I gave 0 stars because Im done! I went in for a re-cut and got screwed again. I dont understand. Its not rocket science. Its a straight hair cut. No curves, no tapers and no layers. Now I have to go back again, and lose a couple more inches off of my hair. UPDATE- I must be a glutton for punishment because I went back, not knowing where else to go. I explained my problem and was reassured by Ashley that I was in good hands. Well, I was not! Once again I had a 10:00 appt and she didnt show up until 10:20. And to top it off, it is not straight, again! Does anybody manage this place?? I would so like to speak to the owner but they conveniently dont give you that option. You cant even find out who the owner is. Worst salon in the state of Texas. Shame on you! I have more pictures if anybody is interested.

After the young hair stylist cut 8 inches off my daughters hair we leave upset and come back to share our thoughts. No apologies instead we get a response like well I don’t do kids hair a lot. Well why didn’t you just say that and we could have gone somewhere else. Detrimental experience to see your child lose 8 inches off there hair because you can’t be transparent with your guest. Now we’re back here and cannot get a refund and instead no apologies. You cannot fix hair that’s already been chopped off. 1 inch turns into 8 inches. Complete disaster experience. I’ve been taking my two other boys here and we’re never coming back. Place was empty no wonder why. No one comes back.

Absolutely love this place! Clean, quiet and friendly! For the first time getting color done on my hair I was very skeptical whether to go through with it or not but Megan made sure I was not only going to love it she also made me feel pretty in and out. The outcome was absolutely amazing as a first time colored hair. I would definitely recommend this place and Megan as well. She did an awesome job!

The lady who cut my daughters hair was unprofessional and immature. She was moving entirely way to slow and complaining when she was just looking for an excuse to blame it on us for how terrible her cutting skills were.

Says walkins welcome. Knowing they close at 6:00 pm, I arrive at 4:30 pm. There are no customers waiting and stylist comes up front and asks what I needed. Stated I need a cut and root cover color. Stylist states that they dont do colors that late. I told her I was previously told they could not accept coloring after 5:00 pm and its 4:30 pm. She then says no it is 4:00 pm. To top this they have a sign on the door that says they are now closed Sundays and Mondays. Well that cancels out over half the town as most people work out of town and cannot get to this location by 4:00 pm and now without an option of Sundays.

I have tried so many places and my hair never comes out the color that I want, but Morgan colored my hair for an insanely great price and it was PERFECT!! She is great and always consistently gets my hair the exact color that I want! I will never get it colored anywhere else.

Morgan cut, colored and styled my hair and did a fantastic job. She was amazing professional and super sweet. She will forever be my go to girl ❤❤ try her out you wont be disappointed

Not sure if I have ever been so unhappy with a place in all my life. They cut my husbands hair wrong and then when he told them he was not happy with it they said, looks fine to me. He then showed them their mistakes they would talk over him a say, Im sorry you feel that way! I am shocked at how they run this place. I forgot to mention that it was the manager that cyt his hair. I do feel that they owe him an apology.

Been coming here for the past 4 years! My stylist Sara is the best! I usually get color &/or bleach and a trim but occasionally I decide to chop all my hair off and Sara always gives me exactly what I want even when I don’t know what I want. She also knows what a trim is and never cuts off more than I want. Trust my life and hair with her. Shop is very clean, which is a plus for me!

I have been using Sara at the Fantastic Sams in Midlothian. She does a wonderful job. She knows me better than I know myself. She has done color, highlights and cuts on me. We have gone from one extreme to the next on color. She seems to know what I am looking for with out me being disappointed that she did not get it when we are done. If you want someone who listens and does what you ask then go see the wonderful ladies at Fantastic Sams.

Sara more than met my expectations with my cut and hi/lo lites. After 2 highly negative experiences with other substantially more expensive salons in the area, I opted to try. The services were efficient and affordable. Be smart, go here! Use the money you save to get yourself a mani/pedi.

Sarah is the greatest. Appointments are recommend but not required. Prices are extremely reasonable which allows me to tip well and still spend less than $20.

Got my hair cut there twice. It took a lot for me to go in the second time. I got two different hairdressers and I got to pretty much the same cut. All chopped up! Plus they didnt even bother to shave my neck

I made an appointment with Jennifer on a Thursday at 5:00, when I got to my appointment i was told she ditched my appointment and went to a basketball game. Another younger girl did my hair, I was getting a cut and color. She did ok on the cut, not what I asked for but it could have been way worse. The color was not right at all. I was their 3 hours during this time. She said I could come back tomorrow and have it redone. I do not have 3 hours or $80 to waste. Will not be back!

Had my hair dyed and looked nothing like the picture i showed them. Second time dying better but still not what i wanted. Uncomfortable atmosphere nobody talked to me untill they were fixing my hair. When i got home and looked in the mirror i noticed i had dye stains all over my face and neck and dark dye still on the side of my face. Never again will i return there! I had my hair done by Jennifer D. I had tried to bleach it myseld and utterly failed. Luckily she was a total lifesaver. I walked in looking like a mess and walked out with gorgeous blonde hair. Took her 5 hours. They had already closed when she finally finished, and since then i cant bring myself to go anywhere else.

Poor customer service. Didnt do anyones haircut right. Overcharged severely. Posted in local community group on Facebook and one of the employees got on the thread and started bashing me because of my post.

Was ok I felt like I was the oldest one there, there was a lot of young kids there the time I was there, I really didnt like my hair stylist

I sat down for 10 minutes and was told after sitting there it would be over an hour to see me. Literally there was no one else in there. Three stylists and two customers being worked on in the chairs. Worst service ever. Do not ever go there.
