Keith and the Masters staff have done all servicing and repair of my Porsche 997 since Ive owned the car. Recently they completed a complete engine removal and replacement. They also spent over a year of haggling with my warranty company which had a happy ending. In all honesty, I dont know of any other car service shop that would have taken on this project. The quality and level of attention to customers is top notch.Recently my car was in due to what we thought was the fuel pump. They diagnosed it, suggested that I take it to the dealership because it was still in warranty for a couple of months, and charged me nothing for the diagnosis. I got a rebuilt engine from the dealership under warranty which would have been $6k had it not been for the redirect to the dealership.I’ve had many good experiences with them, this is just one. I have a 2010 BMW 535i wagon. I had a big problem where and oil leak quickly compromised my drive belt, which broke and damaged the oil pan, gaskets, suspension, and other parts of my car. Thinking it would be the best option, I brought my BMW to a BMW store for repairs. Both BMW Mountain View and BMW Marin failed to fix the leak, leading to further damage. When I realized I needed to go in a third time to fix my car, I gave up on BMW and came to Master’s European. These guys are fantastic. They walked me through a diagnostic for free, catching issues that BMW completely missed, and fixed my car perfectly. I had a concern that the oil leak was still happening and they offered to redo their job for free, something BMW would never do. Turns out there was no leak though, Master’s European tuned my car perfectly the first time. The service was also fantastic, I love the folks that run Master’s. I won’t be going anywhere else for repairs in the future. These guys are incredibly competent and have earned my trust.

Ive been going to Masters for many years and have always experienced excellent service. Their explanations of needed services are always straight forwarded. They know you and they know your car. When an emergency repair is needed they will fit you in. I recommend them without hesitation. I recently lost a hearing aid in between the seat and console where it was not visible. Masters bailed me out by finding it using a dip stick after some maneuvering and didnt charge for the service.

Absolutely great service by friendly and knowledgable people. Ive always taken the car to the dealer for service but that is no longer necessary. They were quick, the price was reasonable and they found the least expensive solution to the problem.I highly recommend Masters and will use them again for problems and routine service from now on.

I brought in my Volkswagen Eurovan which turned out to have a misfiring cylinder. They diagnosed the problem as an ignition wire and fixed it and communicated the issue very clearly to me along the way. Once I got the van back the next day I encountered the same issue so I brought it back. Keith was very empathetic and quickly diagnosed the issue as an additional part of the ignition system. They fixed that within a couple of hours free-of-charge and I was on my way! They also discovered an issue with the rear brakes that required a more thorough fix than just new rotors and pads. Im very grateful for their thorough evaluation, great communication, and execution of promises made.

These guys know what they are doing and boy are they knowledgeable! They have worked with me on my undescisivnes of bringing my M3 to BMW or with them and boy am i glad i let them do the work. They helped me through all the questions i had ( I can be annoying at times) and when the deal was done, Mark called me after 2 days and said that i could save some money because some of the parts were not needed! Where do you find a garage that wants to save you money? I had even left a whole maintenance kit in my trunk which they found and placed it in my car without charging me for it! Mat knows these engines and i can only be appreciative of what theyve done and stand for in a world of unfairness. This will be my garage to go to whatever the case may be. I cannot thank you enough for being so fair and straightforward and good at what you do!
