We have had the BEST experience with this location on several occasions. We use this location exclusively for our local Miller Elementary School PTO flyers and have had nothing but TOP NOTCH service from the moment we walk into the store to the General Manager, Brandon Dickinson. I believe it’s the manager, the man that sits in very back right corner, is not very pleasant, professional or a people person, to say the least. After looking at my job he didn’t want to print them because he say they are blurry.. they are not 100 perfect. I looked and said thank you but they are good enough (maybe a 90 on the perfect scale) and I have no choice, so please print. That was a Thursday and said it will take a couple days... by Tuesday they still had not called me. I went and they were not printed due to same excuse. He didn’t even have the decency to talk to me. I explained to the lady we already went thru this and I asked they be printed! It took 15 minutes to prepare!
The employees at this location are extremely friendly and helpful. We came in this evening right before closing and they still took care of our needs for a notary and over night shipping. Thank you!
So...October 13th, I went to the UPS Midlothian Store to send important documents that HAD to be at a location the next day. I paid for Next Day Air Shipping and Signature Verified Delivery. On October 14th, I went to the store to ask about the delivery and the girl said it was delayed and would not be delivered until the following day due to a mechanical delay.Realizing now that the important documents that I sent would arrive a day later than I had arranged and paid for, I asked her what compensation does UPS provide when the package is delayed for mechanical reasons? Her answer, We do not provide compensation due to COVID.Whaaaat???
Package was shipped through them and they had no problem taking my money but when the package was not delivered (3 supposed delivery attempts on the same day) and returned to sender the store was no help at all. Could care less and just blamed UPS. Not to mention the package was returned to them a week ago and was sitting in their store and no one from the store called to notify me. After your done handing them money they dont care. Terrible store, horrible owner and worthless employees.
I went in to mail 2 T-shirts to Washington, first they told me around 23.00 and when I asked about something cheaper she told me 13.39 with UPS Surepost and ( she never weighed them either) it will arrive some time next week so I sent them that way today I went to UPS Waxahachie with the same 2 T-shirts and they told me 10.73 and it arrives tomorrow, be careful going to the UPS store in Midlothian so they don’t take advantage of you
Sent in a simple print job, only 75 pages on the 18th, requesting i be contacted when the order was ready to be picked up. Called into the store today (23rd) to check on my order, someone growled Rudely “hello” so i asked to make sure it was ups. They informed me it was and asked what i wanted?? Told them i placed an order 5 days ago and wanted to check on it, and not even 60 sec later informed me it had never been started and would not be done today either. #GradeAManagement #customerServiceOnPoint #itMustBeHardComplainingAboutAmazonReturnsAllday
Store manager has no idea how to print emailed documents at specific sizes. Took 30 minutes to print off a document I needed, and printed only the bottom half of the landscape. Told me too bad the document is too large. I printed smaller copies earlier this morning. Needed larger prints. They need to learn how to use computers and technology.
First of all I have used this location several times and never had any problem until this month. I had taken an manila envelope already addressed and sealed on June 1, 2020 and as they already had me in their system they printed out a lable and payment receipt. Maybe it is my bad assumption that they would put their lable on the envelope I provided as it was already addressed and sealed, but they didnt. They put it in the their envelope but did not put the address to where it was going to. Instead they put on it Customer request to hold for pickup and receiver Planning Dept. I did not request that. I wanted it delivered to the address I had on the envelope. I do alot of application processing throughout the State of Texas and as this Covid-19 has the Cities and Counties limiting personal contact with their offices I decided to send this ground service to the City of Tylers Planning Dept. which would have been there on June 3, 2020. This has cost me over 20 days of processing on this application for my client. I am not a happy customer.
I paid $67 to have an envelope delivered Overnight Early by 8 a.m. to Houston. The envelope was not there by 8:00 as promised. When calling the 800 number to inquire what happened to the envelope, I was told that someone failed to scan it, and the whereabouts are unknown. I was told that it will “probably” be delivered by tomorrow. I called this particular store to see if the envelope was still in their possession. I was told that all pickups were made last night. When looking up the tracking number, it was scanned into the system at 7:09 p.m., approximately 3 hours after I brought it to the store. The deadline for overnight delivery was 5:30 p.m. Apparently, someone at this store didn’t scan it until after the overnight delivery packages were picked up. This is totally and completely unacceptable! It’s not like I asked someone I know to drop off a package for me and they forgot. This is what they do for a living everyday! I was told several times on the phone that I would get a refund. As if that makes up for the fact that my time-critical envelope not getting there in time has caused me problems that a refund can’t solve. As of writing this review, the package SHOULD be delivered today. I’m just wondering if they can make it by 8 a.m., 24 hours after it was promised. When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight, don’t use UPS!
This is second time Ive been disappointed at this store. The first time I complained on Facebook and the owner messaged me and apologized. That time was over the rudeness of their employee. This time the young man who helped me with my printing was very helpful. But my complaint is even with his helpfulness I ended up having to double print the invitations I was printing because the first batch was off centered. I brought my own paper. So not only did my paper get wasted, I was charged for all of it. Including the 20 that were ruined and thrown away. Plus they charged me for color and although there was a little blotch of whitewashed color, you would think since so much of my paper was wasted, they could have at least charged me black and white for those. As well as getting charged $10 for the computer usage. I printed double what I printed at another store and it didnt even cost me half of what I spent here. Im done with this store I will not be back.
Mary is amazing! I wasnt able to be in the store to tell her what I needed, which was 200 color copies. The original format didnt look like what I thought it did when it printed. I was going to go in a different boring direction, but she worked with me to get the original format so it printed how I thought it would look....amazing above and beyond service that I wasnt expecting!
Very rude! The store owner (she said she was the store owner, but I doubt it because she looked like a little girl!) lacked any knowledge about what I was trying to do, so she just told me they dont do that there, which i know is false! I will NOT be going back!
It was close to closing when I entered. They were appreciative of my business. I will use this store for all my shipping and printing needs. The clerk was pleasant and considerate of my needs. Thank You to this store for being about customer service.
Are use this UPS store all the time. I can call them send them my printing and pick it up when Im ready. They have everything I need, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
Ive recently moved to Midlothian from Dallas and Ive been in a few other The UPS Stores. The customer service in this location is by far the best! Theyre always friendly and willing to help with what I need.
What can I say? Its a UPS store. I have dropped off packages and was given a tracking receipt. No issues so far.
The lady at the desk was completely unhelpful. They are listed as a DHL drop site and she told me with an attitude “we don’t do usps” I told her it was UPS and DHL. All she would say is “we don’t do usps”. No help in where to go, no response that they are listed as where to go. I will NEVER come back here and hope she finds another job because she clearly doesn’t like the one she has.
Regarding printing- HORRIBLE. They charge you for a full sheet even if you only use half AND provide your own paper! She said I was charged correctly when I brought it up to her. The lady was ignorant and their version of Word doesnt allow to print two to a page, even though mine does at home, so I know its not the document. Wish I would have gone to fedex first.
I read some ugly reviews on the UPS Store in Midlothian TX and have to say this has not been my experience ever. Ive been using the store for various services for years and Mary and her staff have always been polite. I email things I need printed all the time and pick them up. Ive have them package items I need shipped and never had an issue.I am unsure what has put a burr in the saddle of others but I get great service from these folks.Ken

Very rude employees. Went to drop off some packages and was completely ignored by three employees. One finally took my packages, didn’t say a word to me, scanned them, and basically tossed the receipt at me. Even ignored my when I said thank you.

I had to return an AT&T product using UPS return. I pulled up to the Midlothian store (which is not necessarily close, but I was in town doing some other errands), and the door was locked. This was Saturday, mid-afternoon. The middle-aged woman working the store came to the door and told me they closed at 2:30. I told her I was surprised they closed so early, she said yes, they do, and she closed the door back.By the time we had that exchange and I got in my car, I got my phone to look for another location - and it literally still said 2:30 on my phone. So, at best they had locked up AS the clock hit 2:30 and simply werent willing to open back up for a customer (funny, no one seems to remember what that word means any more). At worst, they had closed early (my contention), and werent willing to open back up.Now I know, and will use the Cedar Hill location (which was shocked they closed so early and that they were rude about it).
Very Rude Staff! If I could give this store no stars I would! The Manager of the store has no Customer Service Skills or Managing Skills and be sure to count your change before you leave.......Who in their right mind, that wants your business YELLS at the customer? I will stick with the Post Office for my shipping needs.
