I’m really shocked this place that’s a lower rating. We have always gotten our glasses here and our customer service has been above-and-beyond!! Not only that, but they’ve replaced broken frames on the spot and adjusted fits when warranted, NBD.

Sadly, they attempted to contact me when my lenses were ready, but they didnt leave a voicemail, and I never saw the call come in. Attempt to contact should minimally be a voicemail. I finally called after waiting to be notified for over 2 weeks, and learned my lenses were ready. After the lenses were installed, there was damage to the frame of my glasses as it appears the finish on the frame was chipped. I didnt recognize it until I got home as when I took them off the frame felt very rough as i have had these frames for 4 years or so and they always have a smooth feel on the finish. thats when I noticed the damage. 2 years ago, when I got my last pair of lenses installed at the same location it was fine, and they even had me test the lenses carefully before I left. (There was no test this time, just here ya go, lets make sure they are clean. Thanks, bye) thus 2 stars instead of one since perhaps this was an exception as my last experience was fine.
