Employees of Proof Lab are the best. Always made me feel welcomed and are never obtrusive when you want time to yourself exploring their extensive surfboard selection. They make you feel right at home with friendly conversation and incredible depth of surfboard knowledge. Noah and Cody helped me out this past weekend and were awesome dudes, answered all my questions and went above and beyond in helping me check out a Misfit Beach Cloud. Cant wait to come back! We stumbled onto this shop on our way south from Bolinas. OMG!! Maybe the best surf shop Ive ever been in. Great inventory, selection and fair prices. Picked up a sweet new wetsuit, since no one else seems to have inventory. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great experience!!

Super nice staff, great selections, but I had to overhear someone (who I assume was the owner because he was maskless and talking to the only other maskless people in the store) talking about how hard it is that he has to get tested frequently because he isnt vaccinated. I dont want to hear that sort of thing when Im looking for a surfboard.I have a a lot of friends who are medical workers and have witnessed tremendous amounts of suffering and death this year. Your comments were ignorant and distasteful. Do your part in ending this pandemic and get vaccinate or where your mask when you are in public. My friends in the ER would appreciate a break from saving peoples lives who didnt want to get vaccinated.Again the staff member I spoke with was masked and super friendly I just dont want to hear the woes of the unvaccinated after a year of losing time with loved ones and friends suffering tremendous loss.

Great surf shop. Huge selection of boards and wetsuits! And the staff is really knowledgeable to help surfers of for all levels find the right gear for their needs.

Not one single person said hello or acknowledged me when I came in. I was there about 20 minutes. There were 5 people working and all were more concerned with their friends that were hanging out visiting the store than customers. I would never shop there again.

Beautiful surf / skate shop. Has a hipster feel, but beautiful aesthetic. My only qualm is that pretty much everything is overpriced. But, it is a local shop in a very wealthy area, so keeping that in mind, its great.

Surfboards, clothing, cool atmosphere, wide selection of everything, great staff... our local place. I grew up with a surf shop in Santa Monica canyon called Natural Progression and this place reminds me of that sans the clothing - NP didnt have that... it was the 70s after all.

This shop is great. It is the best surf shop Ive been to in Nor Cal and beats most small So Cal shops. What I love about this shop most is the lack of ego from the staff when it comes to helping out customers (in this case me). Im not the most talented of surfers, but Nate (the owner) and his staff were not pushy at all when it came to selling me gear or a board. In fact they sent me away to work on some fundamentals when I was very willing TO buy. This is a shop you can trust to take care of you and that has your best interest in mind. Ive since bought two boards over the past couple of years and a various other gear. This shop has earned my trust and loyalty and I would send anyone there.
