Beware of Dee Peterson and his daughter Holly. They sell only AS IS vehicles and will out right lie about features and conditions. Once you drive it off the lot its YOUR problem. They wont acknowledge items missing that they told you were included. They wont return phone calls. Regardless of being sold AS IS, lieing (false representation) to make a sale is still fraud. Dont trust them.

This guy is a con artist lied through his teeth to me and my wife sold us a trailer with sever water damage and told us there wasnt any told us the roof was good all and all 7000 in repairs the repair place showed me every thing he covered up. More than its worth called him the next day he says thats to bad hung up on me. Dont buy from this lying cheat.

Since writing this review Dee Peterson did reach out to us, he sent us a check for repairs. I am not sure it was enough but we took the settlement so that we could get on with our life as full-time rvrs.I only give a one because I had to. In March my husband and I looked at a motor home that Dee S. Peterson was selling. We decided to purchase the motorhome from him. After we had filled out the sales agreement, we went to get a cashiers check, while we were gone Dee backed the motorhome up into a fork lift damaging the two rear passenger side luggage compartments and some of the underside. Dee gave us his word he would fix the damage. It is now the beginning of August and the damage has not been fixed to the condition of when we looked at the motorhome! Now he will not even answer our calls. This is not a reputable company and he is not an honorable man.
