Purchased a 2005 Chevy Silverado from Net Sales in October. The process was very quick and easy. Found the truck I wanted for a reasonable price. I was in and out with the truck in less than 1.5 hours including the test drive and an auto loan applicationand approval. Beat the 4+ hours of headache when I purchased my last vehicle. Justin was great to work with. Once I got the truck home, about a week later, I had a couple small leaks show up. Although the sale was an as-is sale, I called up Justin and he said that they would take a look at it and in the end they agreed to fix the leaks at no cost. I appreciated that they stood behind the vehicle they sold me. I definitely would consider buying from them again and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle.

Bought a truck a months ago, they were supposed to fix an exhaust leak for us, but they gave us the run around and never did! The truck looked great when I bought it, but it turned out to have a ton of problems! It has been a money pit! The exhaust and the whole front end needed work! They have nice cars, just make sure they are working good!

We were coming from out of state To purchase a truck and they picked us up from the airport and had everything done so that we were back on the road in less than 30 mins!Edited due to finding out what the truck was really like....full of rust, blown head gaskets, faulty radiator, full of stop leak, so rusty couldn’t get brakes off had to cut them off. All these people do is make the cars look pretty but they are not safe or inspected. Buyer beware. If I could give them a zero I would. I can’t believe these people sleep at night!

Do not buy! 3-4 reviews complaining in the last 2 months of bad trucks!!! Not a good dealership. My boy bought a truck a month ago and we are already replacing the motor. Went to 2 different mechanics and they laughed when they saw netsales put a hose on the crankcase vent tube and that was their solution to helping fix the blown motor. Just had compression done this week and 4 cylinders are under 320. All glow plugs were shot, shocks had no bushings so they are bouncing around, they left all the fender clips out, broke the front plastic skid plate cover. They dont care about you dropping 15k on a truck youll have to drop 15k more to get it where its driveable. Go to idrive in Orem if you want a good truck!!

Though I was skeptical about dealing with an out of state online auto deal, my experience from start to finish was really good! It started with Oscar answering the phone on a Saturday when they were technically closed and I was planning on leaving a message requesting information on one of their trucks. I explained we would be coming from out of state and that I did not want to waste a trip and be assured me the truck would speak for itself and that they did not keep vehicles in their inventory that didn’t meet their quality standards. Still a little uneasy my dad and I hoped on a plane. Oscar picked us up from the airport and took us to their lot which is about a 2 hour round trip for him. Once there he pulled the truck out for us and asked if we had any questions and then after that he let us have time to ourselves to look it over, discuss, and even take for a test drive. There was absolutely no pressure, no pitch, and no surprises. I wanted a specific truck which was only made up to 2003 so I was worried about major rust etc but as Oscar said the truck spoke for itself and was beautiful. There were a few little things I had some concerns about which they fixed right on the spot. Nate the owner of Net Auto Sales was there to complete the transaction and was really great to work with. Again there was no pressure sales situation, they said if that truck or nothing else on their lot met our needs they would be happy to take us back to the airport at no charge and really provided a pleasant experience. I asked what would happen if the truck broke down during the almost 1000 mile drive home and they assured me they would get us safe and take care of it. Not only did the truck drive like a dream home that day, it’s been a dream come true for the last year that I’ve owned it. I went from being really skeptical about dealing with an out of state online dealer to really happy I gave them a shot and literally got my dream tuck. If you see a car or truck of theirs your interested in, I would fully recommend you contact them as their service and vehicles truly speak for themselves and I hope you’ll be as happy as I was my experience with buying my truck from them.

I found and purchased a 2016 used F150 at Net Auto Sales. I have never done business with them before; and finding a newer, quality F150 had been challenging. I wasnt sure what to expect from them...as they are not a traditional dealer. Their pricing is said to be no-haggling. They were very easy to work with, no pressure sales pitches and no back and forth over pricing. I think I got a good deal on the truck and they were quick with paperwork and processing....which I like. I would buy from them again. My plates arrived no problem last week. I was surprised to see a couple negative reviews...as this was not my experience...majority of reviews are positive. They had no problem with me taking an extended test drive and an independent mechanic checked out the vehicle top to bottom with passing grades. I like their business format, in that...they dont operate and feel like a slimy dealership. They were easy to work with AND they actually answered the phone every time I called and were in their office when I showed up. No chasing down people and leaving messages...and they didnt call me with other offers or sales pitches...just liked the whole experience---way more than my previous dealership experiences.

I have never had such a bad experience buying a vehicle. Net Sales Auto made every step of our transaction 100% harder than it needed to be. Of course In the beginning they were eager to help and made promises right and left but as soon as they got our money our experience was terrible.Not only are they sloppy and unprofessional their actions made me question the validity of their business all together. At one point I contacted local authorities to confirm the existence of the truck I was purchasing that I was told to overnight payment for a week earlier. The owners of the company were aware of our situation and had several chances to make it right and did not. I’ve concluded this company doesn’t understand the concept of customer service and are in a real big hurry to make some cash.While I am so sick of dealing with Net Sales Auto I wont burden you with all the details (and there are many) but if you would like to know my honest opinion and experience with this dealership feel free to contact me.I would not recommend this dealership and I would never give them my business again. Furthermore I will be sure to make anyone I know aware of the poor service I received. Net Sales Auto didn’t bother to inspect the vehicle to be in proper function order before they advertised all the “upgrades”. We finally drove and picked up the truck ourselves and there was a list of 14+ items needing attention or misrepresented. I understand buying a used vehicle, but I don’t understand blown speakers or a non functioning manual shifter when you paid full price for the Laramie edition.

This dealership is amazing. The no haggle pricing was nice because the car was priced right. The interior of the car was very clean. The no pressure sales was refreshing. We bought the car and noticed after about a week that the gas gauge was not functioning correctly. Called Justin and he asked his mechanic about the issue and told us it was probably a sensor in the fuel tank and to bring it in. Justin replaced the sensor at a minimal cost when he did not have to because the sale was final as is. The gas tank was also full when I picked it up from being repaired. I would recommend this honest dealership to anyone.

This place is not your typical dealership. The guys that work there are so nice, they dont pressure you, they tell you how it is, and they sell you the vehicle if thats what you want. We dealt with Justin and he was very nice and helpful. We bought a Ford Edge from them and we love it! They were so good about letting us take it for a test drive. They let us take it to a mechanic before we bought it and when we came back and told them what our mechanic suggested we have them fix (a headlight and a new battery), they hopped right in and took it to the back to fix it. We drive away with our new car not too long after! This is an online-run dealership, so make sure you make an appointment for the vehicle you want to see, or youll have to wait there while they go get it, because most of their vehicles are held off-site. But we loved this place and had a great car buying experience with them.

Great experience until my truck went through one winter and the spray paint came off leaving several rust spots. It was obvious that this truck had been spray painted. After multiple weeks and text messages the owner offered to send my truck to their body shop where I wouldnt be charged profit but it would cost me around 1000 dollars. Essentially he was owning up to the spray paint by offering me his dealership discount from the auto body shop which cost him nothing out of his pocket. Do not waste your time here. I strongly do not recommend.

I purchased a 2011 Audi S4, the tires where bad but they replaced them for me. The car messed up with a voltage regulator sensor and they fixed that as well. Ever since I am in love with this car. This is the worst experience I have had buying a vehicle. Oh sure Net Sales can doll up a vehicle to look nice but underneath you have nothing but issues. My son bought what appeared to be a nice Dodge pickup but we have had nothing but issues. Leaking oil, leaking transmission fluid, check engine lights on... rear rotors shot! All within the first 250 miles!!! A fuel filter (on a diesel) that looked like it had not been changed in a year. They claim it has a clean car fax but its been in a wreck and looks like my granddaughter did the bodywork. Shame on me and my boy for not looking deeper into this piece of junk but shame on Net for putting out junk at a premium price. Never Again!

Truly a great place to buy a used vehicle. I test drove an 05 cummins and decided to buy it. There was a few things wrong with it interior wise when I drove it. They fixed everything including a wheel bearing and the interior things I didnt even complain about. Ill gladly come to them again when we get my wife into a bigger vehicle

I went there to go look at a truck. The building is tucked away and a little hard to find. They have vehicles parked on both sides of the building and i would imagine that if you went during normal business hours it would take a minute to find a parking spot were you could park and go into the office. I found a spot and walked up to the front door and it said please use the other door so i went to the other door and walked in. I heard the alarm say front door and I waited and nobody came so I took a few steps and looked into the first office door that was in there and I saw a guy behind the desk vaping didnt even bother to look or even say hello so I turned and walked out the door and wont be returning. After reading responses from the internet from these guys it makes me wonder how anyone has had a great car buying experience for these guys.

I found a truck they had online. In the ad it said that the truck had never been in an accident. I went and looked at the truck and decided to buy it. Before I signed the papers I asked them again if it had ever been in an accident they said no. I bought the truck and immediately had problems with it. The rear window leaked, the truck shook on the freeway, the motor had a weird sound and the park brake cable snapped the first time pushing it. I decided to take it to a body shop where they confirmed it had been in an accident and had major repairs. When I confronted them about this they denied it and then they finally offered to fix it but when I tried to get it fixed they would tell me the shop was slammed and they would let me know. Now months later they are flat out ignoring me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I don’t provide online reviews much, in fact, this is probably my first, but I wanted to comment on my experience buying a pickup from NetSales. It was great. The guys there provided a no-pressure, low-key approach as I worked through different options at several dealerships, and stuck by their initial price offer weeks after I first drove the vehicle, weeks after they’d raised the price to cover repairs and improvements. When I found the jack was missing, they got one for me. When they found a second remote key for the truck, they didn’t re-program it and sell it to someone else. Justin texted me to come and get it. I doubt that happens at many dealerships. These guys do it right.

I highly recommend these guys. There quick no hassle was a great relief.
