Good service at this location I appreciate the business and it will forever be my go to location. I had a family plan with At&t and I came here about a month ago and alma save me money. even now when I don’t go to buy anything I Just got to ask questions about my phone she still makes me feel very welcome and remembers my name. I always check to see if she’s there before I get off my car cause I think if I ever go there and she’s not there I’ll just come back later. She should get a reward. Her and the manager here are very nice people.

Had a great experience today. Their customer service was on point! I had a gentleman named Ace helping me, very professional and courteous at the same time. There was also a young lady standing beside him that was very nice as well, I did not catch her name. Environment was nice and so was the music playlist at this time! THANK YOU!

Came in this evening, waited 10 minutes for a rep to be free. No problem. A third rep comes out of the back room. I asked him if he could help me. No, Im working on merchandising. Great customer service, even better priorities. Im glad the 2 boxes you had to put on a shelf are more important than helping me. All in all, I would rate this as a typical retail experience. Nothing special.

Came to TMobile Sunday 9-8-2019 and 9-9-2019 and 9-10-2019 and 9-11-2019 upgraded 3 phones and 1 other phone as a new purchase for my granddaughter. I have to say the customer service at this location was nothing but superior. Jaz, Mauro and Julies customer skills knowledge and professionalism I would have to rate all with 10 stars.I will absolutely refer others to this store be cause of the customer service I and my family received.

I went into T-Mobile in Midlothian and was having difficulty with my volume on my phone and Valerie and Fatima fixed the situation in less than 5 minutes. I am so very happy that she did that.. I have been with sprint for 19years before I switched to T-Mobile. They did more for me in an hour than sprint did with the 19years that I was with them. I came in and bought my phone with Osiel and the special thing about Osiel was, he was only working for T-Mobile for 1 year and when I visited the other T-Mobile in Orland, they were working for T-Mobile a lot longer than he was and the reason I bought a phone from him was because he was so knowledgeable about the phone, billing and pricing and had a very much passion in what he is doing and I think that that kid should have his own store! He is very special and far and beyond to be an employee.

I usually don’t write reviews on companies but this experience I experienced on Monday was unacceptable. I order a iPhone 11 online and had the phone shipped to the Midlothian store. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Alma (Sales Rep). I informed her that I picking up a phone that I order online. Alma went to the back to retrieve the phone. Now in the midst of her working with me she was working on something else. So therefore her attention wasn’t fully on me as a customer which I though was really rude. Alma then open the box and begin to program the iPhone. I asked her can she take everything out of my Galaxy S 10 and put it in the Iphone11 she begin to do so. Alma told me that it would take a minute because of how many pics I had in the phone. Alma went to the box and came back out and begin to tell me that her manage said she would have to charge me a $20 fee for setting up the phone or I would have to buy a accessory. I asked her why she said “This Is How The Store Get Paid”. I asked her why wasn’t this mentioned in the beginning so I could have had the option to say rather I wanted the store to set it up or call customer care. Alma told me I never seen a customer order a phone have it delivered to the store and not want to pay a set up fee. I told her but that would be a option for me if it was mentioned in the beginning that there would be a fee. I asked to speak to the manager who never came out the back to speak with me. Alma then told me the manager said to take the phones and I could go. My phone was in the middle of porting over my information and never finished porting. The next day I had to go to another T-Mobile which was located in Crestwood. When I got there I was greeted by Roberto. I explained to him what I had experienced at the Midlothian Store. Roberto was more than happy to assist me and insured me that everything will be taken care of before I left the store. Hector came from the back to assist Roberto. I am grateful for these to assisting me I walked out a very happy customer thanks to these to

The employees at this location are horrible. They dont pay attention to you and when they finally help you out they dont want to put an effort to help you. I wanted a phone and they said they didnt have it. I asked if they can find out if another store close by had one and they would not call. I went to another location and they didnt have it there but they did call around to see if they could find it and one of the stores they called was this one and apparently they did have the phones they were just not scanned on to there inventory yet. They did not want to take the time to do that for me when I went there. Poor service.

If I could give this location zero star I would. They definitely do not know anything about customer service. It seems that when you come in or call youre annoying them. They never try to see what is the issue and run to conclusions. The lack of acknowledgment and non-genuine concern is the result of their low rating. I hate to give away my business outside my local area but this type of service drives me elsewhere to spend my money. If you take care of your customers they will take care of you. Definitely not a known logic here.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had fees that werent supposed to be on my account so I called in to get it resolved, the person who answered said they could not take care of it since they were not the person who set up my account, then I called back 30 minutes later another person answers the phone with lots of ATTITUDE! Instead of helping me she lied and said she COULD NOT pull up my account information via phone!!!! Then I had to go into the store to get this issue solved by FAYE KELLY who set up my account and she wasnt even busy! She asked for my bill although she knew my account was just set up a couple of days ago!!!! So then I told her my account was set up for PAPERLESS BILLING! So she made me leave my phone number on a POST IT NOTE!!!! Not even asking for my name! so then she proceeded to tell me shed call me in an hour once she pulled up the billing number and SHE NEVER CALLED ME AT ALL!! SHE KNEW I WAS LEAVING OUT OF STATE FOR THE WEEKEND AND NEVER TRIED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE! AND AFTER 3 DAYS I HAD TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE T-MOBILE ONLINE CHAT TO GET THIS SOLVED!FOR ALL THOSE FUTURE CUSTOMERS LOOKING TO GET T-MOBILE **DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR HELP YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! AND YOU WILL HAVE FUTURE HIDDEN FEES MOST LIKELY THAT WILL NOT GET SOLVED WITH THEIR HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where is zero stars!!!I went in to get rid of them after 7 years and only got talked into new phone more line etcI walked out with new phone and a supposedly a bill of 300 give or take for 4 linesOnly to end up having a bill of 550!And to leave with a non working day phone that they had to fixIt’s been hell with this storeCalling customer service has been hell toI just wish I could get rid of themAfter almost a month they finally resolved my issue and my issues started at this damn store

This store actually sucks terrible customer service the staff is rude and doesn’t know what they are talking about please don’t waste your time going here I recently went here to trade in a phone and they were so rude 1/18/19 they wouldn’t take the phone cause of scratch I went to the the store in Crestwood and they took it nothing was wrong at all . Take your services to the Crestwood location so much more polite and respectful and they will actually give you valuable information.❤️

Got my parents new phones. Was told the bill was gonna be xx more each month. When the bill came, it was a lot more then I was told. Insurance and warranty was added on both times when I specifically said I didnt want it. It took 2 months to credit my dads account for the insurance he didnt need. Now went back in to do the same for my moms phone and was told they can only credit every 3 months. And Id have to call. Manager was in the store looked at the computer screen pointed at something and walked away didnt try to help. This is the 5 time Im coming into this store for the same reason. Horrible experience.

Pros employees let me in 11 minutes till close one night so that was positive... Cons salesman will push other products if what you want is not in stock... Some employees are knowledgeable, Im a guy and in my opinion the women that work there listen better and the manager is a pure Salesman...Also need to carry products that are demoed in the store ... Offeres shipped items and says customers must pay shipping... Why should I pay shipping on your inventory?

The energy in this store is flat out horrible. Their salesmen always want to hard sell you. Their opinion of what you need is what works best for them, not you. T-Mobile is such a great cell phone provider - its a shame stores like these disgrace their reputation (at least to me) so badly. Multiple bad experiences throughout the last few years. Their head manager is a real piece of work too. Hes been there for years. F- Horible - thats really, really horrible. Ill be taking my dollars to any other tmobile around.

I had such a bad experience with T-Mobile and I DO NOT suggest buying any phone service with them! Since I bought my phone at this location, this store will be receiving my bad review! When I came to T-Mobile, my main concern was the coverage in my area and I was re-assured by the sales lady that my coverage would be perfect. That was a lie! I constantly get dropped calls on my way home from work EVERYDAY from Burr Ridge to Palos Hills! Talk about security! If I get stranded, I am screwed! Then about a few months after I purchased the phone and signed up for a two year contract, I started to have many issues with my phone. With my apps not working (Force Close) error on a regular basis, interenet connection lost...retry error message pretty much daily and text messages duplicating at times hours apart, I ended up calling customer service. They did some stuff to my phone like a system restart and cleaned up my phone but it did not resolve my issue! For my text message problem, I was basically told to delete all of my texts once I receive them so that it will stop the message from duplicating! Well that is just wrong if you ask me! And it didnt resolve my issue! After many calls to customer service! I finally had the tech team call me and confirmed that my phone (MyTouch) has Known issues (Then why sell this phone to me in the first place??) so they sent me to an actual T-mobile store to replace my SIM card free of charge which was another lie! The store basically told me that they have to pay for the SIM card and they cannot sell me the SIM card for free even if I am having technical issues with my phone! So once again I call customer service and they finally sent me a replacement! Well nothing improved....now my actual screen wont even recongize a text when I try to use it! Every location I go...Burr Ridge, Palos Hills, Lockport my phone is acting up! How is it that everywhere I go my phone will not work properly?? So with my experiences over this weekend (no internet connection and my texts were being sent back to me as failed), I called again today and talked to customer service and they told me that they will replace my phone but I will get charged for the engineer fee??? WHAT? I have a protection plan that is suppose to cover a phone that is having techincal issues! What am I paying for every month? This has been the worst experience and I strongly advise EVERYONE not to go with T-Mobile! Very frustrated and upset customer! They lost my business when my contract expires in April! I want everyone to know my issues with T-Mobile since the customer service team will not take any time to help a customer resolve an issue!
