They helped me put together a custom cookie cake for my girlfriends birthday and she loved it! The bakers took the time to throw a few different ideas out there and make sure what I ordered would be the best cookie possible. The cookie itself was super delicious as well! Ill definitely be going back

The cupcakes were yummy. I got red velvet and cookies and cream. Although, I wish the cream cheese frosting on the red velvet tasted more like cream cheese it was still delicious! Also, the lady was super nice and friendly. I love great customer service!

Got a dozen cupcakes and they all looked beautiful. The actual cake part was great but the icing was so sweet it was hard to eat. Great service and for a last minute birthday party they did the job.

Yesterday was my hubbys birthday! Our military Son & Wife had cookies delivered for Dad because they could not be with him. Sadly these cookies were NOT good! They were not shaped and tasted like pure butter. You could not even taste the red Velvet! We have bought Cookies by Design for many years and noticed about a year ago the recipe had changed. They use to be our Favorite Sweet Stop...we will not be stopping at Cookies by Design anymore.

The cookies were decorated nicely but once we got them inside they easily fell off the stick. We did not think the cookies tasted very good. They were not sweet and tasted kind of bitter. Had to throw them away. Disappointed, especially because of how much I paid for the 5 cookies to give to my daughter for her birthday. Not sure if it was an off day but I’ll see if they contact me to give them another chance.

Very expensive and horrible taste! My husband stopped in today and got some cookies and cupcakes; spent $27 and nothing was edible! cupcakes and cookies were awful! Threw it all in the trash! Complete waste of money. Will never go back!

I placed an order last week for delivery to my wife. The cookies arrived on time, but looked nothing like the picture. I contacted the company and actually was called back by the owner. This guy is awesome. He not only remade the cookies and delivered them, but threw in a dozen gourmet cookies. They were perfect this time. Stand up company, stand up owner, and wonderful cookies. Will definitely be back.

This team is AMAZING!! I sent them an email with my requests to have some custom cookies made for a client of mine. I wanted a cookie with my company logo and 2 other cookies to resemble prescriptions that a doctor had written. They knocked it out of the park!! I loved what they did and more importantly my client commented again and again about how great they looked and didn’t want to eat them because they looked so amazing. Great job team! You have won my future business!!

I really wanted to love this place but the cupcake and cookies we got tasted awful. Decorated very cute, but so gross it wasn’t even edible. Maybe it was an off day? I’m not sure. Also, the employee acted as if she was in a hurry and almost like she didn’t have time to take care of us. $16 on a cupcake and 4 cookies :/ sad

They took a late order for party favor cookies without question.....they looked so cute and all the kids loved them. Not to mention the day I was to pick the cookies up it was terrible icy weather.....I got a call from them and they offered to deliver the cookies to my home!! There isnt a lot of great service like that these days. So thoughtful. Thank you Cookies By Design!

Today is National Cookie Day. (BTW Im not actually at this place Im just here to tell you how awesome they are). When I forgot on the eve of my sons 10th birthday party to pick up the cookies- they met us there an hour and fifteen minutes before they even opened to make sure his party was a success. Next time you need cookies or to send a cookie bouquet give them a call!

Im having a hard time believing that this company is receiving a nearly perfect score on their review.I put in a valentines order a week in advance and there was an issue paying with pay pal right out of the gate. Not a typical method but dont advertise that it works if it doesnt. I was told I would receive a call back regarding the method of payment but never did.So Valentines Day comes up and I call to confirm everything is good to go and Im told theyre going to check and call me back. Call never came so I called back after several hours and was told they couldnt guarantee my delivery would make it within business hours because they had 250 orders. Honestly, its not my problem that you overbooked your orders for Valentines Day. Its your obligation to make it happen.So I give it until 4:40pm until I call back and Im told they never processed the order. Really??? You couldnt have figured that out first thing in the morning when I called?The guy tells me hes going to make it right and refund my money. No offense but thats not making it right. Thats doing the bare minimum.Ill give them this though, theyre all polite even though theyre not business savvy. I wont use them again and wont recommend them to anyone else.

The ladies I talked to were super helpful and invested in me getting exactly what I wanted. I called them mid-afternoon and they found a way to get the basket delivered before the end of the school day. The cookies were delicious and pretty.

This Cookies by Design location is great! It amazes me the selection each time I go in and the variety of cookies and cupcakes available. Pricing is fair and custom orders are easy to complete.

I liked the fact that you could see what you were ordering, you could customize it if you preferred, and that it was delivered shortly thereafter (next day or so) - I also liked the constant communication via email regarding the status of the orders (received, on the way, delivered) - CBD did a great job and the folks that received our gifts were thrilled and very complimentary

Great idea in place of flowers, you can deliver cookies that you can eat! The designs on the cookies looks exactly like in the pictures online. I only wish it wasn’t so pricey.

Their cookies are AWESOME, they are soft, sweet and come in a variety, I had the peanut butter, chocolate chip, snicker doodle, white chocolate macadamia nut my son had millionaire, strawberry & lemon not to mention the countless others as well as the BEAUTIFUL cookie bouquets..
