They offer financing if you need it. We live in North Ogden and they offered delivery and to take away our old fridge😱😁 They were helpful, fast, courteous, and informative. Went to this facility because of SNAP financing. They were not super great at customer service. The stove that was delivered did not work. No real apologies. We called to report that it didnt work. They thought we had done something wrong on instillation and had to send a tech out. It doesnt take a sherlock to realize a stove doesnt boil water. Wanted to charge to have it restocked and had to make a big deal to get my money back from SNAP. Eventually had to call SNAP and have them call the company to figure it all out. Ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

We purchased a Samsung flex and we were worried about it at first (it seemed to good a deal to be true) but we’ve had it a few months now and couldn’t be happier. Went and got a new Samsung 4 door flex fridge and Maria was there and was absolutely amazing! She was beyond SUPER friendly and was so sweet to our little boy that insisted on touching every last thing haha we were in and out within about a half hour with the most awesome fridge and will for sure go back because of her service! I went in on a Sunday and had a dishwasher and oven picked out, the dishwasher was delivered right then and the oven came from Orem a couple of hours later. You can’t beat their service or prices!! I’m a customer for life:)
