Their jackets are high quality and well made. They are sufficiently warm even without the heat on. So, with the heat I stay nice and toasty! I love turning the jacket on and putting it over my baby in the stroller when we go for quick walks in this cold weather! Their customer service was extremely helpful and worked to make things right. I appreciated their efforts in my behalf!

The zip up hoodie is fantastic! My husband works outside at times and is thrilled! It is great material and flexible. The owner of the company is thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this company for anyone looking for a product like this.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! My husband (Josh Jackson) ordered a jacket for me for mothers day. I received it but thought the next size up might fit better. I ordered the next size up... They charged me the $200 but still never received the coat! We have called and left several messages and emailed with no response! Do not trust this company!

I placed an order for the 5 zone jacket as a surprise for my daughters Christmas. At 10:30p on Dec 19th, I received an email from them saying theyd cancelled my order and have refunded my money (havent received the refund yet)! Are you kidding me? It would be one thing to say that the order would be late but to cancel the order 5 days before Christmas?! DONT ACCEPT THE ORDER IF YOU CANT FULFILL IT!!!!!!

I cant get a hold of them in regards to my order 3 weeks ago and I cant find the on FB either. :-( But my money is gone and order not received....
