Best Pharmacy hands down! This pharmacy employs the best pharmacists and the best techs! I always have an outstanding experience at this location! Tonight was no exception! I had 2 Rxs to pick up and my sons doctor had called in 2 Rxs this afternoon. I didnt think my sons Rxs would be filled but thought I would ask anyway. The pharmacist (Shirley) overheard me asking the tech (April) and said she could get them filled before the pharmacy closed in 5 minutes. And she did! Another example of fantastic service! Thank you Shirley & April!
Had a great experience here today! Both techs were super accommodating when one of my meds wasnt ready. I know they are super busy, so I greatly appreciate them taking their time so I didnt have to make a second trip. Tiffney was the best!!
Got my medician filled twice here and the second time they said they couldnt use the good rx card even though it was good and usuable. Will fill my medician back at Kroger where I have been for the past year.
This store is amazing. They go out of their way for you and they wave at me even if I’m just walking by shopping. Most of them know my name and are very kind!
Wait time was originally thirty minutes and then an additional fifteen before they decided I would have to return the following morning. Then on day two a second prescription was going to take two hours along with the two hour wait for the one from the day before. I asked them why the first one wasnt ready since it was (long) past its estimated wait time and I was reminded that they had 100 plus other prescriptions to fill. Two hours later I was told that neither were in stock and it would be a little less than 24 more hours before either were ready. When I advised them of my experience I was told that it was MY responsibility to make sure that next time I talked to a technician (not whomever answered the phone) as they are the only people who know the ACTUAL wait times or whether medications are in stock.
AWFUL, awful customer service by the woman who answers the phone! I cycled through the automated system SIX times trying to get through, only for her to answer and say yea? Really? THIS is the person you have answering phone calls?? I said hello? and she responds with yea, yea, hold on ..absolutely nothing about hello, Walmart Pharmacy.. I am then on hold for 12 minutes only to be HUNG UP ON!! Absolutely unprofessional and a disappointment. PLEASE have someone with better people skills addressing your customers. She is the one with a heavy accent, which isnt at all the issue but rather her distinguishing trait. There are very nice people that work there, however trying to call in anything is truly PATHETIC. Please take her off the phones.
They never have my medication ready when they say they will, I call ahead of time to ask specifically what time it will be ready to pick up, yet I still have to sit and wait at least another 20min for it. They want to act like youre unreasonable for wanting the script ready when its supposed to be! I have also been on the same medication for 10YRS and yet everytime I need a refill they treat me like Im brand new!! The people the answer the phone are always rude and try to rush you and for some reason can never answer any of my questions, they always say I just answer the phone or Im just a cashier why would you have non pharmacy employees answering the pharmacy phone?! I only use this place because I cant even move the script without making it a week long ordeal!
This pharmacy seems to think of reasons not to give you any medicine or it is a bother for them to wait on you. My doctors are getting tired of dealing with them for example: One doctor circled 2 refills and then signed the prescription. The pharmacy said it would be ready in an hour. Went shopping and came back. Pharmacy said it looked like the doctors signature had circled the 2 refills so they would not fill the prescription until I went back to the doctor and got another one. Nurse called in a new one and then the pharmacy put take one pill on the bottle. I told them the doctor said to take 2. The nurse only said one. I told them to pull up the doctors signed slip and they could plainly see he said take 2. They did but said they had to go with what the nurse said? Really? This last time they said the doctors DEA number wasnt any good. My wife was in the hospital and the in hospital pharmacy was giving her the norco and the dea number was good there. They called the doctors office 2 more times and both times said the number was no good. Now they are at lunch and shut down. What pharmacy goes to lunch and shut down? Well that one does. What a total waste. Other times they have a question about one prescription and instead of filling the ones they do not have questions on they hold multiple prescriptions until they can get an answer on just one. If I had a choice I would not go back there but my insurance says to use Walmart. Argghhhhh

If I could put a negative 10 I would. That lady that worked the drive thru today was soooooo rude. You already feel bad then to be talked to like she does makes it worse. Then picking up the meds was even worse. Same lady loudly saying what discount cards she has on file for me and what there for. People in line dont need to hear my business. She doesnt know her job well enough to work there. Gave us some wrong info and we had to go back to our car to find correct info online then go back in with info to get issue resolved. Been with them from day one but NO MORE! Ive had it. She did it for me. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!
Tyrone was a great help over the phone. Very Professional. Call was answered quickly. He helped me find a Prescription Coupon to help with the high cost of Prescriptions.
How can any pharmacy not listen to its own message system for orders phoned in by physicians? Then in next go around, not have enough of a common cough medicine to fill the prescription? No phone call nothing...when I went in to pick it up, the young ladies response was, maybe tomorrow. Seriously?
The worst and slowest pharmacy in existence, I’ve been to siting over 30 minutes now for a prescription that was ready yesterday! Ridiculous, will never do business here again!
If I could give no stars I would! Have requested medications several times meaning more than 3 and told I could pick it up that afternoon only to arrive and told they have to order the medication!? WORST customer service ever!! Will discontinue using Walmart pharmacy since I have significantly dropped shopping at the store as well!! Walmart is the worst!!
The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have been sick and the doctor has called in my rx and these idiots didnt even have it ready till the next day. Really whats the point of the doctor even calling it in for a sick person to not have to wait. Also, I had a 3m supply for my sons rx and I droped it off with them to keep when I needed it to be refilled and they LOST it. So I had to go round and round with the doctors office to get a new one plus take off work. NEVER go here unless you want to die before you even get your meds or they loose them and you have to go through a bunch of trouble to get another one!!!!! They dont deserve any stars!
They lie about the waiting time. Today I went around 12:35pm & dropped off, the lady said do you want to wait? I said how long itll take to get ready, she said 30 mins so I decided to come back. So I came back around 1:15pm another lady said its not ready yet, its going be about 5 or 10 mins more I said ok. So I waited 18 more mins after she said that & then finally got it. Point is: YOU CAN NOT LIE ABOUT WAITING TIME WE ALSO HAVE A JOB TO COME BACK!THANKS!
Always understaffed.. When rx refill requires special ordering they dont notify you to give you a chance to have it transferred to another store to pick up same day. This has happened twice causing bad withdrawal from suddenly stopping medication
Pharmacist has no profession knowledge.. lady pharmacist with accent do not know how to talk to patient.

This pharmacy is convenient for me. Occasionally I encounter someone here who is helpful and polite but typically they are rude and dont take care of business. Poor management.
