Multiple time online customer here. Game grid has an awesome variety of trading cards and they are always up to date with the newest sets. Prices are on par with the market. Shipping was on time and well packaged with tracking and updates. Ill be buying from these guys many times in the future.

Pre-ordered 3 evolving skies elite trainer boxes, 2 weeks after release and still no email or confirmation on when theyre shipping or if Ill get a refund for this order. Seems like they sold over their allocations and instead of handling it like a real business you get the cold shoulder treatment. Small shops are usually trustworthy and I love supporting them but not this one. They try to cover up their mistakes and ignore customers concerns.

Best card shop hands down in all of the U.S for Pokémon cards. Great prices and quick on getting new releases to you that you preorder. Everything has arrived in mint condition!

Was really excited to try these guys since they are local. I ordered 6 of the eevvee tins. 1 of the display cards was incredibly scratched, and majority all all the packs inside looked tampered with on the seals of each booster pack. After opening a ton of new evolving skies there are to many things that are suspect. And there being dust and lint in the tins that are sealed. Most likely were tampered with. I opened 3 of them and 1 of the tins had 2 of the same boosters which isn’t normal either :/ would not recommend and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Pre-Ordered ETB on promotion for $151 - before release they’re selling them die $99 - reached out 1 month before release to see about refund or true up and was completely ignored. Replied to my own email seeking to get in touch: nothing. Tried calling the store it’s disconnected.Was excited to find this store but if I can’t trust them honoring market price you shouldn’t either. Not right to those who trusted them months in advance of release to be treated this way

Pre ordered product that was released on August 28th and I still have not received it. I have tried multiple times to reach out via email for tracking or some sort of update and only got one response weeks ago and nothing since. Would really like a refund at this point

Is your man a nerd? Well this is your one stop shop! Pokémon, magic, DND, board games, and more!!!!!! Plus the people are cool and love to nerd out with you!

They ask you to order cards through their online kiosk so they can give them to you in person, but when we did we realized that some of the cards they gave us were the wrong set (we paid more, but got the cheaper ones) & some cards were missing, but we still paid for them. Lost about $14 and got incorrect cards. Wouldn’t recommend coming here or any of their stores if this is how they run business. Plenty of other better card stores to go to that won’t rip you off and will actually verify what they gave you before rushing you out of the door. Hastur for example, is less than 3 minutes away, had better service, better card prices, and you won’t get ripped off by cheap cards. Again, you’ll get the correct cards that you paid for anywhere else but here. Please don’t come here and spend your money elsewhere.

Scam! Do not buy from this seller.They have told me for 2 weeks now that they will ship out my items, but have failed to do so. They have ignored my emails several times, and are not answering anymore. At one point it took over a week to receive an email, where they told me that the items would be shipped in a day.Ive started a PayPal case and will hopefully get my money back in a few weeks.Go order somewhere else.

Pricing is too high for ETBs, customer support is very poor. Shipping takes two weeks on pre order. Changing pre order pricing, will refuse on CC due to terms & conditions were broken on pre order.

I preordered an EVS ETB from GG Midvale online. No delivery or updates from them two weeks after it’s official release date. Contacted them via email about cancellation and refund… I received a one-word reply: ‘canceled’. I asked them about my refund and they never responded. I have not received a refund yet. I would not trust this store. I don’t mind late delivery as long as there is some transparency about the situation, which there was not. If this business truly did go under then I’m sorry, but it doesn’t excuse the unprofessionalism.

Ordered etbs on June 30th here we are in October with no delivery. Wont respond to emails either had to dispute with credit card. They way overcharge for everything. Guarantee they do the same for celebrations even though they are opening thousands live on Facebook for 120 + shipping. Literally unbelievable

I recently ordered from game grid after seeing a Facebook ad for them. It was a pre order but shortly after release I got tracking for my booster box and it was delivered quick and well protected. For sure Ill be buying from them again!

Took a chance and preordered two Evolving Skies ETBs from them since comments said they were legit. I preordered in July 2021, aware it was releasing in August. It is now end of September, and I still havent received anything.They refuse to answer emails, and dms on instagram will only get you an automated message about the shipments being delayed on the distribution end. No accountability on their end whatsoever. It is clear they oversold based off of the reviews here of people still not getting theirs.Just saw one from someone saying to ordered in August and the business replied to them saying it was gonna be shipped out that week... and my july order is just getting an automated message back? Nice.Disputing with my bank because at this point Id rather pay a little more than to wait on these.

What a joke of a shop. Puts a celebrations ETB up for $180 on preorder just to lock in people on the hype then switch it to $99. However, that’s not even what the 1 star is for. They still haven’t updated me on my 2 evolving skies ETB’s and decided to send me a copy and paste message on Facebook. Mind you I had to wait A MONTH. Sept 15th to be exact for them to send a mass copy and paste message where they just blamed it on Pokémon. The release was on Aug 27th and I made my purchase in July. Why do we need to wait almost a month for you guys to reply to us just to hear you put the blame on Pokémon? Then not even get me a status update on my order! The way they practice they’re business is going to end up putting them under.

Ordered 1 evolving skies box and 2 etbs as well as 2 celebration products. Evolving skies Products came in as described except for one of the etbs which is delayed. Its not their fault delays happen, they are doing their best to keep customers informed of when they can ship products as they get them in. Much appreciation with them keeping customers in the loop of whats been going on with their delays, orders and any kind of issues that come up. Customer communication is big for me and they have done great in this area. I will say while their prices are a little higher such as with the new celebration set than msrp, but they do still beat alot of others in pricing which is very awesome. I know they are going by market prices and distributors prices. They gotta make a profit its a business after all. A great plus with them as a final thought is that they even offer coupons every so often which is quite nice. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to preorder whether mtg or pokemon.Update 10/15/21: had an issue with my celebratiom order they had sent me 2 etbs instead of 1 etb and the ultra premium collection. I messaged them about the issue they assured me that I will still get my ultra premium collection when it comes out 10/22 and to keep the extra etb. I do appreciate them getting back with me on a mistake like this and resolving it.

Took a chance and preordered 1 Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box and 2 booster boxes. When I received my package on the 3rd it contained only 1 booster box and the ETB. Ive sent several emails and got no response. Called multiple times on multiple days, no answer. Finally got an answer on the 8th and all they said was they would make a note of it and see if they could send one out. Now Im not sure if Ill get my booster box or if Im getting a refund or just screwed.

Shop at our local Walmart and Target. GGM is shady and poor business.

What a great company!!! Ordered a case of booster boxes, order was messed up and received only 1 box. Called them up and they comped the box they sent and resent my order same day! I will definitely be ordering through them again. My new go to for new Pokémon products!

What an absolutely phenomenal store! I came looking for Pokemon and never have I ever seen a more impressive stock! I live 45 minutes away but I will certainly be coming back to shop here. If I could give 0 stars I wouldI used to really like this place, I was even a member of their private FB page Game Grid Live! I did notice however they would constantly delete peoples comments that were just asking pricing questions or order status questions, and I never minded those figuring that 1. they helped them already or 2. its a business and lets face it they dont want bad publicity. But recently I found myself on the other side of that deletion list..I ordered an ETB from them only 2 weeks ago from the site when it was listed for $180 (I technically got it for around 150ish with a special member code 😒).Today 8/3/2021 I went to check out more things to order when I noticed the same exact ETB was now only $100, so on their public and private pages I simply asked, since they had a major price drop could they offer a partial refund or even store credit. Instead of responding with a sorry or anything. They deleted all my comments and blocked me from the private group. Then they message me about how they got their inventory for more and all that. I get it, small businesses gotta do what they gotta do, and I knew I was gonna pay a bit more, especially in the current market, but I thought whats the harm in asking ...wasnt mad when I asked my simple question but Im mad now because of how they chose to handle the situation by pretending nothing is wrong. its shady af and just super sad that this is how you conduct yourselves.As of now, they also made it so I cant comment on their public page or leave a review on them there. They have read my private messages and chose to ignore me. This place has a decent selection its just unfortunate that they are located less than a block away from Hasters, sorry guys but Hasters have you beat by a mile.

Pre ordered a etb for 180 then the next day they lowered the price to 100 bucks. Asked about if Ill get refunded the 80 bucks they keep ignoring my messages and deleting my comments on there fb page.

This was starting to become my go to shop for Pokemon product but recent practices have left a bad taste in my mouth. They have a great selection of Pokemon product thats decently priced but they recently decided to put Celebrations ETBs up for 180$ on their website. Also I found out that in the past they canceled Champions Path ETB preorders just so they could relist them at a higher price. So while Id love to still go here, going to probably have to part ways because I wont support those kind of practices or what is essentially scalping.

When I went in to pick up my order, I waited over a half hour while the employee behind the desk took a phone call. He was laughing about getting a truckload of merchandise that was meant for another store. These guys are unethical to say the least. I preordered a box of Pokémon cards not knowing how overpriced they were. I emailed them asking to cancel the preorder a couple of weeks later (months before the card set was to be released. They have been unresponsive to all my emails. DO NOT PREORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.Update: GameGrid finally responded to me a couple of weeks after filing a dispute with PayPal. They tried to tell me they have a zero return policy on their website. I escalated the dispute to PayPal and they refunded my money within a couple of weeks. Don’t let these guys try to push you around, insist on a refund and dispute the charge with your bank/PayPal.

Do not buy from them.. they have over priced Pokémon products.. they erase negative comments on their fb posts so people won’t know they are ripping people off..Ps. They pay for 5 star reviews. That’s how awful they are.

Almost 2weeks past and Emailing and calling the CEO with no reply back . So sent a text regarding the issue AGAIN! They said they shipped it off to another state where i dont live. Unresponsive to emails. Blocked on FB for questioning about price changes.Prices change unreliably on preorder items, and they won’t refund anything if you preorder at one price then they drop it, even if they drop it a very large amount.Lost my business for sure.

When you walk in, look at the painted figurines at the front of the store. Those are done by the owner who runs a painting workshop on Saturdays. Unfortunately, this was not available the weekend I was in town, but for $20 you get a miniature, your paints, and time with him walking you through it, which actually does sound like a lot of fun. Ill probably give it a go next time Im in town.

Game grid is a great chain that I love and support wholeheartedly. But I didnt love it as much as the Game Grid in Lehi. The atmosphere was a bit off from what I was expecting. Overall not too bad but not my favorite.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE if youre talking to anyone through their facebook page. Was a pretty regular customer here, but now Im taking my business to Hasturs. F this dump and the people here.

First time customer. I placed a pre-order for a few Pokemon booster boxes. I did have a small issue and had a difficult time contacting them initially. However, once I did get in contact with them they solved the issue quickly and professionally. I even got my order a little early.Overall I had a good experience and would 100% recommend them.

Awesome shop! Feels clean and the staff is super friendly, plus they know what they are selling which is always a bonus when you are hunting for spesific items. The coffee that they serve there is also very good! I love the combination of cafe and game store that they have pulled off.

They have a huge selection of cards. They also try to have events and games.The store also has more cards in stock than most any other store. The cards are expensive, but considering how hard it is to get any, it is better then having no selection at all.

Went back recently and they are still as awesome as the first visit.

I went in the other day to buy some Citadel paints. Scanning the rows I noticed they didnt have the ones I needed and the selection was limited. But hey theyre a small business so I cant blame them for that, I was getting low on Nuln Oil so decided Ill restock while Im here.I turn around to get in line to check out.... thats when I noticed 5 of the 6 employees didnt have masks on (not a nose hanging out or, diaper chinning, literally no masks nearby).I turned around, put the paint away and left, if this company is so irresponsible in the face of a global pandemic, I dont plan to give them my business.Head a minute north on State Street to Hastur Games, they take the real world seriously and have a much better selection.Edit: it was in the middle of the day, when your hours are listed as open and there were about 5 other customers with a few waiting in line to check out.

Whoever I talked to through their facebook page was inconsiderate and rude. Never shopping here AGAIN. Taking my business elsewhere.

Does anyone know when these guys are open? This is my 4th time driving up here from Orem and they are always closed. Today is Friday at 4:30pm and no one is here, I was here Monday at 7:30pm and no one was there.

Super unhappy with the service. They shipped my preorder out 10 days after launch then I got hit for a savage customs charge after paying them to ship it. Do not order if expecting product on the week of launch. I will make sure I tell people to stay away and go to local card shops before ordering here.

Ive been going to Game Grid stores for over 8 years. I started going to the North Ogden Location. I went to the grand opening of the Millcreek location and I was going to this Midvale location for some time as well. The owners always make you feel like family whether its your first time there or your 101st time there.

Went for the vintage Pokemon cards, left with a smile -- and some awesome cards! The customer service here is second-to-none. Competitive pricing and some great inventory. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Ive never had a better experience in a gaming shop.

I’ve been to every game store in Utah, and this store has the best customer service by far. They were kind and went out of their way to make sure customers felt acknowledged without being pushy. Plus, they have a huge selection and a coffee shop build into the store. Nice. These guys rock!

Love all Game Grids, but this one is close to me and the owner Joe is the best person Ive meet in my life. This place has family values great deal, rewards, and is the best place for magic, Pokemon, D an D, Force of Will. The coffee and smoothies are better than all the big chain places and they have new drinks ever week.
