Staff member was excellent. This was the only open GNC (besides City Creek Mall) for miles. The Sugar house location seems to be open whenever someone feels like being there.

Used a $10 off coupon and the employee only gave me $5 off. Careless.Update 9/4/21Im here 6 minutes after opening and nobody is here. Doors are locked. Not a holiday. Waste of my time.

The employee was very knowledge and I got exactly what I was looking for.

I walked in looking for some preworkout. Not only was I happily greeted but David (the store manager) knew exactly what questions to ask me and is very intelligent and informative about all the products in the store. This man sold me a container of some of the bust stuff around. It tastes like a nice refreshing summer popsicle. I also ran halfway to the gym before I realized I forgot my car. Thanks David for giving me the motivation to burn my fat.

This is my favorite GNC. Everyone here is very nice, but why did you guys close your doors 15 minutes before you scheduled closing time as well as ignore my phone calls. I know retail sucks, and you want to leave, but seriously???

Staff is always helpful WHEN THEY ARE THERE. This is the second time I have gone there during their posted business hours, only to find that the store is closed. As a working person, I cant just pop by multiple times on the chance that they might be open.

I was greeted by a solid young man named Jesse! He helped me get the pre workout I needed in a stress free environment and was incredibly friendly! 10/10 will be going back!

Helpful and friendly staff. Im always concerned buying something here is going to cause me to grow a fourth ear, but they have a good rewards program and return policy. Great for basic protein powder. Im wary of much else

Great location with lots of parking. There is always a wide selection of options in the store and many more online. The gentleman working on my last visit was able to address all of my product questions and pointed out several options based on what I was looking for.

I just returned a product that didnt work and was given a guilt trip by the rude idiot working there named Steele. I had used most of the product and he said hed return it if I felt good about doing that even though Id used most of the product. The instructions online said it could take 2-3 weeks to start working and there was a 30 day return policy so I had to use most to see if it would ever start working. I have spent hundreds of dollars a month at this store and will never shop there again because of this arrogant jerk!! Way to lose one of your best customers!!!

Had very little product in the store, almost looked empty. Was nice enough to direct me to a different store, but why not carry more in house?

I just left this gnc and am very unhappy. I have to pass a drug screen for a job interview and I smoked some pot in denver last weekend. I told them the situation and I was met with a very poor company policy. We cant help you to understand what products we have to help cleanse your body because youre trying to pass a drug screen. Thats what I was told. I havent done anything illegal and Im not looking to. They told me to go to another gnc and not tell them that the reason. Well f that, Im not going to gnc anymore because of the ignorant policies that say they should be on the side of the government instead of the people. Making peoples lives harder huh gnc? Well, you lost my business, and I was a member.

The staff, two fit gentlemen, were able to help me find what I was looking for and also make recommendations along the lines I was looking for. The quality of the vitamins and other supplements have been excellent.

Their member price is even more expensive than vitamin shoppes non member pricing. Plus their staff is douchy specially the guy with the lisp.
