I really love Speciality Market. All of the products are fresh. Nice staffs and good communication.

I don’t know very much about middle eastern merchandise but this very first time was absolutely awesome! I think this store has so much variety and good prices. The cashier was so nice to me explaining were he was from and difference in between all the middle eastern countries. They have all kind of stuff to cook, prep, frozen food, vegetables and even home decor.

Great homemade bread fruit and veggies. Variety of perfumes to choose. Pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff . Seeing is believing go there 🤗

Terrible experience! This was our first time here. We were purchasing quite a few things. We accidentally dropped some seeds (we were planning to purchase), the box broke, and all of them fell on the ground. The seeds were put back on the container. The owner/cashier asked us if we still wanted the dirty product. We said no. He still charged us $7 for it and kept it by his register. Absolutely no customer service!

We have been coming here almost weekly since moving to the area. Good selection of halal (and some kosher) meats, spices, and other staples. The fresh section has a pretty decent choice for fresh herbs and some fresh fruits and vegetables. The prices are reasonable as well. Store is well maintained and staff have been friendly and willing to answer questions. The only reason I have been hesitant to give 5 stars is the oil selection is a little limited (at least in comparison to stores in the previous place where I lived out of state).

I was coming to this store for a few years, probably 5 times a year since I live a little far. I had a good experience shopping from here until recently. On May 25 I grabbed a package of beef deli without paying attention to its package. When I got home, I noticed the package had some mold at both ends where it was sealed. I kept it in the fridge for a week or so to see what happens. Unfortunately, a lot of mold grew inside and became very disgusting. I’m glad that the mold was visible on the package at the first place and I did not ended up having it. Otherwise I would have been in a hospital.Its price was not such that to bother myself driving 40 miles to go back to the store and get refunded right away. So, I decided to take a few pictures and show them to the owner the next time I go there, which happened yesterday (17th August). When I talked to the cashier, he did not care and said that it’s been a long time and he won’t refund me. I was just expecting them to apologize and say they are sorry for what happened to me, and probably thank me for warning then about their product. But, it did not happen even once. When the owner came in 15 minutes later, he was even more rude and kept saying” it’s been a long time, why you did not call”. Are you kidding me!!!! Is that what you care about? He could not be more irresponsible than that I felt like he would beat me if I continue arguing. When they offered to give me another package of the deli, I did not accept because that was not the point, I just wanted to see they care about their customers’ health. But, ….When I shared this with my friends, they had similar issues with their bread from the fridge and cheese.I posted those pictures, please take a look.

I enjoyed shopping at Specialty Market. It was my first time going there. My friend had recommended going to this store. I was very impressed with Specialty Market. The employees were very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of grocery items to choose from. I definitely will be shopping there again.

Great price. Awesome guys! You can find some hard to find middle east delicacy in the store. The new renovation really opened up the place. And, the extra space are filled with even more variety of goods from exotic spices, sides, meat, bread and dessert to pots and pans. The clean and respectful environment is very inviting.

The store is scheduled to open at 1000am on Thursdays. It is 1002am, the store is closed and no employees in sight. There are no notices on the door stating theyre closed due to COVID-19. The phone number goes to a fax machine. According to Google and the sign posted on the front door they should be open. Fail.

Food seemed fresher than items we tried from other specialty markets. They were extremely friendly. Also, a lot of the things we buy were significantly less expensive here. Its the only place we go now (and we drive about 30 minutes and pass multiple other stores to get there)!

Great products and spices

Nice little store especially if you like Middle Eastern food products. Some of the veggie prices are competitive too. The reason for 3 stars is because of customer service. The cashier lady can be little arrogant and rude sometimes mainly to non-Arabs. The other owner guy is friendly.Edit:Ive changed my review to 4 stars since management has changed, the store has upgraded a bit and customer service is better. Prices are a little higher than another nearby middle eastern grocery especially on some of the products I frequently purchase.

My parents taught me how to make Lebanese food as a kid but, living in a small town, it can be hard to find things like tahini. Specialty Market had the spices, cheeses, turkish delight and other ingredients I need to make great middle eastern meals! We also found lots of things we havent ever tried before like almonds still in their green hull and pistachio cotton candy! This shop is a must if you make your own middle eastern cuisine! The owner is super helpful and can point you in the right direction if youre looking for something specific. Thank you Specialty Market!

Best place to find halal stuff

I’ve been coming to this store for years, and have been satisfied with the service until this last time when I was handed an expired item. It was given to the customers for free since it is Norouz. I was very disappointed. Not sure if I can trust the products here anymore.

The owner is kind and always has a smile on his face, but the cashier today was on her phone the whole time. All she said was hello and she didnt raise her head from the phone or even look at us when she said that. She ignored us and was talking on her phone during the whole transaction.

This is such a lovely market. I came here first for pomegranate molasses to make Syrian Baba Ganoush and left with so much more. I love to browse around when I come and there are so many things here that I would like to try. I have gotten tahini, pomegranate molasses, grape molasses, ground cardamon, butter, and a fun assortment of crackers (they have digestive biscuits!) here. I look forward to trying much more! They are currently expanding, which I am super excited about. Prices are very reasonable too. And the service is spot on!
