I came in tonight with my connector photos and videos to find the right hdmi cord and still twice yall gave me the wrong cord I have to work in the morning and wont be able to and that is going to affect my hours not yours mines I already spent my money there right.Yall will be taking this cord back and making sure I have the right one I will be there nice and early at 8am in the cold vs home working like I should be and then explaining why I was late and the clocking in late so missing hours so I want to extend a thank you for wasting my evening and my morning and ensuring that my boss will get upset with me because he will be. Thank you office max you are great at nothing clearly.

Im one of those customers who really just prefers to be left to my own devices. However, occasionally I do need some help and Ive never had a hard time finding help here. I have always been met with kind and patient customer service.

Dont know how to use their own printers

VERY unprofessional work. DO NOT print with these people. They messed up my order and wanted to charge me around $150 for something that cost $10 just to do it again. I will never come back here.Update: I am talking to the manager and we are working to resolve this issue. I will update once they get back to me.Update: March 16, finally got them back! This time with the correct size. $47

I order a one day print on canvas. I called at 5:40pm yo get an update and then I am told they dont have someone who can do canvas print but they didnt have the decency to call me earlier to say they cannot do it. The guy refused to transfer me to the manager and was not willing to help me at all. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER STORE TO SEE IF THE COULD DO MY ONE DAY ORDER. I cannot believe how horrible their customer service is. They hadnt even updated me, I only found out because I called. All they had to do was tell me earlier they couldnt do it! Thats it! No drama. Nothing. Instead Im surprised that Im not getting my order.

If you need a friend in the “copy” business, talk to Wyn. So helpful! Every project I’ve brought to him, he has treated like his own.

I came here to print a poster for a project and was helped by Rojha and Kelsey (his manager). Originally the print was going to be $40 but they allowed me to edit the file in the store to reduce the amount of ink the print would use and I ended up saving a bunch of money. They were super helpful and I’d highly recommend using their services if you need to print

I bought a surge protector today and the price on the rack was $11.99 however when I got up to the counter it rang up as $18.49 and when I mentioned it to the clerk he said oh that could be an old price tag on the rack and was very unconcerned about the price difference. I guess OfficeMax better do a better job of keeping their prices current on the sale tag on the rack. Very disappointed.

I like being able to go to an office supply store and browsing a variety of products. I love the location of this store and the staff is very helpful and efficient. Even when you leave a not so nice survey that you don’t think anyone will ever see. They actually read their customer satisfaction surveys and respond. That’s excellent customer service. Their policies are also very forgiving for those of us who tend to suffer from buyer’s remorse 🤦🏼‍♀️Thanks OfficeMax!

Worst customer service of all time. I come in pretty often to get prints. You think after seeing someone so many times you might be a friendlier person. Nope. They barley communicate in the print department. It’s sad. And I dread coming in. Perk up girls! Can’t beat the prices for the quality :)

I went in expecting to find about a half a dozen items. I found most of them on my own. I asked for help in finding another couple items and was directed to exactly where they were. Check out was quick and the cashier was friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good experience! Way to go Office Max!

The last couple times that Ive gone here, Ive gotten the feeling that the employees were really reluctant to help me. Maybe they were having a bad day, but its frustrating when your in a large store and your looking for something specific and no one will help you. Otherwise, I appreciate the selection and the variety of items that they have. I usually find good quality stuff to use and things that make filing and organization so much easier.

I had a cart full of office supplies & technology for my business. Before I checked out, I need to use the bathroom. Customers are not allowed to use their restrooms. I walked out of the store without buying anything.

The print shop in this place is incredible! They worked with what I wanted and gave me way more than I expected! The price was unbeatable and the customer service was outstanding. I will be frequenting this place for mostly all of my office needs.

Ordered business cards at the end of March. They came twi weeks later and they were wrong. They re-ordered them. 3 weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything. I called in and the one guy who knew the status of my cards was out for the day and nobody could tell me what was going on. I left a message for him, Wyn, to call me. Of course no one ever called back.A few days later I called and they said the cards were in! I drove back over to OfficeMax and guess what, the cards were wrong again.Re-order it again. Now it’s been almost 3 weeks. I go in there today because I haven’t heard a thing and good old Wyn is there and he says, no they’re still not in but it should be any day. I asked, could you please, please make sure you call me this time and he kind a got snotty like “we always call.” That has not been the case.There’s got to be a better office supply company in Murray besides these guys.

The building is clean, the people are friendly, the stock is good. But when I asked for a specific product, they told me it was only available online, and that I wouldnt be able to find a physical copy anywhere anymore. So I drove over to a different chain and picked up a physical copy.

Was pretty good, got assistance right away, but then he had to run something to the cashier said hed be back but never came back. Had to walk around to find someone to help me. Thats super annoying to me. But least everyone i spoke to was polite.

Update to a previous review - I hold by my early impressions...Staff were polite and friendly. I didnt need assistance myself, but heard and saw them assisting other customers. For me it was a 4 star experience, but seeing the assistance delivered to other customers that needed it bumped my rating +1.

6-8 employees standing around visiting, when I asked for help they just pointed me to an aisle. When I asked for some help with software they told me to read the back of the box. Great customer service if you dont want people to come back

Out of 5 employees 3 were great. One didnt speak at all just nodded. One was completely rude. He chose to educate me. I wanted stickers that were no bigger than 1x1. Those are called labels. Nope. They were called stickers on childrens aisle. The worst thing about the store? Massive windows with lots of sun and NO a/c in the store. I felt like passing out. I felt really bad for the people that had to work in that heat.

The sales people walking around the store were awesome. The girl working the copy mail center was horrible I just needed copies and to mail something and she was like trying to talk me out of fed ex then it took her 20 min to mail my envelope.

An employee immediately asked if he could help me find what I was looking for. Cashier also very friendly & helpful.

Have a hard time trying to understand why OfficeMax even sends out coupons when they exclude almost everything making them without value. Its disappointing that they have certain items that no one else has.

My son went in to get a paper faxed. 2 ladies in front of started to complain that he apparently was to close to them and told him to move. Later on an employee told him to leave the store. Why does he need to move out of line. My son has always been polite and respectful. He feels that this act was either racist or a discrimination. As far as I see it, I will not be doing business with this store. Something needs to be done about this. Terrible, terrible service. I do not recommend this store. Shame on the employee!

I needed 1/8 trimmed from some name tags we had printed. 2500 pieces. We took them to Office Max to do the job. Just went to pick them up. They handed them to me in a sealed box. When we got back to the office we found that the trim was off by 1/16th of an inch and not square on nearly all of the 2500 pieces. We are going to have to reprint. BUT, the best part, they put a Quality Control sticker on top of the job with a signature you cant read telling me that this met their standards of quality. We were in a hurry...took them to Office Max instead of our regular stop at the Fedex store. Never again. Sloppy work...but it is good to know that it met YOUR standard of quality.

Great store with alot of product. The bathrooms look like something from a horror movie. The customer service is for sure a 0. We were there for 45 min amd were not talked to by anyone the whole time.

Bryce, the customer service manager, went above and beyond yesterday after I was frustrated for not having read the fine print on one of the in-store sale prices, and returned to the store later in the evening. He not only made the situation right for me, he also allowed me to exchange straight across for a cable I purchased, even though the one I needed was more expensive. This type of customer service was unexpected and extremely rare these days. Thank-you, Bryce!

This review is my experience in ordering from them online and trying to return an item in general/to their store.I bough a HP computer online from Office Depot/Max and I wanted to return it due to the computer being defective. The store wont take it back because they apparently dont take items they dont sell in store.Ive been dealing with customer service now 2+ weeks to return an item that is only creating interest on my CC and problem is still not resolved. In the end I will call my CC to dispute this transaction.THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD, IN BUYING ANYTHING........EVER!

Absolute worst customer service experience. The manager Greg, or maybe his name was Craig (he wouldnt clarify his name when I asked) was a complete loser, didnt offer to order an out of stock item for me, instead told me to get my calendar somewhere else. I wont shop at this location until they find a new manager who knows how to speak to customers.

Goodness it shouldnt take more than 10 minutes to laminate what we needed. Yet after waiting for 30 mins at a desk with no line we asked for help, only to be told to wait while other customers bothered us asking us if we vould help them. Too many tweakers. Not enough service. Will not return.

I had some copies made because I dont have a printer and literally could have bought a printer AND paper AND ink for how much it cost. Just ridiculously expensive. I went back after paying because I used all the money I had for groceries and they refused to do a return. Next time I will just buy a printer.
