I have used this company in the past and they were great and Jim was fantastic..Found out they moved and dealt with a new gentleman. He is nice guy but the extractor was garbage. I drove across town, pick it up get it back to the location. No power cords, solution hose was bent. I had to drive back across town to get a new hose and cords. Get it set up, would hardly spray water, low suction. Upholstery tool didn’t have a nozzle on it..

I own a carpet cleaning business. I have worked with this family and this store since close to the time they opened. They wont give you a fancy sales pitch; just tell you what they honestly believe and know from their experience the feedback they get from there customers. Great place to buy a vacuum or to learn more about any cleaning products or supplies.

Jim has been so helpful for us. We started a cleaning company about a year ago and he was able to get us everything that we needed to get going and has been our supplier the entire time. Its easy for me to add someone to my account so that another helper can pick up cleaning supplies. Jim has been amazing to work with and knows his stuff!

This store is very well stocked and always reliable when I need supplies to keep my business running smoothly. Also, one time I needed a very specialized piece of equipment for my cleaning business, and the owner went out of the way to find the right wholesaler and had it special ordered for me.

Great customer service!

I have been a customer of this place for over 10 years. the last time I was in I had ordered a part for my Vacuum. When I picked up the part I was told they had sent 2 sweeper rollers and he asked me if I wanted both parts. I thought sure why not. I replace them yearly anyway. well today I went to put the roller on and it doesnt line up with the drive belt. I went back to the store and some lady was working the counter. she basically said nope I cant exchange that part. I was like I dont want money back I just want the right part. she was like it take 45 days to get the return and blah blah blah.. I asked to speak to the owner he has always been an up front stand-up guy. she started to tell me he is battling a life threatening illness.. unfortunate.. but no cause to run the family business into the ground I will never return
