Didnt have any murder mystery dinner party games, but always a great place for new games and helpful staff.

This is my go-to place for board games. They have a great, wide-reaching inventory. They know what theyre talking about, and theyre happy to order stuff in for you. One time, the guy checking me out let out a big burp and didnt excuse himself. Other than that, all of my experiences here have been top-notch. I love Hasturs.

Great selection of board games and decent prices. They also had a huge box of Pokemon cards! The associate was very helpful and nice. They were also very patient as my kids counted out their coins to get Pokemon cards. Overall, its a great store!

This is the best place to come for Pokemon & Magic cards, these seem to be the two card games they focus on the most. There a lot of tables that can be used for card games and d&d games. They also have a HUGE selection of board games that you can sit down and play for free.

Was looking for some Pokemon cards as finding them in big box stores seems impossible. They had it all at Hastur. Decent prices. Pretty good selection of boardgames.

This place is great for board games. Large selection and even demo games to play. I really loved this place and went out of my way to purchase games there to support them. Recently, however, I went there to buy some Pokémon stuff and their prices were higher than scalper prices. Price gouging like this to take advantage of an already tough market for us pokemon fans rubs me the wrong way. No kid can afford their prices nor most adults. I feel rather than supporting the Pokémon community, they decided to take advantage. Scalpers are a huge problem right now and its shameful that the local card store is partaking in this stain upon the TCG community. Feels like another MTG store just trying to get a pay day from the Pokémon community.

I came to this store to get a D&D related gift for a friend, and their selection of D&D related stuff was exactly what I needed. I had a great experience. 👍

Staff is some of the laziest bunch Ive ever met. (except for the skinny kid in the beanie, he does it all!)They regularly upcharge products and call it a cost of doing business. Business isnt as costly at some other local shops, and the trade in rates are better elsewhere too!Decent atmosphere and fun locals, but if you want a personal touch or something as simple as being treated like a human being, I suggest you look elsewhere!(Seriously, they buy off Amazon and then raise the price. Support local, or support lazy? Your choice haha.)

We come here too often for me not to post a review... We visit here almost every Sunday, not even to buy anything necessarily but more to come in and browse the store since they always have something new. The staff is incredibly great, and the owner as well. We come in and the associate always says hi and asks how were doing (really should ask for his name at some point...). If youre looking for a new gamestore to visit I highly recommend this place! (Plus they dont overprice the stuff like other places *cough cough* gamehaven)

Over the last few months I have become a regular here because I have a Pokémon problem. They consistently get in stock of a cards that are increasingly hard to find in the valley. They also have a huge selections of card accessories and other board games. They even have a discord channel. The staff are knowledgeable, nice, and helpful and overall great. Give them your money.

They have an impressive selection of games, including a massive collection of demo games. I find nee things every time I go. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. I go out of my way to shop here (even though other game stores are closer.)

Went here looking for Pokemon stuff. They have an ok selection but have what are essentially scalper prices. Id say its the typical magic shop, where Pokemon exists but only to make money off not genuine interest or community support.

I’ve been here many-a-time and it is by far my favorite game shop. It’s somewhat tucked away but easy to spot with its yellow awnings and well worth going to. The staff are always very friendly and kind and are very eager to help any customer that comes in. They have an amazing selection of games, easily the biggest of any store I’ve been to, every board game you can imagine and then some, miniature games of all kinds, and sections dedicated fully for Dungeons and Dragons and Warhammer. They also have plenty of tables set up for quick and friendly Magic the Gathering or Pokémon games. They have fair prices for all their products and I always recommend buying from small business rather than from Amazon or like companies. The store itself is always very clean and presentable. My only complaint is that the store isn’t closer to where I live in Logan... But other than that 10/10, I will keep coming back.

Reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because we came here New Year’s Day with no info on here that they were closed. We arrived and the door was locked and only looking through the window did we see a small signs deep in the store saying they were closed.When open, lots of great options and customer service is fantastic. This place had been around for ages and love that they’re still in business!

Been buying games from Hastur for over 20 years. Its awesome to see the same workers still working here. You dont see local shops with the same feel. They treat you like a friend Evey time I go in. I recently picked up Magic the card game again and they were super knowledgeable on the game and got me up and going with some good starter decks

Hastur Games has the best demo game library in the state! There are piles and piles of games that you can try. I take my kids here weekly to try new games. Their selection to buy is also amazing. Their staff is always happy to help you out and chat about games.

The store is a lot bigger than you can see from the street, so they have a really big stock of board, card, and minis games. Not to mention the huge selection of RPGs. This is absolutely a place to check out of youre in the area.

Nice staff, cool atmosphere, but horrible prices. Absolutely horrible pokemon prices. Only reason they have them in stock is because they have a 80% markup on SCALPER PRICES. A battle styles etb (which is selling for 50 online) they are selling for 90 in the store. Crazy how they sell for a massive markup even though they have so many etbs there. Would not recommend to go at all

This is a great place for more nerds to gather for their games and tournaments! And Im talking OG nerds! Board games, card games, models to build, etc! And I love it all! I love coming in for more Warhammer 40,000 models and paints! This is the place that helped to start my love for Magic the Gathering, and had I lived closer to here, of course I would have come in to join game nights!My one nitpick is very teeny and tiny, but maybe some music playing overhead? Something like medieval or sci-fi ambience? But thats scraping the bottom of the barrel for problems.Come spend your money here nerds!

Large store with a big selection of demo games, and supplies for a variety of different tabletop games. I appreciated the large selection of dice, since I collect them, and seeing an actual variety not just in appearance but in manufacturers was great to see as it provides an inherently larger variation in whats available.

When I went to pick up my item it was like I ruined the salesmans entire day by wanting to buy things from the store that sell the things I want. No issues with the online order or the item itself. Ive never seen a shopkeeper so put out about having to sell stuff.

Ill keep spending my money here 😂Update: Im sad to have come in the past few times and found product upselling 50% or more then retail. These are straight scalper prices. I cannot support this. I will return when prices drop. Something that is 50$ shouldnt be 150$. Or something 10$ be 30$. Its ridiculous

Locally I always find what Im looking for at Hastur. When it comes to my tabletop needs, price point is what youd expect and is competitive with online prices. Good selection of games, books and dice.

They overcharge for Pokémon products on release day but the staff is nice and they are normally pretty well stocked. Would recommend the store for any game fans but wouldnt recommend buying any pokemon products near release date.

Lots of games in many genres: RPGs, board games, CCGs, family games, etc. Miniatures and a variety of dice are available too. In-person gaming tables are available, and a stack of open game boxes to borrow and use there.

Amazing shop. This is what a game store should be. I have always had a great experience here and they have went out of there way to help. They went as far opening the shop back up when I showed up 5 min after they closed and then still took their time to help me. I highly recommend supporting this shop.

Ive never been more satisfied walking into a game store than I have been at Hastur Games.I walked in and was greeted instantly by the owner himself. He recommended tons of great games, and while he didnt have the game I was looking for (out of print throughout the state) I grabbed an expansion for a different game.We spoke for nearly 90 minutes and he was happy to answer all of my questions about anything and everything.I will absolutely be back here for any of my board game needs. And game nights on Monday!

They have a huge selection of games and group entertainment items. They always have the latest hot items as well as the older top sellers. The owner is great and I love that they will let you try the game before you make that sizable investment in a new group game. Thats so, because the games can be expensive and you can know if you like it before you buy it.

They dont give alot of money when you see them Pokémon cards but they have great service.

I bought Pokémon booster packs and I drove home then they were half opened then I thought it was probably something wrong with the shipping then I checked in side the pack and there were no holos which there is supposed to be in every pack then the. cards were rearranged and I got scammed this happened with the other booster pack

I went in for the most recent dungeons and dragons book and they had not been unboxed yet. But Jason opened the box and entered it into the system so that I could buy it. Excellent customer service and very patient.
