I found Glass Doctor through the Google app, so it is very appropriate that I leave this review.The employees at Glass Doctor were awesome. They are kind, helpful, and professional. There was no pressure on the up sell, but the value for the Lifetime Chip Repair was too good to pass up.I was genuinely worried that the chip in my window had spread beyond the inexpensive repair, but the technician not only was able to make the repair, he also did an excellent job. The chip was all but invisible when he was done.Funny event: when I returned from Glass Doctor, my mother showed me a chip that had occurred that very morning while out and about. I didn’t hesitate to tell her about The Glass Doctor.

He was quick and happy to answer all my questions, and provided exceptional service. I stopped by on a whim, and I am glad that I did. :) Greg got me in right away, had my Rock Chip fixed in no time, and it looks nearly good as new! I was calling around the area to see who could give me the best bang for my buck, when I came across Glass Doctor. I submitted a request online for a quote, and the man who called me back was friendly, professional, and willing to work with me. He stayed an extra 2 hours after the work day so he could catch me on the answering machine. After that, he went out of his way to schedule me a good convenient time and was very understanding. The day we had scheduled for them to fix my windshield, I got bad food poisoning, and it just wasnt going to work for me. I called to let them know and hopefully reschedule, and he didnt even bat an eye. He was very sympathetic and understanding and scheduled for them to come out the following day. Once they got there, they were beyond amazing and cleaned my remaining windows, gave me additional advice an information, and made me feel comfortable and informed. It was amazing service and the work they did was amazing. 10/10 would recommend

Went for a windshield replacement. Glass Doctor had the lowest price for my vehicle with the highest level of service. I shopped around and called a few places, and this one was the best. At the time of my visit 9/1/21 the cost was less than 280 total including tax and they have a free windshield protection plan that covers rock chip damage for a year and a really cheap replacement if needed.I also rescheduled a ton of times and Greg was patient and professional with me. The receptionist was friendly and sweet. They have great amenities like free snacks and entertainment while waiting. Total time was less than an hour.Bring your business here!

They scheduled me in as soon as they could, came to my place to replace my windshield and were quick and thorough. The replacement came with a 12-month guarantee. I have already recommended The Glass Doctor to someone at work because I was so satisfied with their work. Also very reasonable pricing.

Most windshield replacements I asked around at other companies quoted me like $800! These guys did it at 200 and even drove to my work to do it while I was working. Great at answering my calls and following up on my questions. I’ll definitely go to them for glass repair in the future!

I called for a quote and they quickly called back with all the information that I requested. I had a 2017 Toyota Corolla, that needed a Windshield replacement. After going to Safelite and getting a bid of $105 for rock chip repair, I considered buying a do it yourself kit. But first I called my State Farm agent and they recommended Glass Doctor in Sandy. I called ahead, they told me the least busy times for walk in service. I was in and out in 15 minutes and only paid $30, thats a win!

Top notch organization. Went for a windshield replacement. They promptly noticed the specs on my windshield were different than what was available. Greg went above and beyond to obtain the correct windshield and still got me back on the road in less than 2hrs. This is world class service in action.

Absolutely amazing! Our Jeep was broken into and they broke the driver side back door. We looked at 5 or 6 different places and they were all so expensive and we’re giving estimates of 2+ hours! Glass doctor was the cheapest and they were done in 45 minutes!!! They were so nice and professional.

These folks were awesome. I have a vehicle with forward collision detection and lane departure warnings (2018 Toyota Sienna) so the dash camera has to be recalibrated each time the windshield is replaced. I went to two other places that gave me quotes for over $900 to do the replacement and the recalibration. Glass Doctor of Midvale quoted me at $679–the best price by well over $200! The service was great and I know that they did the recalibration well because I took the van on a road trip across multiple state lines the very next day; the collision detection and lane departure warnings worked perfectly. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs a windshield replaced.

I went to Safelite and they told me that I couldn’t get my side window replaced for one week, which is ridiculous!!! Who wants to drive around with an open window for a whole week?I called Glass Doctor and they were able to get me in the same morning and had my window replaced by noon. Plus the price was 35% less than Safelite.Greg was so nice and patient when I was trying to find his location. Great customer service experience!!!
