I love this store and the people are great but they were VERY low in stock in many departments.

BED bath and beyond. BED. There was no mattresses. Misleading name and false advertising.

Have tried to come twice to buy products and they dont have anything in stock. This is going to be the next store to disappear which is so sad because BB&B used to be the go to place for all things home.

Needed them to hold product an additional due to car problems, they handled it no problem. I walked in showed my ID and purchased product I ordered on line. A quick easy purchase.

They were out of everything..Usual. much more supplied.but do love this store

Well stocked and organized store with friendly staff. I had ordered the wrong item online not once but twice! The staff helped me return both items and get the item that I needed. The store is always organized and well stocked.

Had most everything I wanted. Found out you have to order a whole set of flatware instead of just the knives, Ill have to figure something else out. Found the perfect glassware, but they didnt have enough in stock, a very nice woman, didnt get her name (associate ID gm0252) offered to order it and ship it to me for free. Wonderful! All in all, great job. Store was still clean, even with people tracking in sand/salt, impressive. People were nice. Past customer and looking forward to more return trips. I have been a loyal customer to BBB. Heidi has helped me a few times at the store. Her friendliness, smile and caring manner make the shopping experience pleasant at the store. I used to go in with my baby in a car seat. She would immediately offer a cart or any type of help. She has made such an impression on me.

Store has a good selection of kitchen items. Prices are a little high but they often have 20% off one item coupons that are helpful to use. Check the web for coupons before shopping.

Awful customer service they nickel you for any registry items returned they did not give me back the amount both item were listed on my registry (merchandise credit so the money goes right back to the store... sales staff unhelpful Montana was unfriendly .... think twice

General decent home goods store. Obviously, they sell bed stuffs, and soaps and such. Some snacks, too. Nothing really remarkable about the place.

Maddening and otherwise crazy. I literally had to call the front desk twice from *inside* the store for help which never came (Never found out where the heck Tatiana was or even what she looks like) the front desk didnt even adequately keep track of data from either call & caused what should have been a 15min trip to take well over an hour. What the everloving hell happened to this previously organized store?!?!?

Clean store but everything here is far overpriced and not worth the time when it can be found for far less online. Im not sure how they are still in business to be honest.

Found everything I needed plus! Walmart, Target & Kohls cant compete with their prices even with their coupons! Much better quality!

I find it kind of expensive but a lot of people love it.

BB&B carries good products, and is very up to date with their selections. But: it is a very cluttered store. There almost no room to walk or manuever a shopping cart. Trying to move in this store is distracting.

Its the only bed bath and beyond Ive been to so I dont know how it stacks up to other bed bath and beyonds but its nothing special. Everything seems to be overpriced for what it is and more than half the product is stoked out of reach so you need to go find someone who works there to get things down for you.

I was looking for a sink protector. They didnt have the size I was looking for but the staff was fantastic. Found what I was looking for and ordered two because why get one when you can get two. Was delivered to my door. I wish we still had our Stoughton store.
