Valley provided us a great experience from start to finish. This is a no hassle, no pressure establishment. We purchased a pool table on a Saturday and their install crew had it installed and ready to play on within an hour and a half on the following Tuesday. I first reviewed this establishment with five stars. The customer service seemed great the install was great. However, our pool table began chipping with regular play from the very first game. My husband went in to let them know we had received an inferior product for our $5500 price tag. The salesman recommended we get a sharpie to touch it up. Seriously?????? I I can’t lie, I found that infuriating. We purchased a Brunswick Canton pool table. It wasn’t on clearance, it wasn’t discounted, we were told it was a top rated table. It’s actually a piece of complete junk. If you cannot use a pool table without damaging it, what is its purpose. Before anyone played on it,?it looked great. Now it has visible chips in the finish all the way around the outside edge. We contacted Brunswick. Possibly the worst customer service we have ever received. They told us we needed to be more careful. No one is abusing the table. It was being respectfully used for its intended purpose and it didn’t even hold up through its first game. Needless to say, I am absolutely furious. We have a brand new beautiful rec room with a brand new pool table that looks like a piece of crap purchased from a salvage store. Thank you Mr. salesman we will for sure get that sharpie. Totally unacceptable. I would never recommend Brunswick to anyone. Don’t waste your hard earned money And don’t trust what the salesman here sayRegarding the products they sell. To us $5500 is a boatload of money And we are horrified by The customer service both from the sales staff and the manufacturer.

Unbelievable service, Andy was amazing! 3 months ago when we started our basement remodel, we went into the showroom to decide on a pool table. They told us that it would most likely be 2 months after we placed the order for the one we wanted to be available. We came in on Friday afternoon of super owl weekend just after we finished the basement expecting to have to order the table and wait for months before it would arrive. They happened to have the exact table we wanted and are able to deliver and install it the next day. We visited Valley Billiards originally looking for a shuffleboard table. We found a great selection. My first impression was how nice the showroom floor is; very clean and plenty of room with lots of table options showcased. That cant be said for some of the other suppliers weve been too locally.Andy was GREAT to work with, we never felt pressured, in fact we probably visited the store 4-5 times before making a purchase. He is very patient and knowledgeable. One thing really impressed me working with Andy was that during the time we were considering which table to buy we were following the price of the same table on multiple web sites to see where we could get it for the least amount of money. The price of the table decreased significantly on billiards website, I went into the store thinking I would need to negotiate the price to get it the same (I dont really enjoy negotiating). Instead, as soon as we walked in and starting looking at the table he proactively told us the price had dropped and that we could get it for the same price that was online, this was a pleasant surprise and isnt a common experience with vendors.Then, after measuring out the shuffleboard area in our basement we decided to try and fit a pool table, Andy helped us with the size requirements and gave us a great deal on a pool table! I will highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a game table. I give 5 stars in all the areas: Price, service, knowledgeable, delivery & setup, and of course they sell high quality stuff (Thats pretty obvious right when you walk in the store)As far as delivery, there were three guys (including Andy) who delivered and installed. They were fast! but also patient as we couldnt make up our minds if we wanted the pool table moved a couple inches :)

We purchased a pool table from them and when they were setting it up they noticed an issue. Instead of trying to hide it they let us know what the issue was and asked us how we wanted to proceed. We decided we wanted a different table and they happily exchanged it even though they had to pick up the first table and deliver the new table. They are very fair and good people to work with. Went to RC Willys to get a pool table told them numerous times had to go down our basement in pieces. We sent them pictures and measurements of our basement, after waiting 2 weeks they couldnt get it down . We went to valley Spas and billards and they had a pool table in our basement the next day! Just bought the Lexington table by Brunswick, with matching cue rack, and a bunch of the bells and whistles. What a beautiful table. I’ve been shopping for a table for 6 months and finally found the table and the exact right people for the job.Andy was not pushy as I went back and forth on tables and was in and out of the store more then once. For me, that was important.Then, when I finally pulled the trigger I received A+ treatment through final delivery, which Andy personally took care of.I also purchased a light for above my table, a sweet Viking cue, and just yesterday, went back to add a beautiful wood pool chair, leather cushioned.So happy with my purchases. Sometimes I like to play it and others I just like to admire it.

Easy to work with and quality products.

If youre looking for any additions to your game room (Billiards, Shuffleboard, furniture, etc.) Valley Spa, and Andy, is a great place to start and end. Although the inventory in the showroom may be limited, the access they have to furniture and game tables is virtually unlimited.The sales process in designing, ordering, and receiving my custom shuffleboard table and ultimate poker table from California House was flawless (it came with a hefty price, but custom products and Cal House products typically are...)The installers were respectful of the furniture they were installing and of my house. They were more than willing to rearrange some of the furniture in the game room to accommodate the new additions.In the end, I received great products and great service at a reasonable price. Youd be hard pressed to find a shop that will provide the support during and after the sale that Andy and Valley Spa does.
