Horrible customer service.Dont go there.I want to install my wiper blades and ask for help a the employee said he cant help me because I bought my wiper blades from another auto zone location.I drove 6 mails without wipers in rain.I was a loyal customer of auto zone since today.

Had a unpleasant experience yesterday at this shop. I was looking for certain engine additives and when I got tired of reading all the labels and what the stuff is for, asked for some help and was willing to buy products. At the counter nobody knew there products and waiting for sometime until maybe another knowledgeable clerk was available they just gave me the - thats the million dollar question bro! After that I left for O.... shop where I was serviced properly and left the shop with a bag of stuff for my chariot. So lame for autozone

Came in for windshield wipers, double checked with the staff member on the correct size. After telling him my car details he goes off and tells me a goofy story related to my model of car. I am writing to thank David for showing amazing customer service to our 19-year old daughter. She recently moved out on her own, about an hour from home, and needed to add some oil to her car, something she had never done before.I called this Autozone, spoke with David and asked if he might help her add the oil. He said he would be happy to and it would be no problem.As it turned out, it was pouring down rain. David came out to her car and got it all set for her in the nasty weather.I truly appreciate his service taking care of my daughters car when I could not, and I will continue to support Autozone with my business!

I used to be a big fan of Autozone and ONLY go to them. This location I wasnt fond of as the employees I asked questions to really didnt have a clue, it is more like they just hired people looking for work who dont work on cars and dont care much. Now I know that I only interacted with 2 employees and maybe the others that I werent on shift at the time were much more knowledgeable.I needed windshield wiper bearing and asked for the Dorman set thathas a variety. Their website said this would work on my Subi but in reality they didnt amd I had to use a heat gun to get things to work. I later went back to their website and saw they had another set that looked just like my old ones, I wish I wouldve purchased these but I didnt know about them nor did the staff direct me to a better product. I had asked about lubing grease if needed on these as I thought they were, one of the guys said no you never need grease. After getting home and opening it up, I read it does state you need a silicone grease, fortunately I had this on hand but you can see how helpful the staff really was.Honestly Id say only go to this location if you know what you need and dont have any questions (az long as you got the staff I did). I will say they were nice and tried to help.

My driver-side windshield wiper blade flew off my car last night. My husband bought me replacement blades at this store last night, but I couldn’t tell if they included the arm/holder or just the rubber blade, and didn’t want to open the package without knowing the return policy. So I went into the store myself this morning and David did an amazing job of customer service. He not only attached the blades for me (in the rain), he explained how to extend the life of my wiper blades, and he didn’t make me feel like a dork for not knowing how to do it myself. He was really kind and so helpful!!! My new blades are working so well, and I will return here for replacements. Adios, Amazon!

Update from my previous review, although I had a bad experience with the remanufactured power steering pump and wrote a bad review not against the store but against the reman part, Brian and David at this location were prompt in calling me back and figure out a fix for my issue. I’ll continue to deal with this location in the future despite it not being as close to me as other autozones

Lol this AutoZone had a new kid working the cash register when I showed up I was returning some wipers that didnt fit and Ive already gotten new ones. And as I was telling him this he goes is there any damage to the wipers I said well look for your self they have never been open and then he goes what is the reason your returning them and I said well as I just told you they are not the right size and Ive already gotten new ones. I know its there job to ask questions but if they would just listen to what the customer is saying then he would not of had to ask them questions. But other then that this Store rocks I totally recommend

Do not go to this store. Their costumer service is the worst. No costumers in store when I arrived and I was ignore for 20 minutes after asking for help 3 times, they decided to help new costumers coming in to the store before me. They didnt know anything about their own products, no willing to help you at all. They just lost a big money amount transaction since I had to walk out the door. Never again.

This store is excellent. They one of those car repair gurus who has given me great advice (Dave). Also like Brian. Recently, Krystin and Jordyn gave me a big hand with advice: I have a car with a slow battery drain. I was getting tired of jumping it every few days so I decided to buy a charger. While I was at Autozone, Krystin and Jordyn recommended a 1.5 amp trickle charger for $35. That was a great savings. I installed the item with no problem and now I can keep the vehicle ready to go without having to think of jumping it. Now it fires right up. Saved over $100 on a fast charing system I was looking at. Maybe someday Ill find the short but for now, in an older car, this is awesome.
