Larry, the owner of Hearth and Patio, was extremely helpful in getting a Jensen outdoor table that no other store was interested in helping us with. Every other store said it would be 3-4 months as it is with everything during the pandemic. Also, he was so nice to work with. If you can’t find something you are looking for, I would suggest calling Larry.

I wanted an Egg and everyone was sold out including this shop. Larry was great, calling and giving us updates all the time. I never had to chase him down. His recommendations were spot on. We bought all our accessories there too and still get our lump charcoal there. Great service! Support local!

We recently purchased gas logs from Larry. He and Pete helped us through the process of getting the gas line installed and county inspection prior to installation. We love our new gas fireplace!About a year ago, Larry also helped my in-laws choose a replacement insert. My mother-in-law uses oxygen full time, and was very concerned about any potential dangers of utilizing a gas fireplace. Larry spent a great deal of time answering their questions and finding the best insert for her situation. Many thanks for taking care of the whole family!

My gas fireplace was having some issues starting up. Two technicians, Brandon and Russell, came to my house (within the small window of time they promised to visit during), listened to my description of the issue and got right to work. They were very considerate of my time and taking care of my home. They quickly understood the issue and got right to work. My fireplace is back to working properly and is cleaner than it was when we bought the house. Thanks so much!!!!

The folks at Hearth & Patio provided excellent customer service! First, they were able to diagnose my fireplaces issue over the phone. And once they learned I use my fireplace exclusively to heat the bedroom, they got a technician out in record time! I highly recommend the services of Larry and him team.

Outstanding service from Larry on my Regency gas insert. Will definitely use again. He was very thorough and cleaned meticulously. He also explained all the features on my remote and how to change them.

Larry is extremely professional and came out to our house on a Sunday to take care of our gas logs. He was here for 2 hours and everything looks beautiful and works like brand new. Now we are going to go back to the shop and will purchase a new glass door for our fireplace.

I went to their store on a fairly busy fall afternoon. I found them to be helpful and pleasant to work with. Installation was perfect! Very happy with them.

This morning I had a coupe guys from Hearth ad Patio come over to get y contractor grade gas fireplace working again. The flame used to be blue and wimpy and it was constantly shutting off. The repairmen we courteous and respectful and replace some parts on the fireplace. They worked quickly and cleanly and when they left, my flame looked like a real flame! Great job and thanks for making my fireplace look like a real fireplace again.

I came into the store eager to get my gas fireplace up and running after going to many stores unable to find the parts I needed I stopped in and was taken care of immediately with the parts I needed. Will recommend to anyone in the future

Brandon and Russell did a nice job cleaning my gas log fireplace insert. I am especially pleased with how well the glass was cleaned.

Shop staff were extremely rude and confrontational. Employees were not wearing masks, which was concerning.

Staff is rude and don’t know anything about customer service nor do they care about what the customer wants. They will sell you on vented logs all day long despite what you want. Take your business elsewhere

The owner manages his unique store with skill & care. Helpful & outspoken, I like him. Visit & look at his made in the USA stock. Great super sunbrellas. The Green Egg grills are fun. Decent prices. You wont find junk here. Cheap goods largely come from an unpaid labor force overseas. Room or board for weaving plastic 7 days a week is a cruel life to support plush spoildness here. Go with Made In The USA as often as possible. It lasts too. I think my sprinkler heads are made in North Korea & have to be replaced EVERY season.

Dido the last review. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Hearth & Patio Shoppe installed my Propane fireplace back in January of 2015. Because I bought it in December, I thought it understandable that I had to wait three weeks to get in installed. It ran great the rest of that winter and last winter. I left the pilot light on for ease of lighting and the upper part of the glass started to get cloudy so I thought, two years, let me call for service. I made my initial call the beginning of the week of 10/31 and as I remembered from my purchase experience, I got voicemail. I left a message: who I was, that I purchased from them, that I was going to be off on November 11, and was hoping to schedule a service call. Two days later, still no call back. So I called again on 11/3, to my surprise Larry answered and of course he was really busy but I was going to be his next call back. So I explained again what was happening and that I wanted to see if I could get a service call on November 11 as I would be home all day. He said he usually scheduled his service calls for my area all on the same day, let him see what he could do. November 10, I hadnt heard back from anyone so I called, surprised again when someone answered. He identified himself a the guy that would be coming out to do the service. I told him about my request, he looked on the schedule for the next day and said he didnt see my name. He said Larry was with a customer but that he would give him the message. I was home all day on November 11, no one called, no one came. Today is November 17, I still havent heard from them. This morning I called my propane supplier, they do maintenance, and while they told me that I would have to wait until mid-December, I have a date and time scheduled for the service call. Hearth & Patio Shoppes website states at the bottom We Service What We Sell. I dont think so! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!Last March my pellet stove chain broke. The original people who installed my unit had done a terrible job and needed someone new. The problem started when I had to use a dealer who sold regency products. There are only two in the entire area. Back in March, I had called this place and they said sure no problem we can get you all fixed up. I began to call every couple of weeks trying not to become annoying but I wanted the work done. Turned out that this place never had any intention of doing the work because fast forward to now I was told, we werent the ones who you bought the unit from and we are sick and tired of fixing the other guys mistakes. Haha to me that would be a dream, getting guaranteed work because the other people are incompetent right? Apparently these two companies are in a pissing war with each other and unfortunately the consumer is put in the middle. I have also tried contacting corporate and the companies regional sales guy with no luck. They just call the dealers here and say help this guy out which puts me back in the original place.Bottom line, Larry who owns this place, do NOT do business with him.Do NOT buy any regency fireplace products because if they break it becomes a nightmare.Take me seriously folks do NOT go here!
