I visited Uniform West Supply to get my insignia and embroidery sawn on my clothes. Their service was excellent. Staffs were really nice. More importantly, I able to see that they do really care about their costumers. Both of them are same company.

They have great customer service. And they are very helpful and friendly. I will return to them as often as I need to for hemming and fixing my pants. Or buying new pants for work.

Your employees that meet the public were excellent they advised me that it would be about 2 weeks to have it done and they were correct. They are professional in meeting my needs. The name put on the rifle stock was excellent I would refer friends and anybody who needed some Engraving done thank you.

Great and friendly service. Our order was ready in 2 days!!. We usually wait 2 weeks for an order at Skaggs and theyre not even customer friendly up there.Also, the price is better at Western Uniforms.

UWI is awesome. Their customer service is so much better than larger places like Skaggs. Every time I need something sewn on, they always do it right there while I wait. I ruined a shirt once by washing it with a pen, so I went in to get a new one, and the first thing they did was try their best to get all the ink out. They always do nice stuff like that and I really appreciate it.
