From the suggestion of a small engine service pro, I ordered parts from here and am totally pleased and satisfied with the results. Foremost, this was a time-sensitive repair made using the parts and to thus keep ranch operations running at a crucial time. The website was helpful, well designed & functional. The website was particularly good also in making tracking the shipment easy and flawless. Our parts arrived, were just the right items, and were delivered within four days, two days ahead of the scheduled delivery. Hats off as well to the United State Postal Service for the swift, timely delivery.

Our company tried to order piston rings from the website. Just for clarification we asked to make sure we ordered the correct amount. We requested 4 kits with 10 pieces per kit for a total of 10 rings. We received 4 rings. When we called to question what we were quoted they refused to stand behind the quoted price and wanted to charge $44.00 per ring.

Ive had for brown friends that did interviews and scored 100% on the test but it seems like they dont want to hire anyone that is a different color than their own. I have one white friend that received a call back from them and offered him a job.

Ordered a $60 stove part Nov. 13, box with correct part # arrived with incorrect part inside a week later. Their customer service phone recording says to reply online (no human available). Their online link/process say to contact via email. Email reply says to use online link. Nice endless loop of failure! Do yourself a favor and dont purchase their parts and start the crazy endless loop of failure and frustration!Okay, to be fair, I next ordered the same part from their competitor. That part arrived with the same issue from the same drop-shipment warehouse. Only difference, I received a return merchandise response and address online immediately. Still no reply from eReplacement Customer Service for a return #. Ugh

Not happy with our experience with this company at all. First, we were told the company was called eReplacement Parts. When we found the place we couldn’t find it. The reason…it’s labeled as Fix.com on signs outside the building rather than eReplacement parts.Second…we had an edger brand that not a lot of places repair. This place was one we were referred to. When we brought it in they were very nice. They said one guy does repairs on these but only on Friday’s. We dropped it off on a Wednesday and he said he would ask the guy to look at it that Friday but it could be later. We asked to be notified what the cost would be BEFORE repair. He agreed and we left. First Friday passed….and no phone call. Second Friday nearly passed and we called in the afternoon and asked if it was repaired. They told us it wasn’t even looked at yet but they would make sure to look at it on Monday. My husband again repeated to be told what repair costs would be BEFORE doing the work. The guy agreed. On Monday we get a call that our edger has been repaired and the total is $140. The reason we wanted to know what the cost would be before purchase was we priced out a new one and if the repair costs was over $100 we would just buy a new one in a different brand for $200. We are not the type of people to go back and not pay for something we asked to be repaired so we paid, but not happy at all. They took way too long, and they didn’t call us about repair cost like they agreed to twice, in person and over the phone.

The HR seemed nice and I went in for a face to face interview on a Tuesday. They told me they would let me know by Thursday, never heard from them. Called in that Friday to follow up and they told me they would let me know by the end of the day. They never contacted me. It would’ve been fine if they called and told me their decision, but they didn’t and then I see the same job posting was renewed two days later on Indeed.

Ereplacementparts.com is a company Ive done plenty of business with over the past few months. Until now. I ordered parts on a Friday later afternoon, printing label was printed on Monday. Which sent me the notification that my parts had been shipped. Except for the printing label just got printed then lost on someones desk for a full week. When I messaged the company to try and resolve my concerns I was sent an automated general response. Not happy with that I pressed the issue further. I was then told it was FedEx that didnt pick up packages and if there were any complaints it would be against them. Hmmm no you left my parts label sitting lost on someones desk. And you want to play the pass the buck game. Instead of taking a business stand point of ok a customers unhappy what can we do to fix it they just wanted to point the finger elsewhere. Very high shipping costs in comparison. Guess Im done shopping on ereplacementparts.com

I recently applied for one of their positions on indeed for Ereplacements. we scheduled an interview, I was hired, and then set up my orientation. I received a phone call a day before I was supposed to start from the company. I was told that I would no longer be hired due my background check and hung up the phone. It alarmed me because I dont have anything on my record, Im only 20 years old. After words they were not answering my calls and went to the warehouse, but couldnt get inside. After doing my own research and calls the police departments to try to see what was the issue with my background. It turns out My background was clear. Im mainly wanted to write this review because it also put me out of a job because once they had hired me. I also put my two weeks from my other job. I hope this doesnt happen to others and caution others who apply in the future.

Horrible customer service. I dropped a pressure washer for service on 3/8/21. I called to inquire about it 2 weeks later and it was supposed to be next on the list. Turns out it was looked at 3/9 and parts are unavailable, aright, but I called 4/12/21 to get this news. 1 month in the shop and no communication from eReplacement. Dont count on getting your equipment serviced in a timely manner, or a simple phone call for that matter.

I purchased a traction cable for my lawnboy in June 2020 received the part in July. Put part on. used lawn mower 4 to 5 times. After putting a new piston in the motor i noticed that the cable had broken part of the way though. I sent the part back on 9/22/20 they received the package on 9/25/20. It is now 10/02/20. I have tried to call numerous times and email several times. I would expect the cable would hold up longer then two months. I still waiting to hear back. No customer service. No phone response. No email response. No refund. 2 weeks is plenty long enough to respond I believe. They sure took my money fast. We will see what happens.

Nasty business. Dont buy here. I ordered a glass globe for a coleman lantern. It was shipped in a bubble envelope. AN ENVELOPE!!! Is is smashed into a hundred pieces. Can anyone say BOX people? Shipping costs on small parts are extremely high and often cost more than the parts themselves. Perhaps its the high cost of inventorying so many parts. OK then, I can accept that and yes, they shipped the parts quickly. Unfortunately, one was the wrong part. Called Customer Service and got message that they werent taking calls - to send an email instead. I sent three emails, no response to any.Reordered correct part (to this day 3 months later, still have not gotten credit for the initial incorrect part or shipping). However it took two more shipments to get the correct parts and they charged me the same high shipping costs for both shipments. Again tried calling - same message to send email instead. And again, two emails were sent and no response. So far, total of seven attempts to contact them, with no response to any. Getting the picture yet?Bottom line is that any efforts to contact Customer Service seem to fall off the end of the earth. Bob from eReplacementParts.com is happy to send frequent emails touting offers, ease of getting parts, and bragging about great service. Problem is that Bob is not happy to pick up the stinking phone or to give emails the courtesy of a response. Five stars for availability of parts and ease of ordering, but the complete failure to communicate or correct errors kills that rating and they get one star for being an imposter merchant, happy to take your order - with exorbitant shipping costs and a complete void in the customer service category.I waited to post this review, to be fair to the merchant and give them time to correct the situation, but nothing has changed because they continue to be unresponsive. They seem to respond to negative ratings with the same insincere BS boilerplate; we are sorry to hear... - we pride ourselves on service... reply. My order at the beginning was lost but I contacted to Ereplacement parts team via social media and they reply to my case. The order is on it´s way to my home and Im still waiting.I think that Ereplacement parts needs to improve the International shipping management and customer support a bit.I have been Ereplacement client for a 3 years now and they never failed on the service before, this is the first time that I have a little issue with my shipping. I still recommend you this company because they are the only ones who have an enormous stock of different parts.

I ordered three parts they listed on the website as available. Several weeks later I received a message that one of the parts was discontinued and do I want them to order the remaining two items. I agreed. A few weeks later they sent a message to call them as two parts are discontinued and they are ordering only the one part. I called them as requested and tried all options during business hours but nobody answers the phone. I e-mailed them to call me to understand this game but they never did. Remember per policy I was already billed for items I will not receive and no customer service since they wont answer the phone or call you back. After sending another E-mail to call me I received cancellation and refund notice like I was the issue.

In short, irresponsible and shady practices where they avoid you. Needed some replacement tent poles and had a coupon code for buy one get one, but there was no way to verify the code at checkout. So, I ended up ordering not knowing if the coupon would be applied. It wasnt. I tried to call, but they wont take calls because too much business. So I emailed and told them to contact me before sending my order or just apply the discount. Heard nothing. They shipped it and charged me the full price (which I wouldnt have ordered as many if I wasnt going to get free ones). I tried to call again, still too busy to accept calls. So I emailed again. They will not respond to me. Ive given them two months to respond. Totally inexcusable business practices. If you have an increase in business, hire more people to answer the phones. At this point, my assumption is its a dodging tactic. If you didnt see my emails, then thats pathetic because I reached out multiple times with the order number attached to the email, as instructed. And the check out process is not okay. just a box to make you think youre getting a discount, but no way to know. And it never asked me to confirm my order. Just took my card information and ran off with it. Do not support this company with your business. Its unfortunate, because I really think the business value proposition is needed.

I ordered both a left and a right foot plate for my elliptical. I received two right foot plates, one was labeled left (yet obviously right). After trying to call and not being able to talk to a person (due to Covid? Since people can’t answer phones from home?) and sending an email (which I also received a reply saying that due to Covid I would most likely not receive a timely reply, because that’s also something employees can’t do from home?), I have found myself a bit screwed over. I now have the option to receive a partial refund and free shipping, or a full refund and pay for shipping, to send back the part THEY messed up. I am being held accountable for the fact they can’t hire employees that can tell the difference between left and right. Would not recommend ordering anything from them unless you want to suffer from the world’s biggest headache.

Don’t order from these peopleOrdered 4 screws and a washer, cost about $20, but needed for a sander. Description said comparable. The parts weren’t remotely compatible. Return policy on receipt, but when you go to their sight they say they don’t recognize the order #, put in your email. A loop of high prices, no returns, and nonexistent customer service. I’d give it a “no star” rating if it were possible.

Worst customer service ive ever had in my life!Trying to return a part and they give me a dinky return label that doesnt have any postage marks even though it says itll take out postage from the refund.When i try to contact them i cant get through to anyone, just automated messages blaming covid. Customer service hotlines and emails can be handled remotely so i dont know what covid has to do with that. I would wait in line on hold if youre short handed but theres just nobody.

They took a long time to process my order it has yet to ship but they took there money ASAP IN THE AMOUNT OF $223.53And I ordered on 4/29/2020 and now it is 5/22/2020 I’ve only got one email from them and that was the ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE ORDER NUMBER ON IT.It is impossible to talk to anyone by phone and emails are not being answered. On 5/30/2020 I looked up this company on Facebook and use Messenger app to send them a message. I finally got a message back from them saying the my order was made into 2 orders. One in stock that would be sent out immediately and the other would be shipped out when the parts showed up. I canceled one item on my order because it was on back order with no ETA on when it was going to show up. It is now 6/4/2020 and nothing has shipped out yet. And now it’s showing all my parts are in stock now. I got a person on the phone today and was told the refund for the one Item I canceled on my order will take 2-4 Business days To be returned.And I asked about why my order has not been shipped out?. I was told that it’s going to take some time and I payed for Priority shipping priority shipping on my order at a cost of like $15.00 to get it faster. All my parts were in on 5/30/2020 and now it is 6/4/2020 and my order still has not been shipped out still. It’s funny I ordered parts from the MCLANE WEBSITE on 5/30/2020 and they showed up at my house today 6/4/2020 I find this to be sad 😞 for EREPLACEMENTPARTS.com who can’t get orders out to a customer from 4/29/2020. All the parts were in on 5/30/2020 SHIP them out it does not take 5 days to package 📦 up a small order and get it shipped out. This place is pathetic absolutely no customer service whatsoever. All They can say is I can cancel your order not help you with anything at allI would not recommend doing business with this company. It has been the worse online shopping experience I have had. I would give 5 stars for the quality of product and price but my package that was shipped last Wednesday from Salt Lake City to Dallas was misdirected to Fargo ND. The fact that I paid extra for shipping to get it here quicker and then it’s sent in the opposite direction is why they are not getting 5 stars. Otherwise good experience.

I love E- replacement Parts, they have most everything I need, the only complaint I have is that I can never get them on the phone. If I go online to find their phone number all there is, is the one number to order parts through, If I get into my phone book to find the number for the store near me and call it nobody ever answers, it just rings and rings until it disconnects, so all I can do is drive to the store wasting time, gas and wear and tare on the car if they dont have the part. Or I might just want to know what the part costs so I can plan a budget.

Bad company to place orders with. Placed a order of a in stock small part. Paid to have expedited shipment. Was told 5 days ago it was shipping next day. But today I login it was pending with no shipping date available... So much for the additional $$ for expedited fee. It would have been nice for a email sent to me of the delay, unfortunately they did not feel that was valuable to your customers. So I have called and told there were 4 in stock and can not tell me why it was never shipped or when it would be shipped. I figure out a new solution with a new vendor.

Ordered Item on April 19th ---Waited and checked tracking. called the 800 #I was told to just wait. It is now May 4 my item has been at a sorting facilitynow since April 27th. They (ereplacementparts) do not answer the phone and when they do, it is someone in Nova Scotia, that has no info other than, what I can see. Also no resolution. I have sent an email to the company( only way, as they do not answer the phone today. ) I started calling at 8 a.m. est. As of today 5/4 no one has responded or answered the phone.The other trick is you have to press 1 to talk to anybody because pressing 2 gets you a message about doing everything online. LOLThe worst part- Homedepot has the item I was trying to patronize a smaller business--Learned a good lesson.

Fire Matt while you’re at it. He said that if boxes were too high to get, to short pick them. Those were the only boxes that I can think of that “were right there”, as you put it. But of course, you’re a lousy boss, so asking or inquiring is beneath your supposed job duties.If truth be told, I could tell that you seemed leery of my disability, which I could easily use as a complaint against your company. I rarely ever leave reviews, but this is literally the worst place Ive ever dealt with. I ordered two parts and paid extra for 2 day shipping. 3 days later(the same day the parts were supposed to arrive, figuring 1 day for processing and 2 days for shipping) I get an email saying that the parts have not shipped and that one part will not be available for another 6-11 days. There was nothing on their site when placing the order that said that they do not have the parts in stock.I contact them addressing this and ask to cancel the order for the part that is not in stock. I soon receive a response saying that they cannot refund because my parts have shipped out. Im thinking cool, Ill get my parts only a couple of days late, but seemed suspicious that the part not in stock was now being shipped to me. Nope. 3 days later I check the tracking number they gave me and it just says a label has been created. I then contact them again asking how my parts shipped out 3 days ago when there is just a label in FedExs system, zero transit information. I then receive a response saying that the order is lost, not sure how you lose something 3 days after it supposedly left your facility, pretty impressive..They now want me to call in so they can refund and re-bill. Fantastic place. Its across town from me so I can just walk in. The counter guys are friendly and very helpful. Huge building used to be a Costco, now stuffed with parts of every kind. I was able to get parts for a pressure washer, dishwasher, and lawn mower in a single stop and for a great price. As one review said, these kinds of places turn inventory, so dont expect that item you need to always be there. I was looking for a plastic soap tank for an older and obscure pressure washer I have. They were one of the few that had the part and since they are local for me, I thought Id save on shipping and stop by. The site said 6 in stock and a call confirmed the same. When I went in the next day, I got one of only two left which I confirmed on their website as soon as I left. When I was checking out, the guy was just as surprised that something that old and random had moved so fast, but they had more on order and said they see some odd things shipping as much as they do all over the country.

I ordered parts to replace a carburetor on a pressure washer but then I realized a replacement wasnt necessary. I received the right parts in a timely fashion, but returning the items took some effort. Initially, they indicated that they hadnt received the return. Eventually they figured it out and I did receive the proper credit. One of the more difficult transactions I have had online, but in the end I feel I was treated fairly.

I ordered a part for a riding lawnmower and was sent the wrong part. I was told I had to pay shipping and handing for the correct part. Bad thing is the part I was mistaking sent was a $70 dollar part and not the $10 part I ordered. I traded the part at my local lawnmower shop. Good deal for all.

They lost my part. Period. I ordered a part with PRIORITY SHIPPING, and 4 BUSINESS DAYS LATER, the tracking for the shipping hadnt updated. I called, and customer service claimed that it hadnt gotten picked up by the post office, or had been lost in transit. So, they blamed the post office. Yeah, makes total sense. Im lucky I got a refund. If you want to order from here, be prepared to have to wait a while, because they have an awful shipping system. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I order a lot of various things from the internet mostly because I cannot find them locally, but all too often we order from an internet provider and when everything goes the way its suppose to we dont say anything.I ordered two snow shuts for my Works snow blower and could not find them anywhere, but did find them on this site they came on time packed well and nothing broke, the price was reasonable I was extremely pleased since this was my first time ordering from this site and will definitely order from them again.

Great place to find any part you need. The only problem is it takes forever to receive the part. Even with expedited shipping it takes longer than other companies to ship out. I deal with ereplacement because its worth the wait. You get the exact part at a fantastic price!! I just wish they would deal with USPS & stay away from DHL......

I like their inventory selection and I like that they have pictures for most of their inventory, including the graph so you can determine size. However, for the second time in the past year, eReplacementParts allowed me to place an order for items they do not have in stock. They gave me no warning before I placed the order that the items were not in stock.I placed the order on August 18. I received a confirmation email stating Your order will leave our warehouse in approximately: 4-10 business days.TWO WEEKS LATER, on September 1, I received an email stating both parts were on order. ~We are waiting for the parts on order to arrive from the manufacturer. We apologize that it is taking longer than expected. We expect to see them with in 5-7 business days.A WEEK LATER, on September 7, I received another email, this time stating one item was ready to ship while the other was still on order. ~Unfortunately, there has been a delay in getting the On Order part, but we should be able to get it from the manufacturer in 4-10 business days.IT HAS BEEN 13 DAYS and that was the last communication I have received from them! Finally today I just cancelled my order.This is TERRIBLE inventory control and TERRIBLE communication/customer service! The idea behind eReplacementParts is incredible--having a part for ANYTHING at the tips of your fingers! But the execution behind the idea is seriously lacking. The people within the organization obviously dont care. Time for new management.

But, the one-star reviews about how bad their C/S is, I cannot in all honesty do business with them, sad... these issues are easily fixed, just get rid of the problem people. #Disappointed

Excellent customer service. I ordered a part for an older coffee pot. Arrival date passed and no part. Checked tracking number and USPS said delivered. We have an address that has been often confused with one about 2 miles away. I contacted USPS: no help. I contacted ereplacement parts and they refunded (including postage) my original purchase after I ordered a new part. The USPS did get the 2nd order to me. I didnt expect a refund on an order that was misdirected by the post office, not the seller. They were quick with email communication to me as well. Thank you.

David,I am very unhappy with my most recent experience and wanted to tell you about it.I ordered a capacitor for my JET air filtration that your website directed me to telling me it was the correct part. I installed the capacitor and and when I turned the tool on, another part of the circuit board caught fire. This tool worked perfectly before the capacitor went. I did hours of research and inspected the board and came to a 100% conclusion that the capacitor was the issue, which is it was. The machine turned on for 5 seconds, worked great, then blew.I spoke to customer service and since I feel the product that was directed to me was the issue for the circuit board being critically damaged I asked if they would work with me on replacing the whole circuit board. I worked with a young man named Steven who was great however his supervisor Colton was not.I asked if your company would maybe offer at least a discount on a new circuit board and was denied. I didnt go searching to buy a part $25 just so I would have to replace a $120 part, I obviously need to save money.How does your company not stand behind its knowledge given to customers? I trusted your website to direct me to the part needed, it failed and now I have a much bigger issue.I am very unhappy with this service, I know its a small issue but feeling somewhat cheated by a company is not good. I thought I would reach out to you to see what you have to say about it.((UPDATE)) - After dealing with many unaccommodating service reps who refused to do right thing in the situation, I spoke to a supervisor and she was extremely helpful and gave me more than expected in return.All in all however; I spent over 4-5 hours on the phone dealing with a $100 part. I was asking for it for free I was asking for the price that the original part I ordered cost.Im sure they are a great company and this was just a mishap.

Waited almost 2 weeks before they even shipped the item. Item was wrong. They apologized, and automatically generated an e-mail that wanted ME to print out a label to ship the wrong item back to them. And automatically refunded me. I didnt want that. I wanted them to snail mail me a return label, I would have been kind hearted enough to make a trip to the post office to mail the wrong part back to them. And I would rather they just keep my original payment and send me the correct part. Now I have to back through the whole reorder process and wait another month to get the correct part, hopefully.

So you can tell that at least a couple of these reviews are from competition. Competition that just cant compete with there guys so they resort to fake bad reviews to try to scare customers to a competitor... I am a competitor to this company, but like any GOOD competitor, I do business with these guys and in turn, they do business with me. The other people who wrote bad reviews about companies like this have absolutely NO clue how these businesses work. The guy who said he was told 5-9 says and got his kart on the 9th day, then complained about NO delay notification, really??? YOU WERE TOLD 5-9 DAYS!! Lol... As for accuracy of stated inventory, come on..... These places turn over inventory at an INSANE rate! Companies they get parts from do the same, so the likely good of ending up with a back order is pretty darn good.. And if you tell them to hold off on your order because of a back order, dont expect anyone to hold your parts until you can figure out what you want to do... to the company at hand, guys and gals, keep up the good work and we appreciate your business!!

They drop ship. They dont seem to have anything in stock. Then when the part arrives broken they blame the drop shipper, They also dont tell you when the part ordered is back ordered. You order, you pay, you receive a confirmation email and a week later you check back and find out your part is back ordered. You could have paid $4 more from someone else that actually could verify they have it in stock and you would have had your part by now. Stay away from these guys. You get what you pay for.
