I walked in just minutes before they closed and did not feel rushed at all. The three gentlemen helped to take measurements of the carpet cleaning tool I needed to ship, grab the correct size boxes, and padding. Excellent customer service. They even loaded up the boxes and padding into my car. Pricing was very affordable. I will continue to use this company in the future!

Its hard to find people who share the value of customer service anymore to the level that PackSolvers does. I sure am a small fish in the sea compared to some of the accounts they have but yet everytime I go in they treat me like Im spending a million dollars. PackSolvers in Salt Lake City, UT has 4X9 Ethafoam Sheets! This is an extremely useful product for a myriad of projects requiring a thick, flexible, spongey, light, buoyant and waterproof material that can be easily sculpted with a sharp kitchen knife. River Runners LOVE Ethafoam! After searching, calling, searching some more I was about to resign myself to ordering on-line from a company in LA. Then I stumbled on to PackSolvers in Salt Lake City online! I called and talked with Bob. Bob is a very delightful and enthusiastic business owner and he is VERY into Helping folks with finding resources and solutions for any kind of project. That same day I had my Ethafoam sheet and my project was underway. The cargo space in my SUV now has a floor that will handle cargo and, by the way, will work well for a sleeping space while out car camping. Thanks again Bob! When he arrived, he told me he was able to get all the boxes I needed, and got me a great price on them. He also threw in 50 extra boxes. Came in here for some packaging supplies and no one was in the front area; and no one ever came up. There were people working in the back room but they didn’t even bother to come up front, we made our precence noticeable. We also had a toddler talking loudly. So we left- with nothing. Don’t bother with this place, they don’t care for your business apparently.
