Great store and store manager(of 4 years-Lauren) she is really helpful and knowledgeable about company products and how to.

Just no bro, the staff are awful. Right down the street theres the locally owned copy shop and they were much much more helpful

Busy place right now. Luckily I had plenty of time and was in no rush because I had a lot of wrapped presents ready to box and ship. Brennen was very kind and polite and helpful. He stacked my boxes neatly and measured for appropriate box size and in about 20 min I was done. Great job! I was very impressed. Now let’s hope they get to the right places and handled with care.

I just wanted to speak on customer service for a minute. I called because I accidentally lost the tracking number that was very important for work. I called and spoke with Lauren who took my situation very seriously and I was able to get the help that I needed. Lauren handle my situation in the most professional manner possible. I’ll keep coming here!

The store was not even busy but they acted like the simple print job I was requesting was the most complex, complicated task ever. Do not recommend

Amazing staff! We came in late Tuesday night needing some banners made ASAP. We were having issues getting a picture to fit so they gave us some suggestions and we went home to work on it. We emailed our final product that night and asked if we could get it by the end of Wednesday. They hustled and got it done for us by Wednesday afternoon...and it looks amazing! Excellent job FedEx!

Not helpful at all. I just needed to fax 4 papers & the fax/credit card payer said my cards not supported so I go wait in line.... Forever!!!!!!...... Then the lady tells me I need cash so I can put it on a Fed Ex card but of course I didn’t have enough cash on me to do that. She wouldn’t even do it for me with the one behind the counter. She wasn’t the nicest about it either!

I went to this place to print some photos and the guy told me, I cant print them because the photographer needed to release them. Then he says I can loose my job if I dont have a release form from your photographer. I had to contact the photographer which he said why does he need that? This place I will never go to again because, what that tells me if you bring multiple photos in you need a release from every photographer. I will stay going to office Depot, I dont get harassed about a release form there smh

I went to this location last night to print out my final project for graduation and Stephen was so much help and went above and beyond to help me. Ive been coming to this location for the last 4 years to print all kinds of different projects and he has always been the most helpful and is always checking on me to make sure that its printing ok.

You might be better served across the street. I stopped by to send a package to a friend. I planned to buy a box, along with any postage. That was until it was discovered that I was also expected to also buy a full roll of tape.This rubbed me the wrong way, across the street this was not the case. So I happily gave my business to the competition, I dont have money to waste this way. UPS store had a box, FREE TAPE and had my package mailed in 10 minutes.

Poor Customer Service my husband went to print a photo and the employee told him that he cant print a picture without a release from the photographer and he refused to help my husband saying hes not going to lose his job printing a photo without a release form ...I just went to FedEx earlier this year to print out a photo of my grandmother for her obituary with no problems or a release from the photographer and we never had difficulty the way my husband was treated today we will take our business somewhere else

Prices are high. They wanted 90 to scan house plans to a thumb drive. Office Depot did it for 40 and did it while I waited.

Based on the reviews from a year or two ago, the customer service here was horrific. But I had a great experience. Theresa was especially helpful. Thanks for turning things around.

A highly corporate store with all the friendliness of their empty boxes. The staff is not helpful nor do they try to be. Couple that with high shipping prices of fed-ex and aging machines that are finicky at best and this fed ex location leaves much to be desired. The convenience of the services are far overshadowed by lackluster employees and store care.

Friendly enough staff, but on the fedex side, they often dont seem to know simple questions. My biggest reason for only 3 stars is simply lack of efficiency. They are sloww For years it has been that way, so its not just current staff. Multi-tasking or quick and efficient operation doesnt seem to be in the culture at this location. It is a clean store and I do appreciate that.

They are efficient but about as friendly as a box of rocks and their attitude stinks. Fast service is important FED-EX, But treating people with respect and courtesy is a NO BRAINER...TRY THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX

I decided to use FedEx Office to print a marketing presentation for a client because the turnaround was quicker than local company I normally use. This was a big mistake. Two days later and I still dont have the documents. It seams that they cannot count pages (literally they cant count 17 pages). I am still waiting to hear back from the manager. Completely unprofessional store!

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever received in my LIFE!! Manager refused to give me her name while she kept interrupting me while I was speaking then had the nerve to say well let me transfer you in the middle of me talking and actually HUNG UP on me. I called back and she then hung up on me AGAIN!!! She was extremely rude and condescending to me and wasnt helpful AT ALL. I have never in my life had someone just refuse to even LISTEN to the words Im saying and just interrupt me and be so RUDE!!! I would absolutely love to know how she got to the leadership level because she has to to passing these poor customer service skills onto her fellow employees! it was absolutely unacceptable!!!

Rude woman worker was going on (to a coworkwr) about how their store had some quota to meet and they were $4000 behind so its not worth it blah blah blah then she acknowledged me finally. I was trying to return a broken tablet (in its original box it was mailed in) with the return label I printed off and she said I had to buy a box to ship it in cause this box it came in is flimsy. If its such a cappy box why would the manufacturer send it in this box then. I was even going to tape all around the box to get the big return label on it anyways. Plus its a broken tablet anyways so what does it matter if the box is flimsy! Needless to say Im driving to another fedex miles away so I dont have to deal with this rude lady who seems like she was already frustrated with her day.

I went to this store to ship an X-box back to the manufacturer for repair. Microsoft said they would pay to ship it. Fedex made me purchase a 25 dollar box to send it in! I used to work at Fedex and know there are cheaper boxes than the laptop box. They advised me to buy a 20x20x12 box and bubble wrap and *PEANUTS* ack! which would have costed more. They refused to show me their pricing on having them package it in ANY other box than the laptop box. To top it off Misty banged my bare x-box around while putting it in the plastic wraping. I heard it bang a good 3 or 4 times. And she did not make sure ALL SIDES WERE TAPED. I had to finish the exterior taping job myself. When I asked questions I was getting comments from a tall skinny guy like WELL things have changed since you worked here, maybe you should get a job here and we will teach you how it is done. (Why would a take a job with an 8 dollar/hour pay cut?) I did not need any condescending crap from a cocky kid. The box they used had tape all over it as if it had been used in the past as well. I will be calling the manager or district manager about this as well. I just wanted to warn the rest of you trying to return an X-box to microsoft. Buy a box and bubble wrap at walmart... 4 to 6 inches should be good tape all sides, and dont pay a dime to these condescending degenerates.

The people here were very helpful and knowledgeable about their services. She even offered to put Fragile stickers on my pkg.

Not really FedEx. They make up their own rules on packaging and handling just to attempt to sell you boxes and services.

They broke everything in my package, and it arrived on it’s side.

Print services are OK, but avoid for shipping. They criticized the box I was using, so I left, went across the street to the UPS Store, and everything was fine.

Employee went way out of ways to help me.
