Friendly staff who are always good with recommendations. Selection isnt as varied as the behemoth chain store in town, of course, but rarely a challenge to find new things. And theyre always willing to special order items. A genuine Milford establishment.

This place just keeps upping their game. Holiday shopping today and what a great experience. The decor is great (new everything) and they even have a great selection of gifts to go with their main products. Everything feels hand curated by their in store experts (wine, spirits, beer). You can jump in and out for the usual but I spent an hour there learning and tasting. Great fun.What a gem. Fantastic selection and good prices. But what sets this place apart is the personalized service. You walk in and immediately have your own shopping guide with you if you want. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic store and selection across the board. The associates are very helpful. In particular Is Kevin, who will go above and beyond to help you. He has given me great recommendations on craft beer, bourbon, and wine. Whether the recommendation was for me or for a gift for another person he has always found me the perfect item!

This store always has a great selection and the associates are helpful and knowledgeable so I trust them to make recommendations based on my preferences. I dont feel pressured into buying something unlike some other larger liquor stores nearby. I even called them to ask if they had a particular item and they had it! They also offer delivery and curbside pick-up. Highly recommend!

Wines & More assisted me with a champagne delivery for friends who were recently engaged. They were so quick with their response time, thorough in providing the options and seamless with the delivery. Our friends were so happy and didnt even realize how I possibly could have sent them champagne locally as I am based in NYC. It was great working with them and I would highly recommend using this business for wine needs!

Love this place. Every time I go in here, I am quickly greeted and there is always someone available to help me out. Often times Im going in for co-workers for our happy hour and they give me a range of things to get, and come out with something everyone is happy with. Even for my own personal visits, theyre super patient and helpful in terms of helping out with any number of things like new beers or ciders - and actually knowing taste wise what theyre similar to. Cannot speak highly enough about this place.

Very good pricing - competitive with other local stores and chains. Where they really shine is their customer service. Today I came in and was instantly greeted and I was assisted in finding a great wine for me and a fruity drink for my partner. The man who helped me was extremely polite and made me feel incredibly welcome. He also lead me to a wine that I now love - Ill definitely be coming back again soon!

Huge selection... this place was like a warehouse! At the same time it had a great staff that was very helpful and friendly. When it came time to check out, not only did the gentlemen working the register make me laugh, he also helped me with the few cents I was short of. Its these little things that make me want to return to Wines and More over and over again.

Kind of concerned that this place doesnt have our wines or vodka anymore and weve been going here for at least 7 years every week almost. I dont know if well continue to go there if they dont have what we want next week. I can understand once in awhile but not every week for the past 4 weeks.edit......5 stars!! This is by far the best place to go for beer, wine and spirits! The store is amazing. Jeff, the owner and his manager Corey are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. The staff are courteous, friendly and very helpful. Once you shop here, you will realize you dont need to go anywhere else.

Ive been thrilled with this place before, but they completely won me over this past week. I had been searching for Troegs Nimble Giant for its seasonal release to no avail. After receiving my weekly Craft Beer Alert from Corey a couple of weeks ago (which i love), I sent him a reply asking about Nimble Giant. Not only did he respond to me immediately, he kept me posted along the way as to its anticipated arrival. He set aside a nice cold 4-pack for me and i was thrilled to finally get my hands on it last evening!!!Corey and Wines and more demonstrate what ideal customer service is. Rarely do you find that kind of attention, personal touch and follow through. Theyve won my business for sure.

This Wines and More is just off the highway, which may explain the very sketchy & down-and-out clientele, e.g. truckers/workers with dirty tank-shirts, etc. But whats really concerning is the complete lack of manners and customer care exhibited by some of the people working there.A couple of the younger guys clearly just want to make a living, are no-nonsense and mind their own business. But the girls -- a couple of 35ish and their grandma -- have a very bad attitude, are gossipy, discurteous and frustrated.Heres the bottom line: if you dont like your job making $12/hour, you should get a B.A. from a good university and try to find a better one. But whatever your job, make sure to leave your personal problems & issues at home, and NEVER project them on the customers who couldnt care less.On top of that, the so-called manager is a guy who tries to discourage actual customers from leaving actual bad reviews. Are they asking their friends to leave fake positive reviews? Thats an old trick that doesnt work anymore.Not only is this a very stupid behavior in and of itself; but its also completely nonsensical in the context of the Boston Post Rd, with something like 538 other stores fighting for your business.
