I bought a trailer here over the summer. Bill and Noel were super helpful and made the process easy, including handling a trade-in for my old trailer. No complaints whatsoever, definitely would recommend.

Went to colonial today to purchase a helmet for my young son, who was a little cranky and difficult to get to try on helmets. The people that worked there were all very knowledgeable and patient with his antics. In the 20 minutes I was there getting sized up and helping my indecisive son pick a helmet, most if not all, of the employees came over to give him a high five and tell him how cool he looked in the helmet. Although a little shy, my son hasnt stopped talking about all the cool guys that work there and hasnt taken the helmet off of his head yet. You have a customer for life partially because of how good the service was and especially because I dont think my son will let us ever go anywhere else.

I bought a KTM 200 Duke from here first time financing a vehicle as well as my first bike purchase and the experience was great.. I was calling almost every day to find out when it will be registered and they had patience with me on each call interaction and every step of the way until I took it out the door.. A lot of good energy at this establishment highly recommended.

I went in with no appointment for a tire change on my sport bike. They were able to service me same day while I waited and for a good price for being a walk in customer. Friendly service and knowledgeable reps and technicians that pointed out a few things that needed attention without being pushy. Highly recommend their services.

Poor selection of bikes and awful customer service. The staff showed no interest in selling us a bike but spent a bit of time explaining what they could not do as a dealer. We own 3 KTM motorcycles purchased at other dealers and have never been treated so poorly.

Bought a new motorcycle there. Transaction could have and should have been a lot smoother. Still dont have any documentation from KTM.

I have been looking to get into motorcycles and I was very intimidated to go to a dealership. I stopped by the dealership on a Saturday, hoping to sit on a bike and maybe ask a question. From the moment I walked in I was treated like royalty. I spent 2 plus hours there sitting and learning about bikes. Which was fantastic as a beginning I learned a lot and they treated me with respect. It wasn’t like “oh great here’s this newbie he’s going to annoy us.” Their biggest concern was trying to make sure I had a great experience, not to pressure me into buying anything. Especially the wrong thing. Instead I was asked what I wanted to do with the bike, was shown different bikes and got a lesson on what would be a good bike and what would make a bad bike for what I was looking to do. I was even given a tour. Truly one of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever had. I wouldn’t hesitate to say if your in the market for a KTM or their growing selection of power sports equipment look no further. This is the place to go.

Purchased a new KTM enduro from these guys, was in an out in about an hour with the new bike and out riding the same day. The customer service was top notch, I highly recommend. Shoutout to Noel and Nelson they were knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks guys!

My husband and I grew up in the Milford area but since then have moved away, we were back visiting and stopped by the new KTM dealership. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we said our goodbyes it was such a wonderful experience, the first thing I saw was how clean the facility and products were. The guys that worked there greeted me with a smile and even after telling them we were just visiting and probably weren’t going to buy anything, they spent time talking to my husband and I! We had a great time checking out all of the new KTM bikes and learning about the different models from them. We even ended up buying T-shirts and hats to represent this dealership back in Texas! We will definitely be telling all of our local buddies and gear-heads about how cool the new KTMs are and to come down to colonial to check it out👍🏼

Sales team is awesome and very friendly - Bought a new bike with them (2020 Duke 200) . Norm was a very knowledgeable and when he was unable to meet with me due to conflicting schedules I was given a second person to finish everything up. They took the time to make sure the bike was spotless before I took it home and I would go back in a heartbeat.

This place has an awful service department not one experienced tech DO NOT bring your motorcycle here for repair fair warning!

I walked in, cash in hand and all the employees ran in back and hid. Nobody even greeted me as I walked in. I stood around waiting for someone to re-emerge and did not see another soul after the employees ran in back. Worst service I’ve received from any dealership. I would certainly not recommend this place to anyone if this is how they treat customers.
