My daughter had been looking for a vehicle for many days. She found a Volkswagen Jetta at Jet Automotive. After driving it she fell in love with it. She needed my help with the financing. Chad worked with us to get me all of the documentation I needed to complete the loan process. Keep in mind I am 250 miles from them and we have never met. I did all of this based on my daughters comfort with the car and the dealership. It actually took a few days for my finance company to send the money. I got daily updates from Chad. As soon as the money arrived Chad called me and let me know. My thrilled daughter went down there and picked up her new car. Chad worked hard to make the process painless. My husband and I had been talking to Chad about coming to look at a car. When we got there we checked it out and wanted to test drive it. When we asked to test drive the car he said no. “We don’t let people test drive cars without cash in hand”. We laughed and walked away. I will not let you pull and hurt my perfect credit score if I don’t even know if the car drives good or not or if I even want it. If you want to sell cars you need to let people test drive 🙃My response to their reply: you can disagree, but I was not interested without a test drive. I have a 780 credit score. You are not going to pull my credit and screw it up with out me test driving. That’s absurd. If you let people test drive, they may change their mind and want to pay the price for the car. But I wouldn’t know without test driving. You are a scam.

Got a text from Chad asking if I could come in for a test drive today. I replied and got no response. Two hours later I text again - no response. So I decided to drive over during rush hour to make it after work before they close so I didnt lose the opportunity to purchase the car. Come to find out Chad isnt even at work today and they wouldnt even let me test drive the vehicle theyve had listed for over a week that Ive been waiting for. They were not apologetic and were even somewhat annoyed that I wanted to test drive per THEIR invitation. Unprofessional experience overall and a waste of my time. Other dealerships allow you to test drive cars whether or not theyre ready for to you buy and drive off the lot immediately. I get cars need to be serviced, but the fact that they asked me to come down, ignored me, then unprofessionally denied my request with no timeline for a future test drive is just not who I want to do business with. Get your automated system in check, respond to customers, and deliver beyond expectations. If its not ready for a test drive, put a date when it will be on your listing/website. Learn to respect people as your customers and our time.

Place is a scam. Im a married, 32 year old, 13 year combat vet, and father (Not some young dumb kid). I Went to look at a GX470 today because Im in the market to purchase one. Even though Im very well qualified financially and credit wise they would not let me test drive the vehicle without cash in hand or pulling my credit. I am not letting anyone pull and ding my credit score if I do not know if I want to purchase the vehicle and neither should you. Its very sketchy. My advice: Go somewhere else.

Sold me a 2014 Audi Q5 97k miles, and within a month the engine was blown. They say they have a mechanic that inspects the vehicles, but I really doubt it. The car also leaked oil and coolant from the time I bought it.I called and asked to talk to the manager about it, but still haven’t been called back. Stay away!

I usually don’t give reviews but thought of giving for Jet Car Auto so that it can help someone.I recently bought a Sonata in Jan 2021. Process of buying was good. Chad mentioned several times car was inspected and nothing is wrong. But later brakes were bad and engine mounts are bad too and they gave me a hard time canceling elite extended warranty saying that all sales are final, even though on the agreement it clearly says warranty can be cancelled within 10 days of purchase.I would recommend taking a mechanic with you before buying instead of trusting these guys words on used car conditions.I wish they would have stated car condition clearly before buying and also shouldn’t give me a hard time on canceling the warranty.
