Asked for them to change a rear tire that had a nail, and they completely ignored it and replaced the front left, leaving the nail in my tire. Also got a quote for a single tire monitor to be replaced, and when I got my car back the other 3 were disabled or broken and they wouldnt fix them either of the times I went in.

I went in to get my flat fixed, they ENDED UP NOT FIXING IT & JUST USING ME TO PURCHASE NEW TIRES. HORRIBLE TACTIC!!!! WILL NEVER RVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN. REPORTED THE EMPLOYEE TO CORPORATE OFFICE. DO NOT TRUST THE FIRESTONE ON MILL CREEK & THE SUPERVISOR BRIAN NEEDS TO GET FIRED FOR LURRING & LYING ABOUT REPAIRS JUST TO MAKE MONEY ... ITS AWFUL, UNFAIR & WRONG.

I have not had any luck in this place. Two times in a row. It’s they can’t service transmission or they don’t have enough technicians. Although their sign says they do transmission. Don’t waste your time coming in especially when you have an emergency like check engine. It’s almost a guarantee they don’t have enough technician.

Bought lifetime alignment from this shop with aftermarket coilovers already installed. They sold it to me, but never informed me that the corporate policy is not to work on, or sell alignments, to anyone with aftermarket suspension. They attempted 4 times, never once got it right. The manager, Jack, refuses to refund the lifetime alignment, even though theyve never properly aligned my car. Ill be taking this up with corporate.Id advise going to a different shop after these shady business practices.

Called to book appointment in advance and clearly mentioned I had my own headlight bulbs and all I need is to replace and pay for labour so booked appointment and there I go and they say oh we don’t install customer brought parts! You kidding me? Thats the 1st thing I told before booking appointment! Everyone says differently, should be same between all representatives so we don’t have our time wasted!

Trustworthy!! The hardest thing about finding a good reliable auto shop is trust. Who knows what mechanics do in the back? I sure dont. Today I brought my Ford F150 for a flat tire service that was going to cost 30 dollars. They told me that while removing the tire it was damaged so they had to replace the whole thing with a new one. They did not charge me a penny and sent me on my way within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and a great experience. I will definitely be back for service with my and my wifes cars. Thanks.

Stopped in because I had a rubbing sound in the front end. They sold me a new set of tires. The rubbing sound didnt stop so I came in again. This time I had a bad wheel bearing.After one week of absolutely no contact from this store. I found out that the mechanic could not get the bearing out. He simply put the entire wheel assembly in an hydraulic press and tried to force the bearing out. 4,800 dollars later I got my truck back.Three months after the repair my suspension fell apart. The truck is no longer road worthy. Thanks Firestone

After I needed to adjust my suspension for some slightly upsized tires I was in desperate need of an alignment, Bryan was able to get me squeezed in for an alignment same day! They were able to dial it in with some specific specs I had in mind and car drives and feels amazing now!

Makayla was great to work with and she went above and beyond to pull tires from another store late on a Sunday afternoon. Theyve helped my daughter here a few times as well. Only place open on Sundays in the local area. Subaru lost out on my business. Glad I live close to this store. They price matched Costco and gave me a discount too. Thankful Im safe and back on the road as winter is almost here.

I picked up a nickel size screw on my way to Stevens Pass late on a Sunday. After calling around Firestone was the only place within a 20+ mile radius who was willing to help us after 5p on a Sunday night. Robert was amazingly kind, recognized who we were as soon as we walked in, and everyone was super helpful. Thank you Firestone Mill Creek!

Brought my car here a couple years ago, windshield wiper wasnt working, was told Id have to order a special arm assembly for $350 and wait 6-8 weeks plus installation fee, took it to Jeffs Auto Repair in Lynnwood and they swapped out a washer in on the wiper for free and it worked perfect in less than 5 minutes. Great place if you love being lied to and spending hundreds of dollars for no reason lol.

Disclosure: I was incredibly lucky they were able to help me so don’t expect them to drop everything for you just because of this review.And this review won’t really incorporate pricing as shopping around wasn’t really an option for me.Review: my tires had been worn down with time and sadly just before I was supposed to replace them next week one of them decided to pop on bothell Everett highway and I was able to limp it along to the nearest place (ie this place.).I apologized profusely for not having an appointment but luckily again they were able to accommodate me. 2 hours later my front two tires had been changed and rotated as so my rear ones would be upfront to prevent hydro planing.And they came in slightly under budget at about 330 instead of 350.Thank you all again for repairing it so quickly as I need my car to get to my job where I make medical equipment.For their ample patience and accommodation I decided to leave this review. They earned it.Thank you Bryan and the technician who managed to get me back and running on the same day.

I have been going here for alignments for the last 6 years and they always do an excellent job. Even though my car is difficult to adjust they are almost always able to match the specs Ive requested and never leave things misalignment left vs right. I have tried other Firestone locations in the area but none are as consistently good as this one.

Youll need to get a appointment but its a good local car repair and oil change location.

They always do a great job for us. Car wouldn’t start so I replaced the battery and still no juice. They determined it was the starter. It was nice to hear “we checked everything it could be and everything else was just fine.” These guys are just there to help fix the problem, not hose you for more than you need.

Took my truck for an alignment 6/7 months ago after the pandemic & got my whole brakes done. Come to find out my master cylinder was leaking, my front tires are super worn out & the inner part of them. They told me one thing than another. They make improper comments on whats done or in there eyes. They said its cause of my rotation being due & my alignment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have literally been to 5 Firestones on our trip through the west coast and all are busy, or too busy to acknowledge.. There is always something. If you know anything about cars, you wouldnt go here except for oil changes that are questionable. 2 Stars for the affordability of those, but be careful because both my girlfriend and I have gone here for oil changes requested the same thing and she paid $70 I paid $48.When buying a car, I took it here to be inspected right after buying. I was told everything looked good only a few minor non important things needed repair. About a month and a half later, went back for some shaking at idle and a brake light, they inspected it again and gave me a list of things wrong, and told, they didnt want to work on it because I should take it to the dealer to be fixed. The second time coming in they were at least honest and didnt take any money from me, but the fact I got it inspected and was not told about some of these issues (which they had wrote in their notes but not discussed with me) and I had a warranty at the time of the first inspection, dropped my rating from a three to a two. Also watch out for the up sell of products, I changed my air filter recently and they wanted to put a new one in and had recommended I get my belts done, because thats when my manual recommended for them to be changed. Which is false, Ive read mine beforehand, and I still have 30,000 miles to go. Saved me ~$400.

Worst auto shop ever. Came to fix alignment issue last week and on the way home found out that my car still drives the same (pulls to the right). Paperwork clearly showed that they did some changes, so I took my car back for inspection. No questions asked they took it back, did the work and printed another diagnostic paperwork that I compared to previous one. Results were shocking! They haven’t done anything first time I brought my car, they just charged me for the service which was never done. Moreover, after leaving their store, now my car was pulling to the left side. This people will damage your car on purpose, so they can fix it for you for triple the price next time you come. Stay away from this location! Big time scammers!

This Firestone location has taken care of me.Makayla and Brian handled my issue regarding my alignment. I will admit, most of the fault was most likely on me, but because it was a misunderstanding she took care of me. Tires replaced, alignment done, = happy customer.I mistakingly called the 1800 firestone number, just because I had a warranty question, and it seemed to cause a fuss. I do apologize for inadvertently applying corporate pressure, that was not my intention. Ive had various services completed at this place over the years from brakes to tires all with mostly acceptable service. I brought in a flat tire for repair recently and they tried to sell me new tires when the ones I had were just fine. Another example of auto repair selling parts and services I dont need.I took the flat tire down the street to a different tire shop and they quicky fixed it for free (thats good service)!I wont be going back to Firestone...

Waited 4 hours for tire change and alignment. After the work my car pulls to the left and steering wheel shakes on highway speed. So I went back for a check and was told there’s nothing they could do because of corroded tie rod. Now my car drives worse than before and mpg drops too.

I had been taking our vehicles to Firestone in Mill Creek for several years. This time we took a vehicle in that was losing brake fluid. We were told that one of the metal brake lines was rusted and leaking. Common issue for this vehicle. Part was ordered, so we were told. Then after two weeks of not having our vehicle we were told that the part was unavailable. Well they were ordering the part for the wrong vehicle even though the vehicle that needed the part was in their possession. After several phone calls for updates we were finally told the part would be in and installed the same day it arrived. My wife was excited to get her vehicle back and picked it up only to have the brake pedal go almost to the floor. I was livid that they would let a vehicle out of the shop in that condition. She returned and was told the brakes needed to be bled again, then the Master Cylinder needed to be replaced for a few hundred dollars more. At this point we were in too deep so we had the master cylinder replaced. We are still not sure the repairs are 100% but are not returning to get it checked out. My wife also heard one of the folks there say that this Firestone is a Training Shop. I would think mechanics should be trained before they are allowed to work on your vehicles and not practice on them. Long story short, we will NOT be returning to this Firestone and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Yes I am upset and frustrated and hope to keep someone else from having to go through this. Oh, and they told my wife that the ABS light would never go off. Again, incompetence because that is just a flat out lie.

This place will send you a very inexpensive oil change coupon just to get your car up on the rack and then give you a big long pitch about 27 different things that they recommend you do to your car. An $18 oil change special turns into a $385 charge if you take what they say at face value. I didn’t-I will never go back!

Because they are refunding my money I have added stars.I brought my Toyota Tundra in when the ABS and brake light went on. I was told I needed $3,000 in repairs. I took my truck to Top Spec Auto and it was determined to simply be a blown fuse and was fixed for $50. I have lost confidence in this shop unfortunately. I also believe the $100 on the diagnostic test was money wasted.

Under New Management. Normally not a good thing. But in this case, it is. Nate, the store manager, is great. Friendly, honest, and trustworthy. A recipe for an awesome shop.Not only did they fix my vehicle in a timely manner, but they also informed me of others issues that I will address later. I get my Rubicon aligned and balanced here. Its lifted with oversized wheels and the crew here does a great job with keeping it in road ready shape after my wheeling adventures. Recently had a tire balancing issue, and firestone fixed it at no charge since they did the original install. Will continue to recommend this location to friends with off-road rigs. Great experience every time I come in, which is pretty often.

Scam and up sell. Went in for an oil change and they said that I had a screw in a tire and it needed to be fixed. I had just come from Discount tire and there was nothing wrong before. I turned down their service and went right back to Discount. No puncture, just a screw caught in the tread. Wonder how that got there?A friend went in there with a fuel leak and they quoted $700 to replace the full pump. Then they said that there were many other urgent items like a timing chain. The issue is that the motor had just had a major overhaul and the timing chain was brand new.Avoid these guys like the plague

Had a terrible accident with my car, the front drivers side tire fell off while driving. Had the tow truck bring it here, they were great. Worked with Sandy, she was so honest, told us the damage and what needed to be done to get the car up and driving safely again. She told us the rotor was a little scratched but they were still safe and did not need to be replaced, and the breaks still looked great. She did an alignment on the car and got it up and running great and safe. Gave us $30 off the advertised price. Great to work with, brought us in to look at the car an the damage. Good communication! Honest mechanic!!

I took my car in today to get a new tire after a small accident. Bryan took AMAZING care of me! They didnt have the exact tire in stock, but they quickly got it and had my car back to me in two hours. And this was after I told them it was no rush. They treated me well and were kind and funny. Horrible experience. I was disrespected and laughed at while there. On top of that Firestone damaged me custom rims and once I had gotten my car back my car wouldn’t start unless jump started and accelerated very slowly. Horrible customer care. I would suggest any other shop! Please safe yourself the time, money, and frustration and go to anywhere else other than Firestone!

Excellent service and would recommend them to anyone who reads this review. It was Sunday I was at work and noticed I had a low tire with a screw in it. I called AAA they dont repair tires and said the only place to get it fixed is Firestone in Mill Creek and they close at 6 pm it was 4:45 pm so I drove there and arrived at 5:35 pm. I asked if I could get my tire fixed they said that the shop is closing up, the manager must have felt how stressed I was and said what is your name and number and started to write a repair order and said we will help you and stay late if needed to fix your tire. I cannot thank them enough for going out of their way. We live in a time where people do not pay enough attention and slow down and think of others. Thank again!!!

The customer service is here excellent. I was on my way to a wedding and noticed that I had a flat tire. Luckily, I was parked in the same lot as Firestone. I let them know that I was on the way to a wedding and they had my tire patched up in 20 minutes. 10/10 would come back.

Brilliant service. discussed the issue, quoted a price, stuck to the price, when the radiator blew on our car as they were doing all the testing, it blew and they ate the cost of a new one and offered to pay for a rental vehicle for us until it was ready.They found something else wrong with our engine while they were working on it and decided to go ahead and fix it as it would cost more in the long run to get back in and do it at a later date, which was nice as it was saving us money, but that missed phone call, sure would have been useful. Having said that they still get 5 stars for the most awesome service we have ever had from an auto care company.To quote a sci fi movie character................ Ill be back!

I took my tesla model 3 in for a nail in my tire. I was told they were not able to work on tesla tires because they are special and have “special foam” on the inside of the tire which means the tire 100% has to be replaced. I called Tesla service and was told this is not the case. Tesla uses the same foam as all other premium car companies and that the tire is repairable the same as any other. I would recommend going to Les Schwab just down the street.

The employee was very kind but didnt give me the right information. My tire was absolutely repairable but he said it was not so I needed to buy a new tire. Not true. I ended up repairing it for free from another tire store.

These people are AWESOME!!!! My friend and I were working on his car repairing his window lifter. (His window was stuck down). And, in his car one of the bolts got stripped out and we couldnt remove the door. Mind you this was at 3pm on a Sunday. Well, we brought the door down to them and left it with them and not only did they remove the bolt for us. But, They didnt charge him a thing... Thats great customer service.To top it all off yesterday / today... I somehow got nails in 3 of my tires. Caused me to hit a curb. After getting replacement tires onto my car in an emergency. I drove down to Firestone to get my alignment fixed. You could tell as I walked in that the place was busy. I mean ridiculously busy. I was met with great customer service and was told it was going to be a few days before they could fit me in. Well I am leaving today on a road trip and I need my car to work properly. I asked if there was another Firestone I could go to or if there was one near my destination. No Joy... Then the guy says. Just leave your car and well get it done by the morningI just called and they said, Its all set and ready to go.Im just positive that someone stayed after hours to get this done.Thanks Firestone!!!

Took an hour longer than what I was told when the technician called. The tech was a rookie and had to be pulled from the job. Manager was upbeat, but should have offered a discount.

$70 + change for an oil change on a compact car.....then I get the “you need this spiel”. Never going there again.While I waited they told every customer the needed additional repairs. They tried to upsale everyone.

Went in there a couple of weeks ago, and got their lifetime alignment service. Did you even know they had such a thing? Anyway, they had my car in and out in under 20 minutes, and now I have free additional alignments for the lifetime of the vehicle.To me, having a recurring service for a vehicle with no additional cost just makes sense.

Went in for a simple tire repair. I needed a plug because of a screw in the tread of the tire. Was told it would be earliest noon before I could get in I asked why and was told only 1 guy on duty. So they had 2 people on register to tell people they where booked and understaffed and neither had the skills to take 5 minutes to plug the tire. Unproffesional. Overrated. Lazy. Show some initiative. ...

These guys do a great job. They listen, they are thorough, and they are hassle-free. Come here if you want specific alignment specs and theyll actually do them -- and do a great job too.

Worst service possible. They lie to the customers from the beginning regarding the time estimates. Offered me to finish the next day, but it required 3 days regularly getting to their office and just waiting until they started working. The manager (Michelle) was very rude and insulted my wife trying to convince we are guilty complaining, but their service is excellent. Finally, Im attaching the picture with a wheel balanced by them. You can see the weight is loose and is ready to flew away after attaching to the car. They do not care about the quality and safety at all, nor the timeline, nor the customer convenience at all. But they were very interested in money, requesting for the deposit and trying to get more and more money later.

Lied and tried to get more money out of me.After a few days of dealing with them and their excuses my husband called his old manager that works at another location. He was more than happy to take care of our issue and in a timely manner. When I picked up my car from MillCreek location there was damage to the cover flooring for my spare and mud all over my seat. The only good thing about Firestone is the manager at the woodenville location.

Should I put this branch on blast or ask for a reimbursement. Either way piss poor in suggestions that was recommended for my car during an oil change. Flush and refill my antifreeze when it was done 3 months prior getting done during a timing belt change. Break light out? Nope! Alignment? Uh no got it done when I got new tires and they got balanced. Idiots work there.

This location is a rip off and their complete car care package is a joke !! They dont even check for the items that are advertised to be included in that package and simply checkbox these in the paper work without actually doing any sort of testing. Its just last weekend they did an electronic battery check and confirmed that the battery status is really good and nothing to be replaced. But, the car battery died just after driving for 2 days later in the middle of a parking lot without any lights being on. When I took the car to the same store asking about my car battery health, they charged another ~$30 to do the same freaking electronic check and determined the battery is really bad after 2 days. These guys come up with lame excuses to cover up the fact that they actually didnt do any tests last time and only did this time since the customer actually paid for all alternator and other electrical checks. With battery being bad, they even came with a stupid excuse saying that they cannot do any further tests on alternator and such as it would give negative results but still charged the same cost to the customer as if they did all these tests.... Come on guys. If you prefer to run a good business, rather be honest to the customer and be upfront of the services being actually done vs not !!

This is my go to place whenever theres an issue with my car. Theyve never tried to push repairs that arent urgent. They drove down to Seattle to get a replacement valve for my coolant tank. Ive been here twice and will keep coming back.

I had new tires shipped to them for my car and they worked late to get them done. They finished with the alignment that was a bit difficult because of my car and it came out great. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable!!

FAULTY online RESERVATION SYSTEM that LOSES APPOINTMENTS? I made an appointment using their website to have my vehicle serviced on my day off. I got there to drop it off and they had no record of my appointment in their system. They said they were busy and had openings on Saturday or Sunday. Well today is Wednesday which is my day off and Saturday and Sunday arent my days off. So I wasted a morning taking my vehicle there only to have to leave without getting the service my vehicle needs. I wont be taking my vehicles here or to any Firestone locations for that matter since I cant rely on their reservation system to work!

Miserable communication and scheduling. Booked a 4pm appointment for a tire rotation and balance, which takes about 10 minutes of actual labor. I showed up about 5 minutes early and when I got inside the dude told me itd be 1.5-2 hours, which means my car wouldnt even go up until 5:30.Just wondering why you would even book appointments if you dont intend on working at that time. Also wondering why nobody can call and say hey, were swamped. Im happy to come later or rebook, but Ill just go to Less Schwab.

I was having problems with my transmission slipping, and was unable to drive it got so bad. I called Firestone to see if they could help me get some AT fluid into my now stationery vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to get me back on the road until I was able to find a permanent solution to my leaking transmission. Very pleased with the staff! Recently moved from Atlanta to Seattle and continue to associate with Firestone My Car Care. had to hang out while they fixed my car today then got to listen to how they deal with their customers. It seems for the most part they generally try to do the best job they can and use the Firestone method... Whatever that might be... To determine cost of time to fix your car. Do I sound like a cynical person?Well I had a horrible sound coming from my car so I brought it in and heard worst news and I wanted to hear when initially I took it pretty hard and blame them.I heard that several times over today and I dont know what their situation was but you know what cars breakdown but sometimes inopportune times. They did a good job and assessing what problems there were and giving me the options when I told them I couldnt afford them all.since I had to wait there for a fairly lengthy prepare they did a good job on getting me out early

All in all my experience here was fantastic! I came in for a new set of tires. The staff were all wicked friendly and attentive, the cost was very competitive with other shops, I was out of there sooner than they has estimated, and they even did an extra inspection letting me know of some future issues I may face. The ONLY critique I have is that thier chairs are terribly uncomfortable. I will be back!!

This place is why mechanics get a bad name. My son made an appointment to diagnose his wiper blades (which werent working) and was told that it would be a $25 diagnostic fee, then when he got there they told him it would be a $70 diagnostic fee. He refused to pay it and held them to their earlier quote. 90 minutes later they gave him a $296 (+ tax) quote for a new wiper arm assembly and that it would take 6-8 weeks for the part to arrive... Then we went to a different mechanic for a second opinion and they said it was simply a stripped out nut and bolt and replaced it free of charge and we were on our way in five minutes! I wouldnt recommend those scammers at Firestone to my worst enemy!

There should be a rating lower than a single star!!!!!! I took my sons car to be diagnosed for the drive ability problem, this used to be my daily driver at one point, but then my old Explorer sat for about 6 years, and was not running right. About 4+ years ago I have changed my profession, back then I was an ASE certified Master Tech with just over 29 years of experience, but I have started a new career and no longer have some of the diagnostics tools so I had to take the car in for diagnose.I was assured that there will a person(s) that will be able to help me with this and I had absolutely no problem with paying for the service, because I can do the repair but with out diagnostic tools it is nearly impossible to find out the problem!! When I arrived for my appointment I was told that several people called in sick and it will be a bit later when my car will be brought into the shop, it will be looked at and we will have some idea as top what the problem is. this should have been my first clue, that there no one there to properly look at the car, but I gave them a benefit of the doubt. About an hour or so later I get a call telling me that I have too much oil in the engine, I have asked if my oil smelled of gasoline, I was told that they were not sure but they will start by changing oil and continue with diagnosis. By the time I got back to the shop the oil was changed and the service adviser walked my oil filer out to show me that it was smelling of fuel!! And was told that the only way that could happen was if there was a hole in the piston!? OK the engine runs good at idle with a hole in the piston it would NOT!! About ten minutes later the service adviser came out with my paper work and told me that I have internal engine problem, and they can substantiate that by the fact that vacuum gauge was jumping about 10 inches of vacuum!!I asked if they run a fuel pressure test, I was told that fuel pump and the rest of the fuel system was doing what it suppose to ... that was not really an answer!! I was told that there is an engine problem here is the key there is no charge, have a nice day. On the way home I rented a fuel pressure tester and spent 10 min to diagnose a problem!! If I have listened to Sandi and /or her counter man I would be looking at $1200. for a used engine and the labor to install it, but as it stands today after spending just over $300 on new injectors and seals the car runs normal!! So if you have an older car they they are not interested!!! But my tires are OK!? I do not know any one on either side of the counter who is interested in the condition of their tires if the car is not running right!!! The ASE Diplomas of the Certifications must be displayed for show only!!!!!

Outstanding staff, more than capable of breaking down pricing and helping prioritize repairs. Store manager has a great track record and has been my go-to for auto repair the entire time Ive lived in the area!

The worst shop ever in my life and it’s not safe to fix anything in this poor shop. I was almost dying because of poor fix car. I will report them to police. Soon ship will Shut down.

They will use inferior engine oil products and it will more than likely going to damage your car due to out of spec products. Do not get fooled with their regular $25 oil change, because they will more than likely going to pull your transmission oil is bad, your break pads seems bad, your air filters are bad. tricks at you. If you feel extremely lucky maybe you could take a chance from this place, but for me, not anymore.

Getting a flat on Sunday when Les Schwab was closed was very unfortunate. It cost time and then more time and $$ for one tire replacement at Firestone. So, I go to Firestone in Mill Creek. 8:30am on Sunday. I guess they had guys out that day. I just would have expected them to tell me that so I could have tried somewhere else. Instead, I sit and wait for an hour and they still have not even looked at my tire. To make a long story short they finally get the tire on by 10 something. But, the next day the tire goes flat. So, I take it to Les Schwab Lynnwood. Who are fabulous. They find the bead is ripped. This happens during the install. The tire is ruined. So, I call the Firestone manager and yes, she did attend to the matter and she did refund me for the tire. And she did apologize. But, this cost me time to get the tire replaced by Les Schwab and then drive the tire back over to Firestone to get the refund. She should have offered to come get the tire. Instead, she made it seem like I was lucky that she did not argue with me about the refund or whatever. In addition, a ripped bead on the tire can cause a blowout. This is a road safety issue that needs to be taken seriously. The tire installers at Firestone need to be more careful and not install damaged tires. Something is wrong there.

Just had a 35 tire mounted. These guys had the common sense to put the stupid white writing inside and did interior weights so its not ugly. Thanks guys, Ill be back.

Took my car here for an alignment after being told at les Schwab that it couldnt be done because my car needed new control arms and it was going to cost $1100!!! Took it to Firestone and they had the alignment done in less than an hour with no issues for $100! Thank you Firestone for being professional and for not making up stories to try to get $1000 from me!

I called for a quote on tires. The tires I wanted were not in stock and had to be ordered. The guy on the phone said he would call back with a quote for me, but did not call back. I dont do business with people who dont follow through on their promises.

Came in for warranty on tire ( which was under warranty and should have been covered under road hazard which was purchased for extra) they refused and ended up getting a new tire anyway all this after an Aweful experience regarding their everett location. I WILL NOT BE BACK AND FIREATONE WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME FROM ME AGAIN

THE WORST! Original tire installation appointment took over 2 hours while they helped walk-ins. One tire went bad...four trips to store over a month period and they still mismatched the tire. They do fake sincerity really well.

Went there a few months ago for tires. A lot of hageling for price. The new tires seem to make the car wander wich wasnt the case with the old ones..

Enroute home from LYNNWOOD, my engine began to smoke, and the steering wheel would not turn. I DID make it home, and called for a tow. I could not have hoped for a better experience than I had at FIRESTONE. I needed a new alternator and belt for the power steering. Their courteous driver picked me up when my car was ready that very same day. The price I was charged was most reasonable. The next day, at their recommendation, I brought my car to them for brake pads. They told me it would take approx two hours to fix. I was prepared to sit in their ultra-clean waiting area. Evie, were not going to let you sit here 2-3 hours. Our driver will take you home and pick you up when the brakes have been completed. Again, the price I was charged was most reasonable.I ADORE FIRESTONE MILL CREEK!!! I have opened an ACCOUNT with them---and so should YOU!

I came in for an oil change and a total car inspection for a cross country road trip coming up. Matt was great and helped me get my car ready. Ask for him and his team will take care of you!

Took Company van here to get an oil change they didnt even take a small look at why the check engine light was on. And they took 3 days for an oil change. Took the van to another Firestone and they found it had a cut fuel line!

I take my car to this location out of convenience because i live 2 mins from this location and any repairs at the dealer are always double the cost but this location always preforms SUCH A BAD JOB, I just had another really bad experience this week. I took my car in for a diagnostics of AC and now my car is stalling after the diagnostics, really?? As soon as these technicians put their hands on your car, it will start failing, no doubt about it. Now the manager is saying, it is not their fault ... its never their fault right? Unfortunately the same repair costs double at the Dealer, cant trust this Firestone location anymore.

We got a flat, they fit us in and fixed the tire in under 30. Great customer service!

FIRESTONE REVIEWS; skeptic of work to be done at Mill Creek location but that has turned around.I have an appointment w/ the Mill Creek location this morning. I wanted to get a bearing on Firestones reputation, competency to do the work but now apprehensive due to the obvious negative reviews. The most consistent, detailed description of complaints are the shops inability to diagnose auto repair, up-selling, poor workmanship vs. excellent 5 star ratings w/out little description....a huge disparity. I will note that little or no explanation of their faults have been addressed directly.I was going to cancel but didnt and took further steps. I called them and told Kevin (Asst. Mngr) about my skepticism and apprehension. He ensured me he will take care of me and pay attention. I explained I just needed an alignment and have done work elsewhere to maintain my vehicles suspension and ride with some knowledge of the work. Kevin said to give them a chance. I did. I rescheduled for a later appt.The process was professional. Lesson learned maybe: I think a call may be prudent for consumers who want good service and tell them your expectations/ concerns about their negative complaints.Im giving them a 4* for their performance today. My latter 2* review was more focused on my perspective of the Reviews on the web and not actual service done. Again, give them a call. Expect them to be professional. Communicate your concerns, provide some detail and I think they will be accountable of services they provide.

These idiots tried to make it seem like my car needed far more than it really did. A reputable shop hit me with a list of two parts I needed to replace - these guys at firestone gave me a list of eight parts. Never going back, wont recommend them to any of my friends or loved ones. These guys are scammers, and Im sorry if you intend on or have ever wasted money here. 0/5.
