We havent even done our final measurement/install yet (Ill update when we do) but this place was awesome.Their showroom team was so helpful with picking samples and leading us away from ones that wouldnt work for our lifestyle (even if they were more expensive). They let us take a few samples for us to return when they come measure next week so we can see them in the space, etc. Great customer service! Very pleased so far.

Most companies could not entertain our basement flooring for 1-3 months. Designer Floor Coverings completed it less than 2 weeks. Great workmanship. They showed on the day they said would be there. No delays, no games, no sacrifices in product. They did a very good job and went over and beyond.

I have worked with Designer floor coverings for many years. They have installed carpet in our rental properties and recently in our personal home. Because they buy carpet mill direct their price is always good. They communicate and get the job done right the first time. The owner (Jarren) is honest and easy to work with. I have no hesitations referring them to my family and friends.

The price was good, but I paid for it in poor quality and poor service. The owner was verbally defensive and aggressive. They didn’t do what we had discussed previously and then left without even cutting out the holes for the vents. All and all I was left upset after them coming back 3 times. The service was so poor I couldn’t even recommend them for the price.

Couldn’t be happier. Installed new carpet and had existing carpet stretched. Old looked new and, of course, new looked great too. Great communication throughout and was really impressed with how quick the new carpet was installed. Would definitely choose again,

Designer Floor Coverings saved me big time. With all the rain and melting snow this January, my basement flooded. One of the worst feelings is water in your basement. After tearing up the carpet and throwing out the old pad, I was able to get the carpet dry after two days of non-stop fans.I talked to Jaren and he came out that same day to access the damage. Thankfully, I was able to save my carpet and would just need a new pad as well as relaying my existing carpet.Later that day, Andrea called me and offered to send her guy that evening to my house.After two hours, my carpet looked perfect! The installer was so quick and efficient.I am so happy with my first experience working with Designer Floor Coverings, and their professionalism as well as their concern was the definition of good old fashion customer service.I dont want to jinx myself, but I feel so much better knowing I have a go to if I ever need. it. Designer Floor Covering is the BEST!!! Jaren helped us re-carpet our new home and it was not easy. He worked around the previous owners schedule so he could come in and measure, he sent his guys out the day we got the keys so they could rip out the carpet, and installed it the next day. I changed dates on his many times and he was always kind and understanding. It was fast and perfect and the carpet is BEAUTIFUL! Jaren also helped us replace a piece of our carpet when one of our boys accidentally ruined it. He is quick to return my calls, very professional, and kind. His whole office is wonderful to work with and we will use them again in the future!

This is the second time we have used Jaron and his crew. They do an excellent job, they show up when they say they will, and they back up their product. We had to reschedule installation multiple times due to delays with subcontractors, and Jaron was patient and understanding each time - never made me feel that I was an inconvenience or that he was bothered by yet another scheduling delay. I had a few items that needed to be taken care of after the installation, and Jaron made sure it was taken care of promptly. My wife was just telling me how much she loves the new carpet. It looks fantastic! Their pricing is competitive, and I feel I have spent my money well. I will definitely use them again in the future.
