Several times in the last few years Ive needed a very specific bolt size. Sometime I had the measurements, others I did not. These guys have always been able to help me and have always had what I needed in stock! Quick, specialized service and employees who actually know how to help. Great service!

I have been coming to this company for over 25 years. They have so many bolt nuts bits fasteners its crazy.

If your time isnt valuable this would be great place to come and sip tea. Home depot would be better

I own and run an office furniture business in Murray and to have this Midvale location has been super convenient. Jonathan and the crew there are extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Their shop is clean and organized and they usually get to us within minutes of our arrival and if they dont have all of what we need they are able to get it within days. I have been purchasing Hardware from Bolt & Nut Supply for almost 15 years. They KNOW their stuff. They offer great prices, and local convenience. If I have questions or am unclear about what I need they are a great resource. They always have what I need in stock and have quick friendly service. Besides, and ammunition collection is second to none.

I have purchased several types of metric and standard bolts and nuts from this place, some rather hard to find elsewhere. They have a minimum purchase of $5 or so, so beware of that. I have to agree with other reviewers that they sometimes have very poor customer service. What that means is that they sometimes talk to you as if you are stupid. I know what I need and I know what the type, dimensions, materials, and ratings are for the parts I am asking about, but despite that, there is a guy there, probably the owner, who is very impatient, who will cut you off mid sentence. He needs to get a clue, he is a total moron if he thinks it is okay to talk to anyone that way, especially customers. He needs to strictly sell online if he hates people that much. Efficiency is a lame excuse. He is simply blatantly rude. He has done this to me on the phone and even if there are no other customers in the store. There is another guy there however who is very helpful and courteous, so look for him and ignore the jerk and you will get what you need. Otherwise order from Amazon.Response to Owner:Ill be succinct. You are too combative. Your response proves my point. Customer service is not about you being right, it is about you respectfully servicing your customers needs. People are not machines. I am not arrogant or a troll. I didnt mention those reviews. Super easy experience.Needed 16 bolts, washers and nuts to mount a snow plow on a truck. I took a sample in (DO THIS) and I was out of there super quick with everything I needed. Super nearly packaged and price was more than fair. I’ll be back!

Great place. Opens early, closes early. They might increase their business, and thus profits, if they extend business hours to cater to a larger market. Makes it hard to get there if you have a day job.

I called to get help on a question about how I can replace a weird screw and their sales representative was very rude and did not want to try to help me explaining he was busy. I told him I did not appreciate his rude tone and instead of apologizing he just hung up the phone. I will never shop at this store now because of how I was treated on my initial interaction.

They have the bolts you need but don’t expect them to do anything out of the ordinary to be helpful or provide good customer service.

Been in here a few times. They always have exactly what I want. The guys are all business but that’s how you have to be running a small business.

They have an amazingly large selection of products, various material quantity’s, and quick turnaround if not in stock. I use them whenever possible.

Yep, as others on this post said. They are no help. He looked at my bolt and said nope dont have this and handed it back to me. Highly unrecommend.

What a complete and utter a-hole running that counter.Simply didnt want to help. Turned me away within 3 seconds of looking at my nut.Not sure if thats his normal mood or if he was having a bad day. But WOW.Thanks for nothing!

This place has the worst customer service ever! My husband sent me there so I could get a part for him. I know I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to these types of things, however the guy at the counter was so horrible to me I left almost in tears. I dont recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
