Customer Service was impressive! Thanks Jason!Came in the store and asked for help with my van battery. Jason quickly diagnosed that the battery was dead and recommended a replacement. This wasn’t an upsale, this was a genuine expert providing excellent advice.Jason tested the battery, found the replacement and installed the new battery all in about 15 min. Wow!!

After flying back into town to a dead car battery, I made my way to this Auto Zone. Dreading a battery change, I struggled a bit to take the cables off the battery. Tristan, took the time to provide great customer service to help me change the car battery. I didnt ask for the help, he went above and beyond to make sure it was installed and secured properly. For this experience, I give it a thumbs up and a big shoutout to Tristan. If the customer service for other things match what happened on this day, then I would highly recommend showing up to this Auto Zone.

Such a great experience at Auto Zone today. I tried to get help at another store, but the were unable to help me with my battery exchange. Colby and Tristan were so helpful. They tested my battery and even put my new one in. When I have auto needs, I will definitely return to Auto Zone Midlothian. Awesome customer service!

Only 2 employees when I went in, asked the lady a question about AC coolant for my car. She asked the Guy that was working. Great service they replaced my car battery. They removed the old one and put in the new one for me. I had questions to which they were very knowledgeable and answered them all. I will be going there again.

They dont have what I need. But its picture is on the box the wrong product comes in..... Most of their employees have never worked on a car before or know what Im talking about. Their manager is cool tho so 2 stars instead of one

Too bad a ZERO Star rating isn’t available!!Horrible customer service in Midlothian! Sold the WRONG overpriced bulb for a headlight! When a return was needed to get the correct one they then charged $160 for one bulb! The correct bulb was then found on Amazon 2 for $48. After a third trip to the store the manager FINALLY reluctantly refunded the $160 after first refusing and only offering store credit! His rude condescending attitude prompted this review. Avoid this location!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I bought a lifetime warranty starter back in 2015 and it just recently went out. I was in a pinch and had to buy another starter at a different parts store. I called and verified if I was able to get a refund and explained the situation to Tracy I believe that was her name about it. She said they would be able too. I was going to try make in that day but I had a few things that came up and wasn’t able to make till a week after. When I went to this location I was dealing with Bonnie I explained the same situation that I just needed a refund since a already about another starter. She very rudely told that she couldn’t do it because it was a used part. I told her I know because it has been on my truck for five years since I bought from y’all. She said she could exchange for a another one but told her I have one already and just needed a refund. After a back and fourth on this I had to walked because I was soooo angry and felt so disrespected mainly because I was lied too. I will be calling corporate and raising hell about this. This is completely unacceptable. She does not need to be working there if she does not know how to do her job. I will no longer will be going to this location because of her and will advise everyone I know to stay away.

Edit: I went in a few weeks ago and got information about specific type and model of my car which I didnt know anything about. But got the correct wiper blades and even got them installed for free! Just remembered this due to all of the heavy rain weve been having and wanted to show AutoZone some love. Thanks for the help again, Matt P.!

They have pretty much everything you might need for simple fixes on your automobile. Its a little dirty, but what do you expect? Automobiles are a dirty business! LolThe employees are super helpful, and knowledgeable, and will make sure you leave happy, and quickly too. Definitely recommend this place as the best auto parts store in midlothian.

I cant thank you enough. It was a really hard day and the last thing I needed was a ticket or wreck for a non-functional turn signal. I realize you do help people this way, but your checking the rest of my lights and determining that it had just come unplugged was more than I could handle today. This is why I always choose AutoZone. You brightened a dark day.

This store use to be very good. The last time i will ever buy parts from, I bought parts online to pickup at the store. Website said parts where in stock ready to pick them up once you pay at check out. Did that and left plenty of time in between to pick parts up at the store. Went there and half the parts where actually not in stock. So the store person said you can pay for them because they actually dont charge you at checkout on their website, and come back to get them tomorrow at noon. Did that. went back next day and pick them up. Come to find out when I checked my credit card they charge me twice; at check out and at the store. This folks in there dont have a clue how to do their job anymore. Next time will go to another company to buy my parts.

Recently I had some major work done to my SUV. I originally went to the competitor store up the street and got Ok service. The competitor store didn’t have a part I was needed, so I went to auto zone where I was immediately greeted and helped. They wasted no time to get me what I needed and a price in my budget. I visited the store approximately 10 within a week times and got almost everything I needed from here for my SUV. I will continue to come here because of the great prices and exceptional service. Miss Christy and Juan are two of my favorite people to visit at the store. Very knowledgeable and attention to detail people. Thank you auto zone!

Appreciate the courteous and professional services at this location. Several free services that your mechanic would charge you for. My son drained his battery and although it tested as showing only normal wear, they replaced it without charge since it was still under warranty.

Thought it was odd that during Covid-19 mask is required to enter however none of the store employees are wearing a mask, manager included.

My husband and I were riding our motorcycle when we broke down about 2 miles from this store. As we were walking to the store I called and asked if we could purchase a jump box over the phone so that they could plug it in and let it charge while we got to his store. They agreed to plug one in for us and told us that we could just pay when we got the store. When we arrived some of the employees expressed concern that the jump box did not appear to have enough charge to make it effective enough to jump off the motorcycle. Instead, they offered to let us borrow the stores jump box and then we could just come back and switch them out. On top of that, they did not want us walking back to our bike, so they provided us a ride to where we broke down. I cannot express how appreciative I am of their customer service. Max, Ted, and the rest of the crew really went above and beyond!

They go out of there way to accommodate your needs and even help repair your car in the parking lot.Management has been able to step up in difficult situation resolition to my needs. They will looks for solutions when other automotive stores could care less.

Good place to go for the Do-It-Yourselfer. Vance, Gerold, Chris, and Teddy are always ready to assist and help with advice to get your rig running. Discounts given to First Responders, and Military.

Its a parts store so theres not much to say except the folks that work there make it easy to find what you need.

Havent really had many issues here. Good reward program. My last visit a few employees were smoking just to the right of the front doors which isnt a huge deal but I personally dont want to smell cigarette smoke.

No attempt to help me. 3 employees in the store, 0 customers. They even made eye contact with me and didnt help at all. Didnt even try to order the part. They just said we dont have it. When I asked does anyone else have it they told me the Arlington store had it and told me I can go pick it up there if Id like. Lol. A joke.

Always helpful when I have questions, no matter how busy they are. The store manager is very knowledgeable and even stayed late to help us figure out a problem.

It was fine except, couldnt find either of the things I went in for and no assistance was offered. They were a little busy when we left but, not when we came in.

Came here to get new windshield wipers. They helped me immediately and one of the guys put the wipers on for me. Definitely recommend this place!

They had to transfer the part from a bigger store and it was not ready when they said it would be. I live 25 minutes away and had a 3 year old in the car. Had to wait while they drove to get it. Very frustrating. Next time I will just drive to the bigger store!

My wife mention to me today the driver side seat motor stop working, So i called autozone to see what it could be the guy, that i spoke with his name was Justin to explain what was going on and he said if she came in hell look at it. Wheh she got their he looked at It and told her it was a fuse that went out and he got her all set up and it worked untill she adjusted the seat and it cut off the wire in the seat was bare which meant that it was rubbing, so it trigggered the fuse he got some electrical tape and cover the exposed wire and it worked great now my wife was happy because the other auto place my wife tryed to take it to wanted her to leave the van over night and charge us 90 bucks an hour pluse the parts and labor the shop is called mack automotive off hwy 67. oh yea the part at Auto Zone cost 3 dollars and a great employee willing to help . I will go back for any other automotive needs.

Counter guy told me battery cleaner is useless just use coke and a wire brush 😕 . Now I know better than asking a teenager at autozone for anything but autozone was closer than the other store was . Drove a half mile further to the different auto part store and got it
