleeping inside behind the register
I bought a sprinkler there in early June which stop working in early July. I brought it back expecting that they would simply exchange it but instead I was told that they would look at it and get back to me. After waiting for 4 weeks, and calling every week, and being told that they hadnt looked at it yet I finally gave up.At this point they have lost me as a customer.
Frank always has what I need! Some times more expensive than Home Depot but it doesn’t break two days later. He has quality stuff
Buchers is the epitome of neighborhood store. Everyone is friendly and unbelievably helpful even if you just need a 25-cent washer.
Great place!! Have to stop by!!!
Get supplies and do it yourself or they can do it for you.
