I purchased my car from Honda and they have performed all service at this location. With every appt there is always a problem. One —-Oil change, they forgot to add screw to pan; had to return to shop after driving to 10 miles due to noise and other cars pointing at the pan dragging under my car. It’s an oil change and it isn’t that hard to get right . I still continued to come back because of convenience and location close to home. Another recent oil change with tire rotation in Sept 21, immediately after car vibration noted significantly with speeds greater than 65mph. Son took car to evaluate and tires were rotated and not balanced. Left front wheel off by 25 oz I believe. Issue not resolved, all tires reevaluated by my son, see pic, both back tires have steel exposed! Called Scott the supervisor advisory and asked to pull ticket; no concern was noted at appt, good thread 300 miles ago and now I have to purchase 4 new tires. his only comment “the car must be out of alignment” ! I hung up and Pearson has now lost a customer! I will never again buy or get any car serviced at this dealership! If I could give 0 stars I would. Be cautious; service staff is incompetent and very shady! I will ensure all my medical colleagues are aware of my experience with this shop. Appt for new tires scheduled and thanks to Pearson, I am out of my pocket due to their incompetence!
I had an appointment yesterday afternoon for a B 1/2 service at Pearson Honda. I went in with 220 miles left on my tank and approximately 35/40 minutes after my arrival my vehicle was done. I rechecked my mileage and I had 116 miles left, 104 miles unaccounted for. I paid $248.25 for my service and I expected to receive the service that I paid for, not that in addition to 104 miles of gas unaccounted for. I do not believe my vehicle was driven off the lot as the mileage barely changed; however, I do not know where my gas went. I was skeptical if they even performed the service, I was told it would take 1.5 hours it was done in 30 minutes. The store was not busy so that could have attributed to the time reduction (I do not know as I was not able to directly observe them). You hear about things like this on the new but you never think it will happen to you but it (104 miles of gas missing) happened to me and it can happen to you! I used to love this Honda dealership but I will never come back again. My advice to you if you do decide to visit this dealership for maintenance is to take photos of gas (how many miles you have left with time/location) and to purchase an inside and outside camera so you can know what is going on with your vehicle. Sadly, you do not know what is going on with your vehicle during these services and I will not come back again. Go elsewhere. I am giving this dealership one star as the oil change was performed.
I needed several repairs for my Honda Civic. Setting up the appointment and dropping the car off using the night deposit worked great really happy with that. The repairs seem to be completed well and some maintenance items were not required and so they did not do those changes saving me some money. Thanks. The problems came when I went to pick up my car. I could not just simply go to the cashier (fairly normal), so I had to wait for a service person. I was the only person in line, no one being waited on by several (at least 3) service managers and I had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes. Jon did do a good job explaining the questions I had on the bill once he got to me. As I was paying for the bill with the cashier, they were getting my car or I thought. I paid my bill and then I watched other peoples cars being pulled up and leaving but waited over 15 minutes for my car to be pulled around. This took entirely too long! I hope this is an anomaly and not a trend. I will try them again as I usually get very good service. By if it is a trend, I may need to look elsewhere to get my service done.
Best Honda dealership/ service center Ive ever been to. The ENTIRE staff was very personable. I used to go to the one on W. Broad street, since its closer. But I prefer to do business with a staff who exhibits quality customer service, and talk to you like they are both, passionate about their job, and happy for your business. This location is a 35 minute drive, and I will gladly continue to take that ride going forward

Personable, friendly and treated me with utmost respect. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and also made sure I understood everything. I just cant say enough about my experience today. I’ve been going here to get my vehicle serviced for a couple of years now and they usually take an hour or so for the most part. But today will definitely be the last day. It took them over 2 hours to do an oil change and that’s with an appointment! I watched my vehicle set in the service lane for 40 minutes after it was done. It wasn’t until I asked about my car, they got the “paperwork” done. They also had the nerve to give me an appraisal to buy back my car…

Everything with my service went fine. Didnt realize they did washes as part of the service so that was a nice surprise. I drove 30 min to get there because it was the only dealership that could fit me in before my trip, but I will for sure use them in the future. Worth the trip.

We had unexpected car troubles and found ourselves needing to replace a car quickly. With todays car shortage issues, this became a much bigger problem than we expected... that is, until we ran into Scott Reyes and the other fine folks at Pearson Honda. From the initial call with the receptionist and moving forward, the entire experience was a delight. Scott and Rick Overby both get 5 stars. We even threw them a curve ball by asking that our young first time buyer daughter be put on the deal. They treated her with the utmost respect. She introduced me to Carlos, An absolute professional from the first minute I met him till he handed me the keys to my new Odyssey. Never felt pressured at all. I have purchased 2 Honda Fits from this company. One in 2009 and one in 2016. Each time I had a great experience. The first time I bought from them was actually the first time I had ever bought a car. Of course it was a long process filling out all the paperwork, but they made it smooth. They answered any questions I had and went over everything with me. The second time I purchased, I actually contacted several Honda dealerships and asked them to send me an out the door price with everything in detail so I could decide which dealership to go to. Not only did they come in at the lowest amount, but they were the only one who sent a complete detail list of what I would be paying. I agreed to their terms and the next day, purchased my new vehicle. I still occasionally take my vehicle in for work. Every time I go there, they are the nicest people; always helpful and never make me feel stupid for asking questions. 100% love this place and would recommend them to anyone!
Horrible Service DepartmentI always bring my car to a Honda Dealership to be serviced from small minor things like oil changes to major work.I know how busy this service department is. I made an appointment to bring the car in for service a week in advance. I brought the car in at 7 AM in the morning because I wanted the work to be started quickly.When you make an appointment to get work done. the assumption is that the work would be done when you make the appointment.I waited all morning and until 2 in the Afternoon to hear from someone in the service department. No one called me to tell me if anything was going on with my car or what they were doing. I called the service department around 2 in the afternoon and asked whats going on with my car. I was told my car was being worked on. But that Scoot would have more information.I asked if Scott was available to talk to? They said yes, but then transferred me to his voice mail. I left a voice mail asking for a status update.I didnt get a response until 4 PM. Scott called, and he stated that they looked at the car and that theyre unable to do the work for a reason thats out of their control, which I respect and understand.I said so you just looked at my car Now ? What were you doing with the car for 7 hours??? What was the point of making an appointment if youre going to wait 7 hours to look at the car?He said that they get to the car when they get to them. I said then whats the point of making an appointment if you get to the car when you get to it?Suffice it to say, I will not be bringing my business back to this dealership. Avoid at all costs, this service department. They are horrible.

Very happy with my service at Pearson Honda last week. They always deliver excellent service.
We were on a road trip 2 hours from home and our CR-V suddenly started flashing all sorts of warning lights and messages. We called two other dealers near us and none would see us until the following week which wouldn’t work. We called Pearson and they told us to bring our car in and they’d take a look right away. It ended up being a software problem that they were able to resolve by upgrading it for no charge. We were on our way in a few hours.
To sum up Honda Pearson, good people and great cars. Hoping to continue to do business for years to come. Mr. Don Young was a great car salesman and a very nice person to talk to. The maintenance department are really nice people, I have never had any issues so far. :) Keep Up The Good Work Honda Employees!
I came in for a maintenance service for my Honda Pilot. I went to pick up my car from the bay. I asked the service advisor would my car be washed. He says it will. I was told to proceed to the bay to wait for my car and it would be there. I did not see my car asked the older man where was my car. He then tells me to go to the service advisor. The service advisor tells him my number and the guy gets my car. I noticed it was not washed. I asked the older guy and about it and he say they dont wash after a specific time. Im a little heated because I paid all this money to have an unclean car to drive around.

This is my very first time in the process of looking for and buying a car. Although I am just test driving at the moment, my mind was beginning to set on a Honda. My mother brought my sister here for her first car and their experience was amazing, my experience didnt come close to that at all. I informed the woman who talked to me about my plan and what I wanted to do, so that way I wouldnt waste anyones time because I know the process of buying a car is a bit lengthy. Instead of feeling understood/heard, I was basically pressured to sign papers immediately after I returned from test driving the car. She laid off after a bit and her manager approached me and proceeded to do the same thing but with a louder, more irritated tone that I didnt really appreciate. I understand theyre just trying to get a sale but it felt very forced and overwhelming, especially for me. No amount of research and preparation can prepare you for an encounter like that. Overall it was an awful experience.. everyone I dealt with was either forceful or could care less. I was just hoping for a more informative and welcoming experience and people who were more understanding. I dont expect any type of sales person to hold my hand because at the end of the day most of them look at you as a sale anyway, but the least anyone could do is have common decency.

I went to look at a used car, and the ONLY person who made me feel welcome wasnt even the salesperson I was scheduled to see. I was not treated as if my business mattered. It wasnt until I got in my car and started driving away, that they decided my offer was good enough. I was kept waiting for more than ten minutes after my test drive before talking price.
We have been long standing customers of Pearson both the Honda dealer and the Infiniti dealer. Their sales team is great and until recently their service team was just as easy to work with. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience with Pearson Honda Service we will be taking our business elsewhere! The overall lack of communication and training for their employees reflects poorly on the Honda brand and their management. The failure in both directly impacts their customers and their customers finances; with management showing little care and lots of condescension for their employees oversights.
When I first got there, there were two salesmen standing around and when the receptionist said hey she needs help they literally looked like they were not trying to help me. The gentleman helping me didn’t even introduce himself. I was very clear about my pricing and he was not even willing to budge on the price at all… He was literally trying to sell me a three-year-old car for the same price as a brand new one. When I asked for the current specials he didn’t know them… Like isn’t that your job? He truly acted like he did not want to sell a car today
They do a good job with the maintenance on the car, the place is nice and clean. The only problem for us is they are about 20 miles from us.

I purchased a Honda Civic in 2006 from Pearson and have been a loyal Pearson customer for the past 15 years. I recently bought a new 2021 CRV and my salesperson Tex H. was very nice, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He checked the inventory of CRVs in stock, explained the options and features with me, and I picked the color I liked. I am very happy with my CRV purchase and I will continue to be a loyal Pearson customer.

They did not reset my Oil Life sensor after They changed the oil. Is there a procedure that I can do so I dont have to waste gas driving back to the dealership?
I have been in need of a reliable vehicle for some time. I found a listing on the Pearson Honda site that looked excellent and fit my budget. Tristan Delano was my salesperson. From the time I submitted my contact inquiry online to the time he handed me my keys, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any question I had. We live in a different state now, but our sons are still in RVA, and one was lucky enough to find Don as he searched for a new car. Dan went way, WAY over what he needed to do to help us help our son get a new car. What a remarkable person Don is--a former teacher who takes a real interest in people and what they need. Plus Don has been at Pearson for several years (not several days) and actually knows his products and how to work around the system. HIGHLY recommended!

I met with Carlos Johnson last week and picked out a car. I came back today and was in and out in less than an hour. Everything was prepared for me when I arrived. Carlos Johnson is the consummate professional. He was attentive to my needs and I never had to tell him what I wanted more than once. My husband purchased a new car from Pearson in July. I highly recommend Carlos Johnson.
Overall my experience at Pearson Honda was pretty good. I wanted to first give a big shout out to both Alonzo Bowler. He did an awesome job in his role. He took the time, listened to my wife and I concerns on the vehicle we were looking for. Made great recommendations and was overall very knowledgeable on his products. This was the 2nd time I have purchases a vehicle from Mr. Bowler. I wanted to give another shout out to Tyler Ponton. He did an awesome job with communication and having all the financial piece in order. He was even able to find me a rate that was better which was better than the offer than my own credit union offered. If I only interacted with these 2 people I would give this a 20 out of 10 rating.However ….When we finished and picked up our paperwork on Thursday, we thought everything was good to go. As we were driving home we realized the car did not have a full tank of gas. It was a little less than a quarter tank. The tire pressure light came on and the vehicle had no windshield wiper fluid. After letting that go we came across a crack in the windshield. Very small and barely noticeable. I called Mr. Bowler and he instructed me to bring the car back up to the dealership and let the manager look at the crack. I came up and waited never 20 minutes for the manager on duty which was Joe Jackson. He walked out to the car and said it was a rock chip and it could have happened soon as I drove off the lot. He then proceeds to tell me that he wants to look over the vehicle records to confirm that the crack was there before the car was off the lot and would call me back in by 11:00am the next day. 11:00am came and I had not heard anything. I then waiting until about 3:00p still hadn’t heard anything and reached out to Mr. Bowler. Mr. Bowler then took care of the matter by having someone come out to look at the windshield. The overall customer experience was tainted by the lack of communication with Mr. Jackson. Someone in management should display better behavior and should have done a better job with following up with the issue. I understand wanting to check the records however if the vehicle was less than 24 hours off his lot and there is a construction site right in the pathway to enter the lot making an immediate assumption that it was done after the car left the lot was poor customer service. When it comes to customer service leadership should be held to a higher standard as they are the example and direct representation of Pearson. Mr. Jackson failed to produce and leave a good mark on a returning customer. I am in the market for a vehicle for myself and for a family member and Pearson Honda was the direct company I was going to go with however after my experience with Mr. Jackson, I will second guess on recommending this company to friends and family. Mr. Bowler & Mr. Ponton were great and did everything they could to produce a positive customer experience. Mr. Jackson store manager did a horrible job and place a bad mark on such a great dealership. For my experience with the manager I have to give a low rating.
Their staff was friendly, however I was looking for a specific used car that I couldnt find in my state. I drove 180 miles under the impression that I had an appointment to see this car and that financing was available, according to the correspondence I had with one of their representatives. When I arrived, I was told that financing was not available and they has also sold the car I was looking for.
This is a class dealership and I have bought several cars there. Service is excellent.

Visited twice and walked the dealership both times. I wasnt greeted once... It wasnt busy, in fact the receptionist talked about how dead it was one of the days. Made eye contact several times and the reps/employees turned their heads and kept talking to coworkers. So I drove to W Broad Honda where I was greeted and had an excellent experience and bought a vehicle.
My salesman was good, but the sales manager we dealt with was awful. He cared more about a selling a car with a $1000 markup to a potential buyer from another state versus selling to a VA buyer that was there and ready to MSRP. Greedy and very poor business practices and I’d recommend buyers search elsewhere.
I had an appointment to have a safety recall issue fixed on my Honda Fit. I called the morning of the appointment to make sure they had the parts and was told everything was good to go. When I got there they told me they could not make the safety recall repairs. It was a wasted day and a wasted trip and they offered no understandable reason why they could not fix the safety recall issue. I was very disappointed that they made no effort to make my wasted visit a positive customer service experience.
I went to Pearson Honda to buy a new car, it was a great experience especially compared to many other places I looked at. I worked with Troy Bell and he was a real awesome guy. He let you look at what you wanted and wasnt too pushy as many other car sales people tend to be. I would most definitely recommend buying a car from here. Especially from Troy as he will give you a good deal, and get you through the car buying process quick and make it enjoyable.
Have had to come here for a few different safety recalls and each time the service department is very friendly and efficient. They even wash your car for you before you leave!
My Honda Pilot 2017 transmission failed in 75 K miles. They took 20 days to fix my car. They did not provide the loaner. Every time when I called service person and same answer it will be done in few days. Terrible service.

We started out rough on this visit in that we were not approached on the lot while looking at the car we wanted to test drive or in the store when we went through the front door. People were all around including two receptionist but no one looked at us, much less spoke to us. We were there to buy, not look, so that was frustrating. We had determined to walk out and go elsewhere. Fortunately, Marty, the Internet Sales Manager, caught us just as we had hit the front door and asked if we had been helped. That is when the visit started to turn around. Marty sent Frank Goodman to work with us and Frank was great to work with. A real gem. He listened to us and took the time to explain the features of the 2018 Fit. He didnt try to steer us to another vehicle after he learned we wanted a small sub-compact because that is the size that the primary driver was most comfortable with. He took time to talk about the safety features as we showed interest in those. He made sure the test drive was a comfortable experience and calmly explained about the gear ratio, vehicle handling, and how the safety features worked in practice.After we got back to the store we had determined that we wanted the vehicle. Frank, I am sure, sensed this and worked as an advocate for the buying process. We did end up home with the Fit and the overall buying experience turned out to be really good. Our three previous purchases have all been with Hyundai so this was a big change for us. Frank and the team made this a pleasurable buying experience and it all goes back to Marty approaching and talking to us. I dont understand how a customer can hit a lot and even the showroom without being approached but Martys stepping in and honesty with us saved the day. Frank Goodman is a great person so if you can when you visit Pearson Honda, say hello to Marty and ask for Frank. Thanks!

I visited this dealership to look at new Honda accords. After test driving the salesman came out with the numbers and tried to tell me selling me the car at MSRP was the best he could do. After 20 mins of talking to the manager he came down barely $1000. I was insulted that they thought I’d actually pay 35k for a Honda Accord. I called several other dealers and received better pricing without even visiting their showrooms. I worked at a dealership once and i know how things go. You get the best price when you’re in the store ready to purchase but they basically wouldnt come below MSRP (sticker price). I don’t know if they didn’t believe i would buy it or thought i was wasting their time or what. But i test drove and spent an hour at Pearson and got better pricing from 3 other dealers before even visiting them. I ended up buying the exact same car for under $30k with all taxes fees and everything. Pearson was closest to me but I’ll drive an hour to Fredericksburg to save FIVE GRAND. If you go to this dealership just know you’re paying more than you need to.
I’ve had all my Hondas serviced at Pearson’s over the years and the work is always done right, quick and at a fair price. The service department is the reason I go to Pearson. (However I bought my last Honda at another dealer. Better price and no wheel lock add on profit booster!) Service 5 stars! Sales.. well...

I purchased a new Honda Insight about a year ago. The sales team was quite good. Ive only had one issue with my car. When I took it in for the repair, everyone was polite and helpful. Service was first rate. Given my experience with car dealerships, this was an unexpected pleasure. Id recommend Pearson to anyone.
WORST HONDA DEALERSHIP. Watch out for the finance manager Rick! This man will try and sell you things that will increase your monthly payment, interest rate, and term without your knowledge that hes even trying to sell you anything! Very unethical. I had agreed to a monthly payment with the salesman of $300 a month, and Rick tells me I have two options 1) a monthly payment of $350, or 2) monthly payment of $330. He did not mention a third option of I DONT WANT TO BUY EXTRA WARRANTIES (especially considering the new car I bought had a warranty on it), which not only increased my payment by more then 10%, but increased my term from 5 to 7 years, and doubled my interest rate. WATCH OUT FOR RICK!!!!
Called to report a problem with cylinder 3 which Honda had a service bulletin for and when talking to service department the associate I spoke with was very rude and condescending when I explained the problem. He didnt want to hear what was going on and immediately tried to place blame elsewhere. He didnt want to help and made it feel as though it was an annoyance to him that he had to talk to me about the problem with my 2012 Odyssey. Contacted Colonial Honda and explained everything the exact same way and was treated so much better. Associate there was nice respectful and really tried to help figure out what was going on. Will never bring my vehicle back to Pearson Honda will take it elsewhere from now on. Pearson Honda has lost my business for good and I will be spreading the word of how Pearson Honda likes to treat their customers. Absolutely uncalled for, horrible service!
Awesome place to deal with, i wasnt jerked around and as much shopping around i did they came of the price instantly to what several other dealers quoted me but had to haggle. I even upgraded from the original mofel. Theo was a great guy to deal with highly recommend it, even financing. They asked if we wanted extended warranties etc but when i said no they didnt push it like the last 2 new cars i bought. Great service
Honestly, couldn’t have had a better or more responsive service experience than I just had at Pearson Honda. By gear shift button fell out while I was driving and I literally couldn’t get the car out of Drive. Pulled in, unplanned, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes for what ended up being a recall item. I’ll be coming here for all future service on my CR-V

I have worked with Waylon Jennings since 2018. His honesty is what struck me first. Two large items had been checked off as needing replacement. ( Brakes and tires) Waylon looked at them and told me they did not. This had never happened to me before.and I was surprised. Today I went in for a headlight restoration he had recommended. Again I was surprised, actually shocked. The difference was extraordinary. The person who had done this work is someone Honda Pearson should be proud of! Very professional work! And I will stay with Waylon for as long as he works there! I recommend this place highly,
Nate Jones is great to deal with. The whole facility is very nice. Plenty of parking, beautiful inside as well. Pretty easy negotiations and great delivery...explained every feature on the car in detail. Service Dept is awesome looking too! Stop by and ask for Nate Jones...you will not be disappointed.Update 6/1/21 - Service Department is great. Had an issue that caused my drivers window to not function (locked in a down position). Dropped it off and they had me fixed in only a few hours. Clint was great!
As dealerships go, this is one. Everything youd expect, but nothing surprising. They do have seasonal car shows which is a generous use of space. Our interactions with the team there were pleasant; we needed to lease a car on short notice and were able to find what we needed on the lot. We were there on Halloween and they had a trunk or treat set up in the showroom, which was cute.
I have used Pearson Honda for all my Honda Pilot service including the 100k. They are always accommodating and reasonably priced on my opinion. I have also recommended them to an out of town visitor with a mechanical problem that they fixed quickly and properly.

My husband and I had the best service at Pearson Honda on 4/3/2019. Our Sales Consultant was Nate Jones, (hes the best). We gave him a list of things we had to have in a car, after he listened to our every need, he showed us the ONE. Honda Accord. I love it and it has everything we asked for. Great prices too. The overall experience here is top of the line. Customers are their priority and the treat you like family. Lovely waiting area while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Donuts and coffee in the morning. The wait is not long at all. Ive been coming here for about 3 years, and I dont think ill be going anywhere else anytime soon.
Although the quality of work is note the point of this review, waiting one and a half hours for an oil change is a bit much. After an hour I asked about my car and was told it wont be long. At one hour and twenty I ask again and mentioned that taking this long for just an oil change causes people like me to think twice. His response: OK!!!SERIOUSLY? I had an appointment: its not as if they fit me in. Grrrrr
Don Young was terrific. He asked all the right questions. So when I chose the car that was right for me. It was an easy choice. It turned out it was an immaculate certified pre-owned 2014 Honda CR-V AWD LX. Just returned from a three year lease. This is only the second car that Ive purchased from a dealer. And I despise high pressure sales people. But this experience was more akin to buying a car from a relative who had your best interest at heart. That particularly includes that days manager Chris, who I felt gave me the very best deal possible. Thank you gentlemen. I appreciate you.
Jess was amazing! She helped me get the right car for me. When she realized they didn’t have the color car I wanted, she went and immediately ordered me the correct one. She took into consideration the key things I wanted in a car and found me the best fit. She was nice, personable, and knew a lot about cars. She is actually the only girl who works there and she’s awesome at what she does. If anybody is unsure about the kind of car you need, get Jess. She looks into the perfect fit for each and every client. She also works with your price range and really helps you get the car you want. Amazing service. 10/10.

I took a Accord there for an inspection and repair the power window buttons. They could not replace the buttons. They had to replace the whole unit for $500 bucks. I asked them to check the whole car (fluids, belts, tires) because the car had been sitting for a while. I specifically asked that they check the tires because the indicator light was on. When they delivered it the light was still on. A service tech said to drive it and it would go out. It didnt. When I took it back, they had to find a manager to get permission to to check the air in the tires. I dont know if they checked all of the tires are or stopped when the light went out. When I went to use my washer fluid over the weekend, it was dry. Both of these items had been marked off as checked. I spoke to the manager stating I had lost trust in their shop and unless I needed Honda specific parts, I would be taking my business elsewhere. He gave me his card and said I should call him and he would assure my vehicle was properly repaired. If they dont do the little things, how do I know if they checked everything they said they did?
So I sat and waited 3 hours for an oil change. They came up to me after waiting 3 hours and told me they just started the oil change. And now I’ve waited another hour and a half for the oil to be changed. NEVER IN MY LIFE have i waited for more than an hour to get it changed. Would’ve gone to jiffy lube for 1/2 the price of the service and 1/10th of the waiting time. Absolutely horrible experience!!!
Title “When driving in 757 goes wrong”I was on my way to Richmond, VA when something jumped up and hit the undercarriage of my car. I checked my brakes but there was a weird sound. I look under my car and there is metal hanging from it. I was scared my engine was going to fall out. I made it to Richmond and every dealership was closed.I went to the Pearson Honda dealership at 8am on a Saturday knowing it was going to be crowded. I drove my car in and I met Jay Gonzalez. He saw my fear and calmed me down. I knew there would be a wait so I was prepared.The waiting area was nice and clean, great music and free WiFi. Less than a hour later Jay says what the problem was, they had the part and told me the price. I was in and out within 1.5 on a Saturday.The warmth of Jay and the pleasant staff was amazing. If I ever need a Honda dealership in RVA I’m coming back to Pearson Honda.Thank you

Shopping for my girlfriend. She really wants a Honda and we only came here because we live LITERALLY across the street from the dealership. Regardless of where we live, we will not be buying from here because of the very rude salesperson. Wont even get serviced here, well make the drive to West Broad Honda just to be treated with a little respect.

Great car, great price, great service. I shopped around and was extensive in my efforts. Pearson Honda was an outstanding dealership. They listened and there wasn’t any high pressure sales. My wife and I highly recommend!
