I ran in there maybe 5 minutes before they had to close. I drove for 20 minutes from Draper because it was the only Sallys open in the area. I needed a temporary color for my daughters hair. Urgently. I worked in retail before. Salespeople rarely happy when customer comes in right before they close the store and all ready to go home. Kassidee was nice. She and another girl with blond hair assisted me and helped me to make a right choice of products. My daughters hair turned out exactly how I wanted it. Just wanted to say thank you, because it would not be possible without you.

The workers there tonight were disgusting. Making fun of a customer right after they leave with other customers in the store. Wearing their masks down to their chin and not being helpful at all. I would recommend not going to this location at all.

Avoid this location if at all possible especially if there is a short girl with long black hair emo/punk/gothic look. I have NEVER been so mistreated by someone in customer service. She hates her job. She wouldnt acknowledge me for the longest time. Straight up refused to put my purchased products in Another bag. When I asked for another bag she told me no and said people steal when they have extra bags! I was shocked. So my packed full sack of heavy products ripped. She had no idea about the products I asked about either and told me I can Google it When I asked her name she said she wasnt giving it to me! Unbelievable.

Just trying to come here at 10:00 am for about 3 days but they always close, if you going to open late just change your schedule.

Alex, the manager of this store is ridiculous. She kept interrupting me over the phone. I could not place a word in. When I finally called her out on it, she hung up on me. She hates her job and she doesn’t know how to communicate with her customers without yelling at them. How can she be the manager with such a nasty attitude?

My daughter recently purchased a recommended product (bleaching kit) from a different Sallys location, the associate told her the product would work just like that one she went in for (unfortunately out of stock) this product immediately started turning her hair brown we rinsed it out and used the small package of highlight bleach it came with to wash it out. Clearly not the same product.That brings me to today, I went to the Fort Union Sallys as it was near my work to buy the correct bleaching kit, as I was checking out I asked the associate about how I could get refunded on a product that was incorrectly advised to use and had been thrown in the trash. She explained the policy and told me I could bring back the packaging for a refund, I had already thrown it away.Little did I know I was being helped by the Store Manager Alix D. Let me just begin to say I wish every person who worked in retail was as kind and helpful as Alix, with no hesitation she refunded my past purchased alleviating the burden for me to travel all the way back home and dig through the trash, she was thoughtful and professional in every aspect and I was truly thankful!You Rock Alix! Thank You!

I hardly ever do reviews but this needed to be known. I usually come to this location never have any issues. Recently a new employee started here her name is ALEX. She always has the nastiest attitude. I understand she is pregnant but that is no reason to be nasty to customers. I’ve gone in before and heard her say she hates customers after the customer she is dealing with leave. She was very rude and ran me and my kids out the store because I didn’t believe her word on a product. Asked for HR number she gave me a total different number. But I was able to obtain correct number. She is never kind or understanding. Hope she gets what she deserves for treating people nasty.

They were very nice, they knew what they were talking about and they held the items I was looking for until I got there

Itd been so long since I dyed my hair. Laura was great! She told me everything I needed to know to get the results I wanted and to keep my hair healthy.

Went at 11:30am on Wed June 3rd, the lady in the red dress was so helpful and nice, she helped my girlfriend and I out and found exactly what we needed, and even gave us some tips for our hair dye.

Store 1620 Midvale. Alex the associate was ahmazing...I walked in not quite sure what I needed and she was so friendly and helpful and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Alex the manager is great too, shes super sweet and always happy to help. I love this store, thank you guys for the work you do and doing it with Fire!

I called this store to see if they had any ponytail hair extensions in stock. when i asked, the girl immediately said no and was very rude. so i asked if she was sure or if she could double check. she said with the most attitude i’ve ever got from anywhere, that she was the manger and she knows what’s in stock. i said no need to be rude, and she mumbled something and hung up. very rude and disrespectful. don’t recommend this location of sally’s.

Alex is the most knowledgeable, friendly, kind person Ive ever encountered at a Sallys Beauty. She is always super helpful and available to answer questions. The store is always very clean and organized. I will always purchase my hair coloring items here. Thanks for being a queen Alex. You are the absolute best.

Just went in Sunday 2/09/20 around 4pm and the two girls there were amazing. Helped me find everything I needed and had the store very clean and organized. Before this I was at the Sandy location where the girl didnt greet me and wasnt wearing anything to identify that she worked there. Went looking around for 5minutes just to realize she did work there and when I asked for help just replied with were sold out. I will definitely be oing to the Midvale location from now on even if the Midvale one is a little more out of my way. Thanks for the great customer service girls!

Never buy anything from here. Its a hassle to get your money back period, with there no return policy. I bought a $124 clipper and the box look like its been tampered with and i asked.the lady uf this was a return and they said they dont have return items. But i bought the clippers and took it home and unboxed it and bam missing gaurds ... called them back about this problem and said there is nothing they can do

I wish I could give a negative star I went in to Sally’s today at 8:20 pm 40 minutes before they closed to grab a quick item and leave because I hate being that person that’s there after close but before I even got in there one of the employees was rudely standing in front of the door sweeping a rug and would barely let me past keep in mind I’m a soft spoken person so I kinda say so sorry do you mind if I get by and she turned around to me with the rudest face and said umm go ahead and a couple rude comments before I actually got in. I quick bought my product and had left the store by 8:30 (30 minutes) before close and told both ladies to have a good night and of course the rude on answered back every sassy. I usually don’t complain but that was just pathetic customer service and I realize you guys want to get out of there but seriously?! Don’t see my self ever stoping by this Sally’s again

Selection is great. Most of staff is awesome. Then there’s this girl who stands at the end of aisles and watches you. Then casually walks over to the front of the counter and pretends to adjust things as she watches you shop. I get it, people steal. But come on dude, it’s insulting. Im a regular here, first time I’ve dealt with this ridiculousness.

I go to Sallys for gel nail polish and supplies. Theyve got it all and its frequently on sale!!! They have given me refunds and exchanges when needed with no hassle.

I have been to this location several times recently and will NOT be returning. I am a sucker for customer service and the employee here has failed miserably to deliver even kindness to myself or any one I actually see her help. Let me put it to you this way... the last time I walked into this location this girl was so rude I felt uncomfortable having her ring me up. It was pure tension in the air. I dont know if this young lady just hates her job or the general public... but she needs some training and a major attitude change. Being in the industry to help people better themselves, even if you are just starting out with a career in beauty at a supply store does not mean you should treat people that way. Maybe management should pay attention.

So I’ve been going here for awhile and the girls aren’t that friendly but the guy who works there is super sweet and nice he helps you find all your stuff and is honestly the only reason I still go there

I just showed up here at 8:30am thinking they would be open since they are supposed to be open at 8:00am. The place was closed. Even the door said they opened at 8:00am. So either the staff there doesn’t know how to show up on time and open the building or they need to update their opening times on both the internet and their door. Frustrating, but at least target and ultra got my business.

From my house and work I drive past another Sally Beauty to get to this one. The employees have always been helpful and so polite.

Worst experience I have ever had. The employees are very rude. They dont welcome you when you walk into the door. I saw a couple of girls sitting on the floor when I walked in the door. When I walked up to the front, one of the employees burped very loud right behind me and said Yes I just burped get over it. Dont waste your time going here.

Girl currently at the counter acted as though my asking for assistance was of extreme inconvenience (she was busy gossiping with a non employee friend). Five minutes later when she finally did help me she was extremely rude and exchanged eye rolls with her friend about my questions. Looks like Ill find another place to spend $100/month!
