I had a great experience. My car broke down on the side of the freeway and got impounded. After I got it out of the impound, it was towed here. Apparently my car was giving them all sorts of readings, but they did their work and found out that it was actually something simple. When I first took it to Meineke they said it was the alternator and battery and would cost about 900. Auto enhance did their work and it turns out it was just the battery cables and cost me about 140 plus the guy I worked with was super friendly. They honestly saved my life, I was worried about not making it to work and maybe being homeless. I have been so relieved today and now I have my car so I can drive up and see my girlfriend. Thank you guys, you are amazing!! Thank you for not trying to rip me off and saying it was all these things that it wasnt. Honestly goes a long way. If I need anything done on my car I wil be returning
An easy + pleasant experience. Truly, grateful for the gentleman who helped me & made things the least complicated as possible! I will definitely be returning for any future issues and I am so glad I came here!
Very honest and accommodating. Kind, understanding, and easy to work with. These traits combined with a straightforward manner are the marks of a good auto shop. They managed to do the near impossible in finding a part for me, saving me around $200. Worth working with. Also google directions likes to take you behind the shop. Turn left before when it says and youll be in the front, to the right of the sushi diner.
The guy I worked with is super nice. The company actually wasn’t able to fix my cars problem so I had to go to the main dealership but the customer service was fantastic
Very friendly and professional. Gave me an estimate. Had no problem with me getting other estimates.
Good quality. Serious people. They found the leak in my air conditioner system, which few repair shops offer.
If you want to be treated and talked to as if you are inconveniencing them with your business, Auto Enhance is the place for you. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional.
He was very kind, as was the blonde guy that replaced my catalytic converter, but when I tell you my car shouldnt be loud when you turn it on like a racing car like its maybe the muffler not sure, and you tell me you didnt hear anything. Then you need your hearing checked. It rumbles like I put one of those huge mufflers on it to make it sound that way. But thanks for nothing, youre the only place that has worked on my car and now it sounds like this but now youre telling me just some bolts are loose even tho the blonde kid told me he didnt have the correct ones and used the wrong ones. I understand its not the bolts Nissan would use but I want to know why my car sounds like this...
I have tried other places to have my Blazers engine light diagnosed, and never got an answer how to fix it. Jiffy Lube recommended taking it here. BEST DECISION EVER. Mark took the time to fix and explain the problem. I will return if I ever have another problem. Thank You Mark and the other guy. Sorry didnt get his name.
Didnt want to take time to diagnose vsc Trac light.
Great place to get your vehicle worked on. Friendly staff and great pricing. Thanks!
Great people especially Mark. Very knowledgeable.
I love these guys, they do excellent work, family friendly, i give them a A+ for their services.
Very impressed with this company, Mark was very nice, helpful. They got my vehicle towed and to the shop and fixed very fast! Wasnt over priced either. Highly recommend them!
They fixed my fuel pump in less than a day was very happy. Thanks guys!!
I’ve brought my vehicle here twice now and have been very satisfied with the service, price, and communication. I’ve opted to leave my vehicle at the shop and pick it up a few days later and have had no issues. Also, they gave me a 10% discount for being a returning customer. Highly recommend!
Super friendly guys! Really helpful and fast. Ive gotten two things worked on and never waited more then an hour. Highly recommend
Had them replace the lifters on my 97 Jeep Wrangler. 1000 miles and it’s already clicking. Took it back to them and he told me he’s not going to keep putting lifters in must be something else wrong and it’s my problem now. So much for warranty!!!! I got screwed. I’ve spent a lot of money at jiffy lube over the years, NO MORE! Took it to Point S. Not letting them work on my jeep again
I wasnt a customer but needed a bit of help and they were super friendly and welcoming.
So rude !I asked basic questions he seemed like he was in a hurry to get me off the phone did not answer my question at all
Greatest group of people, professionals all around.
This place is wonderful. I felt they were trustworthy.
Nice place.
Brad works on my car all the time and is always ridiculously reasonable and fast and accurate. My car has over 200k miles on it and he’s basically saving me from having to buy a new car every few weeks. If it’s something simple, he fixes something simple and doesn’t try to charge me for something else.I’m a single mom and I’ve referred several of my single mom friends to him and everyone says they’ll never go anywhere else!I feel like I’ve found the best kept secret in town!
Really friendly & helpful on the phone. got me right in. free testing with reasonable quote & fixed it within 90min of me showing up, including having the parts delivered. even charged me a fraction of one working hour of labor .80 --everywhere else told me even the testing would be $90+
I dont know who was running the place when everyone else reviewed the business but Ive only had good experiences here.My first visit I was replacing my gasket cover and they found two other parts that needed to be replaced (the wiring and spark plugs). They didnt charge me for one of the parts, out of kindness. They also did everything, and parts, for around $200. The other shop I usually attended quoted me $300 for the one part and labor. So I got a great deal and they were really nice.My most recent visit went even more smoothly. They replaced the two parts I needed in half an hour and at check out the man said normally they have to charge the full hour but he thought that rule was stupid and only charged me for half. I spent under $100.This is a great place and the men there have been really honest and kind. They will keep getting my business!
No nonsense service. Theyre about fixing your car, not trying to upsell you.
Great, fast service! I had both my cars fixed, each with different issues. Both issues required them to order parts; they had the parts and the cars fixed within a day. Reasonably priced and reliable service. I will use them again!
We have left worked with this business several times and each time we have gone there, the experience gets worse. This last time we took in our pt cruiser and told them we were told it just needed an O2 sensor, they came back and told us it actually needed a new computer. $300.12 later we find out we didnt need to do that, we needed to have our electric system replaced which is another 439.00 plus to fix it. Auto enhance stated once they looked at it they thought that might be the issue but figured a new computer could fix the problem... they had 21 days to fix it so we had a car, a total wats of time and money for my family. Dont reccomend going to them unless you want more problems and to waste money.
Great service! Extremely quick to get the job done.. Would recommend!
Definitely work at their own pace and they dont follow up with their clients however they do a good job
The owner/manager of this shop is dishonest. I was referred to him by my local Jiffy Lube shop. I called him, explained the situation with my car and was told that he did a free limited diagnostic. He set an appointment two days later, first thing in the morning, since I work nights. I spoke with my regular shop and was quoted $90 flat rate for a diagnostic, so I was willing to give this shop my business because of the incredible value of knowing that I was fixing the problem. At the appointment, he acted like he could not recall the call or the scheduled appointment. Than he told me that the only free diagnostic he offers is a free check engine light reading and that a in depth diagnostic would cost $90 per hour. Auto Zone, Jiffy Lube, and every other mechanic shop in the state offers free check engine light readings. I told this man that I was referred by Jiffy Lube (who could have easily read a check engine light code) and he knew I work nights, so this appointment was something I would lose sleep for. He wasted my time to get me into his shop and than thought I would be willing to give him my business. I wouldnt give a dime to a person who starts a business relationship with lies. He is dishonest and stupid to boot if he thinks people cant see through his little scam.
Always great food!!
Horrible experience with this place. They had our car for almost 3 months!!! I know it takes time to order parts and fix things, but this was absolutely ridiculous. They would never return our calls. They told us three more days four times! And when we did finally get our car, it broke down driving it home!!! Worst mechanical experience ever. I should have known when it was jiffy lube that referred is there. They gave us a free tow to use them. Not worth it. Do not use this business!
Please do not take your car here. I was referred here by Jiffy Lube after getting my oil changed and the car would not start. Everything was fine before the oil change. They charged me over 400.00 dollars and it did not fix the problem plus they kept my car for about two weeks. I wouldnt trust Jiffy Lube or Auto Enhance as far as I could throw them.
My check engine light was on and they diagnosed it and fix the problem at a reasonable price. My check engine light came on a few days later so I took it back for diagnostics and there was another problem that showed up that didn’t come up the first time and they replaced the part at no cost fast and friendly! I would recommend this company highly, they have earned my business in the future.
These guys are essentially crooks. I took my car in on January 10th for a simple repair. They just had to replace an oil pressure sensor. I pick up my car after they are done only to have a massive oil leak and had to take it back. While replacing the sensor they over tightened it and caused a crack which is where the oil was spilling out. They order a repair kit which took 2 weeks to come in. However, the repair kit did not fix the oil leak and four days later they tell me to repair the damage THEY DID to my car it will cost over 2,000 dollars. So they basically totaled my car over about a month long period. THANKS! Keep in mind they NEVER called me I had to call them and I was taking Lyft to work everyday for hundreds of dollars while I trusted them to fix my car. This completely unacceptable to me and no one should have to go through this.Update: Still dont have a car and will probably never drive that car again. Keep in mind they did this to a teacher who is already on a fixed income and will now have to scrape money together for a new car. If you send you car here you may have to deal with a ripple effect that could affect your life for months because they are incompetent.
These guys are amazing. They could have easily taken advantage of me as I dont know anything about vehicles but they did my quick easy fix and didnt look at me like I was stupid I will definitely be heading back
They were speedy and very helpful. Took a look at our car right away and could have made up some crazy lie to get money out of me, but instead they were honest and took care of it. I would return to this place.
They took almost 5 hours when they said it would be an hour and a half. We had to miss appointments and things while we were stranded there. Also, they charged us $400 for a $30 part and ‘labor’. Scam artists. Stay away.
PLEASE LISTEN TO THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS!!! I would give this place negative stars if I could. :/ I brought my car in because Jiffy Lube recommended them and Im fairly new to Utah so I took their advice. I had a leaking transmission. It went for a small job that small job took over 3 hrs!!! Their waiting room has NO heat and it was close to zero degrees that day, I almost froze to death!!! AND the mechanic who fixed my car put my transmission in BACKWARDS and had to redo the whole thing!!!! They are incompetent and I wish beyond anything that I would have looked them up and seen the horrible review I regret bringing my car there and I am worried that they made my car worse off! I am still smelling transmission fluid when i drive it so Im going to take it back to Jiffy Lube today to see if he even fixed the problem. I cant believe that I just threw away 136 dollars. I hate this place and I highly recommend going elsewhere.I just took it into Jiffy Lube this morning and its not leaking so maybe just maybe he fixed the problem even with being an incompetent moron. However, with this shop having no clue as to how to fix cars I would again HIGHLY suggest going else where.
Took my car here for a tune up a day before driving to Saint George. I was charged $360 + for the tune up and then I told them to fix my AC too! My bill came down to a total of $600 saying that the AC resistor needs to be replaced. It worked for only 4 days and today, it stopped working! SMH I wonder if they do their job or they just want the money and doesnt care much about cars brought into their shop🙄
My wife brought in her vehicle because the heater wasnt working. Needless to say $166 bill and still is not working. I wish I would have looked at the reviews or we wouldnt have waisted our time and money. The Jiffy Lube on 104 recommended them.
Had an appointment set up this past Saturday morning at 8 AM to have Auto Enhance repair damage done to my vehicle by JiffyLube #2525. I arrived at 7:55 AM and waited for the business to open. At 8:20 AM, nobody had arrived to open this business, even though their hours state they open at 8 AM. I placed two phone calls to the number listed for Auto Enhance, only to have both calls go to an answering machine that told me to call back later. Figures. I left as I didnt wish to waste anymore of my time on these so called professionals. Dont waste peoples time.** Update to owners comment - I e-mailed joet my contact information and he never responded to my inquiry. No reply, no phone call, no text - NOTHING. These guys dont care, so dont bother wasting your time. **
They figured out my issue Im a timely manner.
ATTENTION!!!!!! Took my car a year ago and had the worst service. Heard that this mechanic shop was under new management. I cant even begin to tell you how good the service i had! The manager took personal care of me and did notify me of the new management. i had explained my bad experience and he apologized for something that wasnt even his fault. They took care of me price wise and in a very timely manor. I would now recommend this shop to anyone who has had a bad experience in the past.
I had great service. My car was done fast and the price was great. I would send anyone there.
I wish I could give negative stars. Worst company ever. Had my car for a month. Charged me 600 dollars. Told me car was ready. I pick it up and it won’t run. After another week of having to call over and over. They said they give up and can’t figure out the problem. I take it to my Moto mechanic. He said it was just the timing belt. Very simple fix. I was told I would get a $200 refund. It’s been over a week and still haven’t got it and ived had to keep bugging them about it. Basically I paid 500 for absolutely nothing.
I have never had such a good experience with a mechanic. I was referred by my local Jiffy Lube and when I called Jr gave me a free diagnostic. When I got there Blain helped me. I explained that my car was old and I didnt want to put a whole lot of money into it. Dropped it off, came back an hour later and he didnt even give me a quote or try to push expensive labor on me. He simply stated that if I were his sister or his mom he would advise me to sell my car. Even though this is not what I wanted to hear I greatly appreciated his honesty and integrity and my husband and I will be taking our cars here regularly from now on. Thank you so much Blain! Good job Auto Enhanced. Way to keep it classy.
Will never take my car to another mechanic. These guys are friendly honest and very experienced.
They have been very good to work with. First impression is worrisome, but they are very knowledgeable and capable of providing notch mechanical service.
NEVER take your car to Auto Enhance. I took my car there because it died while I was driving it on the freeway and Jiffy Lube recommended them and offered me a 10% discount. They made it sound like I was getting a good deal because the mechanic was diagnosing it for free. They called me and told me that the fuel pump was fine, the spark plugs were fine and the sensors are all fine but I need a new spider injector. $650. I went to pick my car up that evening, paid for the injector, was about to get into my already running car when the mechanic told me that the car is running rough and I need a tune-up. That would cost another $200. I didnt have a good vibe from them so I thought to myself that I would rather take it to TUNEX. I drove away from auto enhance and not only was my interior door, floor mat and steering wheel covered in grease but my car was running so rough that I thought is was going to die. I stopped at TUNEX which was 10 blocks down the road and my car would not restart. After they tested it, they found that the FUEL PUMP was BAD!!!!! So basically auto enhance fixed something that may or may not have been needed, DID NOT fix the root cause and sent me away!!
Ha. Good times. I read these reviews before going over there but I went anyways since I already had an appointment with them. Jiffy Lube referred me to them. I just needed a speedometer sensor swapped out for my emissions test to pass, so I set up a time to drop off the car at 11:30 am and told the guy Id walk around to nearby stores to kill time and to just call me. He assured me hed get my car right in.I never got a call, so at 1:30 two hours later my car was STILL in the parking lot, not being worked on in their garage. So I walked into the shop, grabbed my keys of the key rack, and left. Yay. Now I get to use an hour of paid work leave to compensate for being gone longer than an hour.
I brought my car in because Jiffy Lube recommended. They keep my car for all day and they didnt fix it. They didnt call me or anything
FRAUD, the only word that could explain what’s going on here. I had gas leaking from the bottom of my Rang Rover Sport SC so I called the place Jiffy Lube told me to go to when I went to them asking why my car was leaking gas right after they fixed my AC unit with them the week before. WOW turns out the owner owns both companies. After looking at my car they say they need to drop your gas tank to see what’s wrong with it and that will be $200 but that if I don’t it’s very dangerous and Im risking my life, I say OK. After 30 minutes they come back and say that it’s the gas pump and that it will be $800, I say OK. On my way home the check fuel tank light comes on, I take it back in and the say it’s a “ghost code” I say OK. Same thing happens again, I take it in, they say “it’s your battery” HAPPENS AGAIN this time they say “it’s a ghost code dont worry it will stop coming up just ride it for a while, a week goes by and while driving my car loses power and the car loses half its power and goes into limp mode (car reduces to half the cylinders to prevent the car from causing its self more damage).I take it in they hold it for 4 days say that “ the cylinders are misfiring and that they aren’t to good with European cars so I need to take it somewhere else and that it has nothing to do with what they did, take the car back home, the next day I go into my garage and notice that there gas is pouring out from the same spot they said they said they fixed by putting in a new fuel pump!TYLER and BLAIN are the ones who worked on my car. It’s the weekend so no one is open but as soon as Monday comes I will be busy, calling my bank to claim fraud, calling Gephardt to see how to file a claim with them. PLEASE DONt GO HERE and make the HUGE mistake I made.
Brst car care ever and good prices too
Like others I was sent over by Jiffy Lube to fix a fuel leak. I am new to the area so I figured why not and headed over. The employee was extremely rude and said he couldnt help me. He told me I was too sloe in driving over and I shouldnt expect him to wait all day. The drive over only took me 10 minutes. Since I didnt actually get any work done I cant speak to the quality of the work but the customer service was abysmal.
Charged me $200 to replace a $15 part and didnt even solve the problem. This is the kind of shop that gives auto mechanics a bad name. Avoid this place.
AVOID THEM!If I could give them less than 1 star, I 100% would.By far the worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life.Jiffy Lube referred us here and we went thinking it would be fast to fix the check engine light so we could pass safety and emissions.Oh boy were we wrong. They charged us almost $400 saying it was a sensor..Drive the car away and bam, check engine light comes on. They tell us to bring it back. So I do. They tell me the check engine light is off now and that Im good to go.Drive away then bam, check engine light comes on again. So we call again, they say the sensor must be faulty and to bring it back.My husband does later that week and they tell him it will be a 2 hour minimum wait. My husband was not able to stay, so we set an appointment for 2 days later.I take the car (with my kids) and they tell me it will be 2 hours and that they will call me. After walking around with my kids for 2 hours, they never called so I just went back. (They are terrible at calling back)They keep reassuring me that they stand behind their repair and they replaced the sensor and Im good to go (again)So I believe them, drive clear to Riverton and bam. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.Finally I was done. After going back 5 times and being charged so much. It was bull. Then the mechanic tells me he is not going to bs me anymore and that they have to order in the part... ARE YOU KIDDING! wasnt the part ordered when we FIRST went?Had to fight them to get my money back. When the check finally came, Jiffy Lubes name was on it. No wonder they refer everyone here!Almost $400 for nothing. They never actually fixed anything on my car!I wasted time, money and gas and would never go to them EVER.The icing on the cake?I then take my car to an honest, decent mechanic -The only thing actually wrong with my car was that it needed an oil change. A $30 oil change.SNAKES!
Referred from Jiffy Lube. Was told by them it was a faulty fuel pump. Auto Enhance said the fuel pump was broken and a new one needed for a minimum of $900-1000. Second opinion found the fuel pump is working fine.
Referred by jiffy lube on 4th. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I half suspected a fuel issue with my vehicle and saw that they ran a free engine diagnostic. After waiting for an hour, he finallycomes in and tells me that he cant figure out how to test the fuel tank and that he needs to go buy a kit to do extra testing which will cost me 40 dollars. At this point I had already been waiting an hour AND he hadnt even diagnosed my car?? I declined not wanting to pay for what should be a free diagnostic check and told him Id have a mechanic friend check out my car for me. 40 min later when I hadnt had my car returned, I went over and asked him how much longer. He then informs me that while putting the engine back together he accidentally cut a line and needs to order a new part from my dealer. So not only did he not supply me with a diagnostic check, he broke something in my engine, didnt tell me about it, said part wont arrive until the day after and so Im stranded without a car for an entire day. This place is horrible!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.Update: He said it would be done by noon the following day. I just called at 12:30 and he informed me that the truck delivering parts to my dealership got in a wreck so its going to be another day. Didnt even apologize or anything! I am baffled by how unprofessional and incompetent this place is. This is 2 DAYS without my for a simple engine diagnostic check!! Unbelievable.
I too was referred over by Jiffy Lube. Since I had just moved to Utah I trusted the guy from Jiffy Lube that referred me (that was my first mistake). I was driving my car from Nebraska to Utah and in Wyoming my car broke down. Whenever I tried to drive it it would overheat and stop completely. After the owner of this shop fixed my car- and $550 later (he even wanted to add something else and make the cost about $1200- I said no to that) when I went to pick it up and drive it from the shop it overheated and broke down again! When I called him the next day to tell the owner what happened he got very defensive and rude and told that I did not tell him the problem was overheating- which I had! I hope that anyone who is considering going to this shop reads these reviews before they are scammed too! These people are truly crooks.
I had a faulty relay for my AC. The mechanic said they could fix it there for $90, but that he didnt feel right charging me installation for a $15 relay that I could easily install myself. Good man.
I second the first terrible review. This place has terrible customer service. Save yourself a headache and go to Valet Auto Body. I came to Auto Enhance because it was slightly cheaper, and I regret it.I found out about this place through Jiffy Lube, where they were offering a deal on car detailing. The interior detailing I had done lacked....detail. First, it took way less time than I thought it would (shouldve been my first red flag). I waited in their very sparse waiting area. No TV. No water. Just me and a single outdated copy of Snowboarding magazine. I wish I was making this up.They contract out their detailing to some 20-something kid. When he finished, he asked me to have a look, and I noticed that hed gotten some pretty tough stains out. Awesome! Right? Wrong. When I got home, I realized that he hadnt even vacuumed under the seats or inside the console! There was an old napkin down there, a straw wrapper, dried leaves from a hike Id done a couple weeks ago. He also failed to wipe up little pools of water from where hed steamed the nooks and crannies of the car. So instead of dirt in my cup holder, I now had...wet dirt.I called the owner to complain. I was willing to let bygones be bygones if theyd spot me the oil change I needed before a road trip that weekend. AN OIL CHANGE.The owner gave me the run-around. Since we contract out our detailing, it would come out of THAT guys paycheck, so you need to call him and tell him what happened, and then hell call me, yadda yadda... (For the record, I DID call the detailing guy. He never returned my call.)After calling the owner back again after failing to reach the detailer, he refused to budge an inch. Didnt even say he was sorry or anything.
Nice place to get your car fixed
Jiffy lube referred us to the place after messing up our transmission to get another one placed. Not only did it take weeks to get it in but then the transmission they put in was bad. We drove off the lot and they forgot to tighten the lug nuts and my husband noticed when we were about ten minutes away on the freeway, we could have died due to that mistake. Then we took it back because it did not sound right and they told my husband it was the brake pads. So we had those changed and it still did not sound right. We finally took it to the Mazda dealership and they inspected it and told us the transmission was bad, after we just got the new one placed! We had to wait weeks more to have another one brought in and placed. This place is a joke and you should not go here unless you want to waste your time and money and get terrible work done on your cars.
Amazing! Super friendly and helpful.
Good work in the timeframe promised.
NEGATIVE STARS There is nothing to describe about my experience because I was never called back. Its impossible to contact anyone because they dont answer, and I left a voice message with all my information 3 days ago. I will be calling Jiffy Lube who referred this place to me to also let them know how horrible the customer service is.
Amazing auto shop they stand by their work. They do their work
***UPDATED***Please read below, but after 5 months of driving once my brake job had been replaced. The Caliper fell off the truck, bolts where loose and there was no lock tite on them. What shop doesnt know what a torque wrench or lock tite is.Avoid at all cost. First my background I work in the parts and service industy but for RV not auto. Here are the basics, listen to the customer, provided writen estimates for repairs (verbal doesnt mean a thing), complete the repair as agreed upon. None of these things where done. They lack diagnostig skills and blame issue on parts that do not need replaced or on something with the vehicle. My vehicle came to this location due to a fault of a lube company. They where to replace the transfer case on my truck. While there I figured it was a good chance to take care of the brakes. Normal amount of time 3 days to complete the repairs, on the third I got a call that the rotors needed replaced, I found it odd that this is on day 3 and they where just getting to the brakes. And that it would be ready for pick up that night. Showed up under side of the truck was coated in oil due to the first repair not being complete. Rotors did need replaced, but there was no presure in the system. It took another 5 days and a trip to Chevy to get the brakes right. And another shop to complete the repair to the case.As a profesinal I say stay as far away as you can.
Referred from Jiffy Lube. Charged $100 (including the 10% discount) to fix a headlight.Told me labor was $100/hr. When I hesitated, he assured me the repair would only take 15 minutes. Informed me AFTER the repair that their system requires them to bill a 1-hour minimum for labor. VERY misleading.
Great service and very helpful
They went above and beyond what we expected. They saved the day.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!!👍👍🏎👍👍
Free full on inspection. Cant complain!
They are super nice
Tried to charge me triple what I was quoted to get my AC compressor fixed. After haggling with the owner they finally just charged me what I was quoted. My AC was not working 3 months later.
Referred by Jiffy lube as well. I set an appointment for a welding job 2 days out. When I arrived, I waited for 40 minutes before they informed me the welding guy had the day off. I took my business elsewhere.
They are awesome!
This guy wasnt the nicest guy Ive ever met but he fixed my car and got it to pass emissions.
Awesome
Horrible service
