This company is a fraud, I have ordered personalized oversized Hershey’s bars in the past and never had a problem, this Valentines I had a special order, they charged my credit card, I even paid for express delivery, the website shows the status as item received, but I was never provided with a tracking number, or a confirmation email, they don’t call you back, they don’t reply and I left many messages.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEMTOTAL DISAPPOINTMENTUNPROFESSIONAL.

Worst service ever! Ordered 5 weeks prior to my sons birthday party. Got invitations 3 weeks later. Never received remaining custom items for party bags. Called and emailed with not response. I cant get any communication???Party is over and we still dont have the bulk of the order. No explanation - No communication.Absolutely, positively would not recommend!!

One star is too many. Ordered candy favors and 1 month later still had not received. Had tried calling many times with only voice mail answering the phone. They never returned any calls. They had charged my credit card when the order was placed. Luckily, I called my credit card company, disputed the charge and got a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Not happy at all. Placed an order for my daughters birthday party on 3/20/16. Got the proof the next day and approved it immediately. Was told when I ordered that the order would arrive by 3/31/16. However, the company didnt ship the item out until 3/30/16. The party is 4/2/16 and now the expected date of arrival is 4/4/16 after my daughters party! Every time I call the company, no one answers and you have to leave a message. I am VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. if they decided to take over 13 days to make 10 candy bars, then they should have expedited the shipping and eaten the cost on their end so at the very least my order arrived at the time expected. I will be disputing the charges, as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau.

This is not a legitimate company. There is no way to contact anyone in customer service. The website kept saying they were going to ship my wedding favors and never did. We were not able to have any favors for our wedding. Do not waste your time, money, or emotions on this fraudulent business.

I ordered $400 worth of Hershey bars with custom printed wrappers. This company charged my credit card and never sent my order. Worse, their phone number, online chat, and help emails all did not work. I was forwarded to leave a message and no one called back. Moreover, if I tried to track my package, it always said it was in process and about to be shipped on todays date. Three weeks after ordering, my package was not shipped even though delivery THIS IS A FAKE WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER OR GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARDS TO THIS WEBSITE.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY-THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR:I placed an order and it arrived quickly but the artwork that I proofed online was cut off on the actual product. Ive sent 3 emails and left 4 voicemail messages in the last 10 days and nobody has responded.

They failed to print my phone number on the foil wrapper of the candy bar. They said they would credit back the difference and after 2 weeks. Credit was never received. They dont respond to emails and Im tired of chasing. This was written about a month after wrong order was received. I gave plenty of time to make it right.

STAY AWAY this company is a fraud. Ordered candy bars for wedding, never shipped, billed credit card, now cant get ahold of them on the phone or e-mail, I think they went out of business, which is a good thing, however we will report them to BBB, Pintrest, and dispute the charges with the bank, whatever you do dont order from this company

Not only have I not received my candy on time, but the event has passed, they took my money, have not retuned any calls from 4 messages I have left for them or 2 URGENT emails.
